実施例1~13及び比較例1~24により得られた樹脂複合材料シートから、それぞれ、縦75mm×横6.0mmの平面長方形状の試験片を切り出した。それぞれの試験片について、23℃における引張弾性率をJIS K7161に準拠して測定した。引張弾性率(GPa)と、熱可塑性樹脂の引張弾性率を基準(100%)とした相対的な引張弾性率上昇率(%)とを表1~表3に示す。
実施例1~13及び比較例1~24により得られた樹脂複合材料シートの30~100℃における平均線膨張率を、それぞれ、JIS K7197に準拠して測定した。線膨張率(%)と、熱可塑性樹脂の線膨張率を基準(100%)とした相対的な線膨張率改善率(%)とを表1~表3に示す。
実施例1~13及び比較例1~24により得られた樹脂複合材料シートを、それぞれ、上下一対のプレス金型を用いて、図1に示すような形状のカップに成形した。得られたカップについて、目視にてその外観を評価した。その際に、カップにしわや破れが無い場合には、二次加工性が良好(〇)であると評価し、カップにしわや破れがあった場合には、二次加工性が悪い(×)と評価した。
Claims (9)
- 熱可塑性樹脂、薄片化黒鉛、及び前記薄片化黒鉛とは異なる無機フィラーを含む樹脂複合材料。
- 前記薄片化黒鉛を構成するグラフェンシートの積層数が1000以下である、請求項1に記載の樹脂複合材料。
- 前記薄片化黒鉛を構成するグラフェンシートの積層数が150以下である、請求項1または2に記載の樹脂複合材料。
- 前記薄片化黒鉛のアスペクト比が20以上である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂複合材料。
- 前記薄片化黒鉛が、前記熱可塑性樹脂100質量部に対して、0.1質量部~40質量部含まれる、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂複合材料。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂がポリオレフィンである、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂複合材料。
- 前記無機フィラーが、シリカ、マイカ、タルク、クレー、ベントナイト、モンモリロナイト、カオリナイト、ワラストナイト、炭酸カルシウム、酸化チタン、アルミナ、硫酸バリウム、チタン酸カリウム、及びガラス繊維からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種である、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂複合材料。
- 前記無機フィラーが、タルクである、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂複合材料。
- 前記無機フィラーが、前記熱可塑性樹脂100質量部に対して、50質量部以上含まれる、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂複合材料。
