また、折曲突部37は、図4に示すように、上部フレーム側部11bよりもシート内側に位置するように設けられている。折曲突部37の頂線37tは、上部フレーム側部11b側から見て、シート前方内側を向くように設けられている。つまり、頂線37tを通り、幅狭部35のうち折曲突部37を除く部分をつないだ仮想面P1に垂直な面P2が、シート前方内側を向くように設けられている。
図4、図5に示すように、サイドフレーム20の後側フランジ部23は、シート中央側の端部の上端に、斜めに切欠かれた切欠き部23sを備えている。この切欠き部23sが設けられていることにより、一般使用時においても、また、車両の後突時に折曲突部37が伸長したときでも、連結フレーム30と後側フランジ部23が干渉することがない。

Claims (8)
- 車両用シートのシートフレームであって、
前記シート上方の上枠部と、前記シート左右の横枠部と、該横枠部上方を橋渡すように連結する連結フレームと、を備えたシートバックフレームを有し、
前記連結フレームは、該連結フレームの長手方向に折り曲げられて、前記連結フレームにより形成される面から立設する折曲突部を、一対の前記横枠部の間の位置に備え、
前記折曲突部は、前記連結フレームの上下方向の全長に亘って設けられていることを特徴とする車両用シートのシートフレーム。 - 前記折曲突部は、前記連結フレームの前記シート幅方向における端部側に設けられ、前記シート前方に突出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用シートのシートフレーム。
- 前記連結フレームは、板状体から形成され、前記連結フレームの前記シート幅方向の中央部には、上端及び下端の少なくとも一方に、端部が折り曲げられたフランジ部が設けられ、
前記折曲突部は、前記連結フレームのうち、前記フランジ部が設けられていない領域に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両用シートのシートフレーム。 - 前記フランジ部が設けられていない領域は、前記連結フレームの前記シート幅方向の端部に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両用シートのシートフレーム。
- 前記バックフレームは、前記シート左右の側部に沿って延びる一対のサイドフレームと、該一対のサイドフレームの上端を連結する上部フレームと、を備え、
前記上部フレームは、前記上枠部と、該上枠部の前記シート幅方向の端部が湾曲して下方に延長し、前記サイドフレームが固定される上部フレーム側部と、を備え、
前記連結フレームは、両端に、前記上部フレーム側部に固定される連結部を有し、該連結部の前記シート中央側端部は、前記シート中央後方に向かって延長しており、
前記サイドフレームは、前記シート前後方向に延びる側壁と、該側壁の後端が前記シート中央側に折り曲げられた後壁と、を備え、
前記後壁は、前記シート内側の上端が、斜めに切欠かれていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の車両用シートのシートフレーム。 - 前記連結フレームは、上下方向の長さの大きい幅広部と、上下方向の長さの小さい幅狭部を備え、
前記折曲突部は、前記幅狭部に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の車両用シートのシートフレーム。 - 前記連結フレームには開口が穿設されており、
前記折曲突部は、前記連結フレームのうち、前記開口が設けられていない領域に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の車両用シートのシートフレーム。 - シート上方の上枠部と、前記シート左右の横枠部と、該横枠部上方を橋渡すように連結する連結フレームと、を備えたシートバックフレームを有し、
前記連結フレームは、該連結フレームの長手方向に折り曲げられて、前記連結フレームにより形成される面から立設する折曲突部を、一対の前記側部の間の位置に備え、
前記折曲突部は、前記連結フレームの上下方向の全長に亘って設けられていることを特徴とする車両用シート。
