Abstract

L'invention concerne un sac à ouverture supérieure étanche ayant une bande adhésive, le sac étant apte à être fermé hermétiquement et à être fabriqué de façon efficace. Le sac comprend : a) un corps en forme de sac principal, qui comprend une feuille de résine pliée ou des feuilles de résine superposées (12), et dans laquelle des sections étanches à la chaleur (21), des parties mutuellement opposées de la feuille de résine (12) ayant été chauffées et collées ensemble, sont formées le long d'une paire de côtés (10s, 10t); b) une couche adhésive (14), dont une première surface principale (14n) est collée sur une surface intérieure (12n) de la feuille de résine (12) et qui est continue entre la paire de côtés (10s, 10t); c) une bande détachable de moule (16) qui est collée de façon détachable sur l'autre surface principale (14m) de la couche adhésive (14) pour recouvrir la couche adhésive (14) et est continue entre la paire de côtés (10s, 10t); et d) une paire de sections reliées par ultrasons, dans lesquelles les deux extrémités de la bande détachable de moule (16) et la couche adhésive (14) sont collées sur la feuille de résine (12) par liaison ultrasonore entre les surfaces extérieures (10a, 10b) du corps principal.
