Abstract

【課題】簡易な構造によってシートクッションの座面からの乗員の臀部の落下を防止する。
【解決手段】車両用の簡易シート１のシートクッション２の内部には、シートクッション２の形状を保持するクッションフレーム３が設けられている。クッションフレーム３は、シートクッション２の前端縁に沿って延びる前フレーム部８を有し、前フレーム部８の中央部分には、上方へ立ち上がる起立部１４が曲折形成されている。

Description

本発明は、車両の車室内に設けられる車両用簡易シートのシートクッション構造に関する。
車両の車室内に、着座者の臀部を下方から支持するシートクッションを有し、シートクッションの後端から上方へ延びて着座者の背部を後方から支持するシートバックを有さない簡易シートが設けられる場合がある。
特開平６−２７０８４６号公報
一般に、車両用簡易シートは、車室内の狭いスペースに配置される場合が多く、配置スペースが狭いとシートクッションの座面の前後幅を十分に確保することができない。このため、車両の前方衝突時等において着座した乗員に前方への荷重が作用すると、シートクッションの座面に支持された乗員の臀部が前方へ移動して落下してしまう可能性がある。
そこで、本発明は、簡易な構造によってシートクッションの座面からの乗員の臀部の落下を防止することが可能な車両用簡易シートのシートクッション構造の提供を目的とする。
上記目的を達成すべく、本発明は、車両用簡易シートのシートクッション構造であって、シートクッションの内部に設けられ、シートクッションの形状を保持するクッションフレームを備える。簡易シートとは、着座者の臀部を下方から支持するシートクッションを有し、シートクッションの後端から上方へ延びて着座者の背部を後方から支持するシートバックを有さないシートである。
クッションフレームは、シートクッションの前端縁に沿って延びる前フレーム部を有する。前フレーム部の中央部分には、上方へ立ち上がる起立部が曲折形成されている。
上記構成では、車両の前方衝突時等において着座した乗員に前方への荷重が作用した場合、シートクッションの座面に支持された乗員の臀部の前方への移動は、クッションフレームの前フレーム部の起立部によって阻止される。従って、車室内の狭いスペースに簡易シートを配置し、シートクッションの座面の前後幅を十分に確保することができない場合であっても、起立部を形成するという簡易な構造によってシートクッションの座面からの乗員の臀部の落下を防止することができる。
また、上記シートクッション構造は、１対の脚部材と補強ブラケットとをさらに備えてもよい。クッションフレームは、前フレーム部の両端からそれぞれ曲折し、シートクッションの側端縁に沿って延びる１対の側フレーム部と、１対の側フレームを連結する補強フレームと、を有してもよい。
脚部材は、前フレーム部と側フレーム部とを連続する曲折部分にそれぞれ固定され、曲折部分から下方へ突出し、曲折部分を床面上の所定の高さに支持する。
上記構成では、補強ブラケット及び補強フレームによって、起立部の変形が防止される。また、脚部材と補強ブラケットとによって、乗員の荷重が床面に効率よく伝達される。従って、前方への荷重が作用した場合の乗員の臀部の落下をさらに確実に防止することができる。
本発明によれば、簡易な構造によってシートクッションの座面からの乗員の臀部の落下を防止することができる。

以下、本発明の一実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。なお、図中ＦＲは車両前方を、ＵＰは車両上方をそれぞれ示しており、乗員（着座者）は車両前方を向いた状態で着座する。また、以下の説明における左右は、着座した乗員の左右を意味する。
車室内の後部の床面２０上には、図１〜図５に示す車両用簡易シート１が配置されている。簡易シート１とは、着座者の臀部を下方から支持するシートクッション２を有し、シートクッション２の後端から上方へ延びて着座者の背部を後方から支持するシートバックを有さないシートである。
シートクッション２は、表皮材に覆われて弾力性を有するクッションパッド１８と、クッションパッド１８の内部に設けられたクッションフレーム２とを備える。クッションフレーム２は、シートクッション２（クッションパッド１８）の形状を保持する。シートクッション２の外形は、その前後幅が横幅に比べて短い矩形厚板状である。クッションフレーム３は、フレーム本体４と、第１補強フレーム５と、第２補強フレーム１７とを有する。また、クッションフレーム３には、左右１対の脚部材（レッグブラケット）６と、左右１対の補強ブラケット７と、補助ワイヤ１６とが固着される。
フレーム本体４は、平面視略Ｕ形状に曲折された金属製のパイプであり、前フレーム部８と左右の側フレーム部９と左右の後フレーム部１０とを一体的に有する。前フレーム部８は、シートクッション２の前端縁に沿って延びる。左右１対の側フレーム部９は、前フレーム部８の両端からそれぞれ湾曲状に曲折し、シートクッション２の側端縁に沿って後方へ延びる。左右１対の後フレーム部１０は、各側フレーム部９の後端から内側に曲折した後、さらに後方へ曲折して延びる。左右の後フレーム部１０には、後方へ延びる延長ブラケット１１がそれぞれ固着され、延長ブラケット１１の後端部は、床面２０に固定された支持ブラケット１２に回転軸１３を介して回転自在に連結されている。これにより、シートクッション２（簡易シート１）は、床面２０に載置される使用位置と、支持ブラケット１２から上方へ起立する収納位置との間を、回転軸１３を中心として回転自在に床面２０に支持される。簡易シート１を使用する場合、乗員は、収納位置の簡易シート１の上端を前下方へ押し下げて使用位置に設定する。使用位置のシートクッション２の座面（上面）は、ほぼ水平に配置される。
前フレーム部８の中央部分には、前フレーム部８と側フレーム部９とを連続する左右の曲折部分１５から前斜め上方へ立ち上がる起立部１４が曲折形成されている。第１補強フレーム５は、直線状に延びる金属製のパイプであり、その両端が左右の側フレーム９にそれぞれ固着され、左右の側フレーム９を連結する。脚部材６は、上方に開口する溝を内側に区画する略Ｕ状断面を有するとともに曲折部分１５に沿ってＬ状に湾曲する樋状部材であり、曲折部分１５の下部を溝内に収容した状態で曲折部分１５に固着される。簡易シート１を使用位置に設定した状態において、脚部材６は、曲折部分１５から下方へ突出し、曲折部分１５を床面２０上の所定の高さに支持する。各補強ブラケット７は、起立部１４と第１補強フレーム５とを連結し、起立部１４を下方から補強する。第２補強フレーム１７は、直線状に延びる金属製のパイプであり、その両端が左右の曲折部分１５の前フレーム部８側に固着され、左右の曲折部分１５を連結する。補助ワイヤ１６は、起立部１４から第２補強フレーム１７及び第１補強フレーム５の上方を通り左右の後フレーム部１０の上方へ延びるＶ状であり、起立部１４と第１補強フレーム５と後フレーム部１０とに固着される。
本実施形態によれば、車両の前方衝突時等において簡易シート１に着座した乗員に前方への荷重が作用した場合、クッションフレーム３の前フレーム部８の起立部１４は、シートクッション２の座面前部の沈み込みを制限し、シートクッション２の座面に支持された乗員の臀部の前方への移動は、起立部１４によって阻止される。また、補強ブラケット７と第１補強フレーム５と第２補強フレーム１７とによって、起立部１４の変形が防止され、脚部材６と補強ブラケット７とによって、着座した乗員の荷重が床面２０に効率よく伝達される。従って、前方への荷重が作用した場合の乗員の臀部の前方への落下を確実に防止することができる。
以上、本発明について、上記実施形態に基づいて説明を行ったが、本発明は上記実施形態の内容に限定をされるものではなく、当然に本発明を逸脱しない範囲では適宜の変更が可能である。
例えば、上記実施形態では乗員が車両前方を向いた状態で着座する簡易シート１について説明したが、車両側方又は車両後方を向いた状態で乗員が着座するように簡易シートを配置してもよい。また、起立位置に収納可能な簡易シート１について説明したが、使用位置で床面２０に固定される簡易シートであってもよい。

Claims (2)

  1. 着座者の臀部を下方から支持するシートクッションを有し、前記シートクッションの後端から上方へ延びて前記着座者の背部を後方から支持するシートバックを有さない車両用簡易シートのシートクッション構造であって、
    前記シートクッションの内部に設けられ、前記シートクッションの形状を保持するクッションフレームを備え、
    前記クッションフレームは、前記シートクッションの前端縁に沿って延びる前フレーム部を有し、
    前記前フレーム部の中央部分に、上方へ立ち上がる起立部を曲折形成した
    ことを特徴とする車両用簡易シートのシートクッション構造。
  2. 請求項１に記載のシートクッション構造であって、
    １対の脚部材と補強ブラケットとをさらに備え、
    前記クッションフレームは、前記前フレーム部の両端からそれぞれ曲折し、前記シートクッションの側端縁に沿って延びる１対の側フレーム部と、前記１対の側フレームを連結する補強フレームと、を有し、
    前記脚部材は、前記前フレーム部と前記側フレーム部とを連続する曲折部分にそれぞれ固定され、前記曲折部分から下方へ突出し、前記曲折部分を前記床面上の所定の高さに支持し、
    前記補強ブラケットは、前記起立部と前記補強フレームとを連結する
    ことを特徴とする車両用簡易シートのシートクッション構造。
