Claims (5)
- 板材加工機の隣りに配置される板材搬送設備であって、
素材板材載置部と、
この素材板材載置部とは異なる位置に配置された加工済板材載置部と、
前記素材板材載置部と前記加工済板材載置部との間でスライドし、両載置部の上方位置に位置切換自在な仮置きテーブルと、
前記素材板材載置部と前記板材加工機との間で往復走行自在とされて、素材板材を前記板材加工機に搬入するローダと、
前記素材板材載置部と前記板材加工機との間で且つ前記ローダの走行領域の下方で前記ローダと並行して往復走行自在とされて、前記板材加工機から前記素材板材載置部の上方に位置する前記仮置きテーブルに加工済板材を搬出するアンローダとを備え、
前記仮置きテーブルは、前記素材板材載置部の上方位置で前記アンローダから受け取った加工済板材を前記加工済板材載置部まで移送するものとした板材搬送設備。 - 前記仮置きテーブルに載せて前記加工済板材載置部に移送されてきた加工済板材に対して前記素材板材載置部の有る方向へ移動することを拘束する移動拘束具を設け、この移動拘束具により加工済板材の移動が拘束された状態で前記仮置きテーブルが前記素材板材載置部に戻ることにより加工済板材を前記加工済板材載置部に載置可能とした請求項1記載の板材搬送設備。
- 板材加工機と、この板材加工機の隣りに配置された請求項1記載の板材搬送設備とを備えた板材加工システム。
- 前記板材加工機は、加工される板材が置かれる加工テーブルと、この加工テーブルの後方に配置された加工ヘッドとを備え、
前記加工テーブルは、前記ローダにより搬入される素材板材を載せるための部分と、前記アンローダにより前記加工済板材を搬出させるための部分とが共通の部分とされた請求項3記載の板材加工システム。 - 前記加工済板材載置部は、前記素材板材載置部の後方で且つ前記板材加工機の加工ヘッドの横に配置されている請求項3または請求項4記載の板材加工システム。
