Abstract
Description
用紙が厚紙の場合には、図16(A)の通り、折り目と同じ方向に用紙を折ると、用紙が開いて、綺麗に折ることができない。そのため、用紙が厚紙の場合には、図16(B)の通り、用紙が開かないように、折り目と逆方向に用紙を折る。
また、用紙が薄紙の場合には、折り目と逆方向に用紙を折ると、用紙の折り部が膨らんで綺麗に折ることができない。そのため、用紙が薄紙の場合には、用紙の折り部が膨らまないように、折り目と同じ方向に用紙を折る。
用紙に折り目を入れるための折り目入れ機構と、
折り目入れ機構から搬送される用紙を折り目に沿って折るための折り機構と、
折り目入れ機構および折り機構の動作を制御するための制御部と、を備え、
折り目入れ機構は、用紙を搬送するための搬送ローラと、搬送ローラによって搬送された用紙に折り目を入れるための折り目入れ部と、を備えており、
折り機構は、先端で折り目入れ機構から搬送される用紙を折り目に沿って押すための折ナイフと、所定の間隔を置いて互いに平行に配置され、折ナイフの先端が間隔に対向するように配置された一対の折ローラと、を備え、
折ナイフによって押された用紙が折ローラの間隔に導入されることで、用紙が折り目に沿って折られるように構成された折り目入れ折り装置において、
折り目入れ部は、用紙の搬送方向に沿って配置された第1折り目入れユニットおよび第2折り目入れユニットを備え、
第1折り目入れユニットは、用紙の一方面側に配置された第1凸部と、用紙の他方面側に配置された第1凹部と、を備え、第1凸部および第1凹部を互いに近づけることで、用紙の一方面が窪み、用紙の他方面が突出した第1折り目が形成され、
第2折り目入れユニットは、用紙の一方面側に配置された第2凹部と、用紙の他方面側に配置された第2凸部と、を備え、第2凹部および第2凸部を互いに近づけることで、用紙の一方面が突出し、用紙の他方面が窪んだ第2折り目が形成される。
用紙が厚紙の場合に、制御部は、折ナイフの先端が第1または第2折り目の突出部を押すように、折り目入れ機構および折り機構の動作を制御する。
用紙が薄紙の場合に、制御部は、折ナイフの先端が第1または第2折り目の窪み部を押すように、折り目入れ機構および折り機構の動作を制御する。
折り機構は、第1、第2および第3の折ローラからなる3つの折ローラと、第1および第2の折ナイフからなる2つの折ナイフと、を備え、
第1および第2折ローラと第1折ナイフとによって、第1折ユニットが構成され、
第2および第3折ローラと第2折ナイフとによって、第2折ユニットが構成され、
第1折ユニットは、第1折ナイフが用紙の他方面から第1または第2折り目を押して、第1および第2折ローラの間隔に用紙を導入して、用紙を折るように構成され、
第2折ユニットは、第2折ナイフが用紙の一方面から第1または第2折り目を押して、第2および第3折ローラの間隔に用紙を導入して、用紙をさらに折るように構成され、
用紙が厚紙の場合に、制御部は、第1折り目入れユニットが第1折り目を形成した後、第2折り目入れユニットが第2折り目を形成し、第1折ナイフの先端が第1折り目の突出部を押し、第2折ナイフの先端が第2折り目の突出部を押すように、折り目入れ機構および折り機構の動作を制御する。
折り機構は、第1、第2および第3の折ローラからなる3つの折ローラと、第1および第2の折ナイフからなる2つの折ナイフと、を備え、
第1および第2折ローラと第1折ナイフとによって、第1折ユニットが構成され、
第2および第3折ローラと第2折ナイフとによって、第2折ユニットが構成され、
第1折ユニットは、第1折ナイフが用紙の他方面から第1または第2折り目を押して、第1および第2折ローラの間隔に用紙を導入して、用紙を折るように構成され、
第2折ユニットは、第2折ナイフが用紙の一方面から第1または第2折り目を押して、第2および第3折ローラの間隔に用紙を導入して、用紙をさらに折るように構成され、
用紙が薄紙の場合に、制御部は、第2折り目入れユニットが第2折り目を形成した後、第1折り目入れユニットが第1折り目を形成し、第1折ナイフの先端が第2折り目の窪み部を押し、第2折ナイフの先端が第1折り目の窪み部を押すように、折り目入れ機構および折り機構の動作を制御する。
また、第2折ナイフ24は、第2ナイフ駆動機構240によって、その先端24aが第2間隔202に近づいたり離れたりするように往復運動する。第2折ナイフ24は、搬送方向F’に対して直角方向に移動する。第2折ナイフ24は、その先端24aが用紙Sの一方面S1から折り目400,500を押すようになっている。
次に、図2~図8に基づいて、用紙Sが厚紙の場合における、本発明の折り目入り折り装置の動作を説明する。
制御部3は、用紙Sが厚紙の場合におけるプログラムが設定されており、用紙Sの先端Saから第1折り目400および第2折り目500までの距離が入力されると、折り目入れ機構1および折り機構2の動作を次の通りに制御する。
次に、図9~図15に基づいて、用紙Sが薄紙の場合における、本発明の折り目入り折り装置の動作を説明する。
制御部3は、用紙Sが薄紙の場合におけるプログラムが設定されており、用紙Sの先端Saから第1折り目400および第2折り目500までの距離が入力されると、折り目入れ機構1および折り機構2の動作を次の通りに制御する。

- 用紙に折り目を入れるための折り目入れ機構と、
前記折り目入れ機構から搬送される前記用紙を前記折り目に沿って折るための折り機構と、
前記折り目入れ機構および前記折り機構の動作を制御するための制御部と、を備え、
前記折り目入れ機構は、前記用紙を搬送するための搬送ローラと、前記搬送ローラによって搬送された前記用紙に前記折り目を入れるための折り目入れ部と、を備えており、
前記折り機構は、先端で前記折り目入れ機構から搬送される前記用紙を前記折り目に沿って押すための折ナイフと、所定の間隔を置いて互いに平行に配置され、前記折ナイフの先端が前記間隔に対向するように配置された一対の折ローラと、を備え、
前記折ナイフによって押された前記用紙が前記折ローラの前記間隔に導入されることで、前記用紙が前記折り目に沿って折られるように構成された折り目入れ折り装置において、
前記折り目入れ部は、前記用紙の搬送方向に沿って配置された第1折り目入れユニットおよび第2折り目入れユニットを備え、
前記第1折り目入れユニットは、前記用紙の一方面側に配置された第1凸部と、前記用紙の他方面側に配置された第1凹部と、を備え、前記第1凸部および前記第1凹部を互いに近づけることで、前記用紙の一方面が窪み、前記用紙の他方面が突出した第1折り目が形成され、
前記第2折り目入れユニットは、前記用紙の一方面側に配置された第2凹部と、前記用紙の他方面側に配置された第2凸部と、を備え、前記第2凹部および前記第2凸部を互いに近づけることで、前記用紙の一方面が突出し、前記用紙の他方面が窪んだ第2折り目が形成されることを特徴とする折り目入れ折り装置。 - 前記用紙が厚紙の場合に、前記制御部は、前記折ナイフの先端が前記第1または第2折り目の突出部を押すように、前記折り目入れ機構および前記折り機構の動作を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の折り目入れ折り装置。
- 前記用紙が薄紙の場合に、前記制御部は、前記折ナイフの先端が前記第1または第2折り目の窪み部を押すように、前記折り目入れ機構および前記折り機構の動作を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の折り目入れ折り装置。
- 前記折り機構は、第1、第2および第3の前記折ローラからなる3つの前記折ローラと、第1および第2の前記折ナイフからなる2つの前記折ナイフと、を備え、
前記第1および第2折ローラと前記第1折ナイフとによって、第1折ユニットが構成され、
前記第2および第3折ローラと前記第2折ナイフとによって、第2折ユニットが構成され、
前記第1折ユニットは、前記第1折ナイフが前記用紙の他方面から前記第1または第2折り目を押して、前記第1および第2折ローラの前記間隔に前記用紙を導入して、前記用紙を折るように構成され、
前記第2折ユニットは、前記第2折ナイフが前記用紙の一方面から前記第1または第2折り目を押して、前記第2および第3折ローラの前記間隔に前記用紙を導入して、前記用紙をさらに折るように構成され、
前記用紙が厚紙の場合に、前記制御部は、前記第1折り目入れユニットが前記第1折り目を形成した後、前記第2折り目入れユニットが前記第2折り目を形成し、前記第1折ナイフの先端が前記第1折り目の突出部を押し、前記第2折ナイフの先端が前記第2折り目の突出部を押すように、前記折り目入れ機構および前記折り機構の動作を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の折り目入れ折り装置。 - 前記折り機構は、第1、第2および第3の前記折ローラからなる3つの前記折ローラと、第1および第2の前記折ナイフからなる2つの前記折ナイフと、を備え、
前記第1および第2折ローラと前記第1折ナイフとによって、第1折ユニットが構成され、
前記第2および第3折ローラと前記第2折ナイフとによって、第2折ユニットが構成され、
前記第1折ユニットは、前記第1折ナイフが前記用紙の他方面から前記第1または第2折り目を押して、前記第1および第2折ローラの前記間隔に前記用紙を導入して、前記用紙を折るように構成され、
前記第2折ユニットは、前記第2折ナイフが前記用紙の一方面から前記第1または第2折り目を押して、前記第2および第3折ローラの前記間隔に前記用紙を導入して、前記用紙をさらに折るように構成され、
前記用紙が薄紙の場合に、前記制御部は、前記第2折り目入れユニットが前記第2折り目を形成した後、前記第1折り目入れユニットが前記第1折り目を形成し、前記第1折ナイフの先端が前記第2折り目の窪み部を押し、前記第2折ナイフの先端が前記第1折り目の窪み部を押すように、前記折り目入れ機構および前記折り機構の動作を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の折り目入れ折り装置。
