Definitions
- the present invention relates to a resin film deterioration detection method and a resin film deterioration detection device, and more specifically, a resin film deterioration detection method and a deterioration detection device of a resin-coated rope whose outer periphery is coated with a resin film. It is about.
- the steel wires that make up the rope are broken sequentially due to fatigue and wear. Therefore, the safety of the rope is evaluated by checking the broken part and the number of breaks of the steel wire visually or with a measuring instrument in a periodic inspection after installing the elevator.
- Patent Document 1 As a method for detecting deterioration of the coating resin of the resin-coated rope, for example, a method for detecting damage of the coating resin by detecting the presence or absence of electrical continuity between the steel wire constituting the rope and the sheave has been proposed.
- Patent Document 2 As a method of nondestructively detecting the deterioration of a urethane roll whose outer peripheral portion is coated with a polyurethane resin, the indentation hardness of the urethane roll is measured, and the deterioration of the urethane roll is determined from the rate of change from the indentation hardness when new.

- the degradation detection method proposed in Patent Document 1 is effective as a method for detecting damage to the resin coated rope.
- this method is a method capable of detecting damage when the coating resin is significantly worn away due to wear or the like, or when tearing occurs.
- the car is driven by the friction coefficient between the coating resin and the sheave of the hoisting machine. Therefore, if the coating resin is damaged to such an extent that the steel wire and the sheave are conducted, sufficient frictional force between the coating resin and the sheave cannot be secured, resulting in an elevator malfunction or accident. There is a problem that the property becomes high. Therefore, from the viewpoint of ensuring the safety of the elevator, a method for detecting the deterioration state of the coating resin with higher accuracy is required.

- this step (S50) after a predetermined tension F is applied to the wire 30, the amount of displacement of the wire 30 when the predetermined tension is applied is held for a predetermined time, and the wire 30 is applied after the predetermined time has elapsed.
- strain relief of the resin film 20b needed to provide a predetermined tension to the wire 30: F R and was determined as previously criterion, a predetermined tension to the wire 30
- the tension state of the resin film 20b necessary to give the resistance: F R0 is compared to determine the deterioration state of the resin film 20b. Therefore, according to the deterioration detection method of the resin film of the present embodiment, by setting the predetermined tension applied to the wire 30 to be equal to or less than the breaking load of the wire 30, the resin coating is reliably avoided while avoiding the breaking of the wire 30.
- the deterioration of the resin film 20b in the rope 20 can be detected with high accuracy and nondestructiveness.
- the resin film deterioration detection device 2 of the present embodiment basically has the same configuration as the resin film deterioration detection device 1 of the first embodiment and has the same effects.

- a displacement meter 8 is installed in the tension meter 9, and the displacement amount of the tension meter 9 can be measured by the displacement meter 8.
- a hook 9 a is attached to the tension meter 9.
- the linear guide 6 is arranged on the gantry 3 so that the axial direction thereof is parallel to a virtual straight line L′-L ′ connecting the hook 4a and the hook 9a.
- the plurality (two) of rope fixing portions 5 are arranged on the gantry 3 so as to be arranged in a direction intersecting the virtual straight line L′-L ′, more specifically in a vertical direction.
- the rope fixing unit 5 fixes the relative positional relationship between the resin-coated rope to be inspected and the deterioration detection device 2 as in the first embodiment. Moreover, the hooks 4a and 9a hold
- the feed screw 7 is disposed through the hook base 4 and the tension gauge base 9b. Moreover, the direction of the screw thread of the feed screw 7 is reversed between a location passing through the hook base 4 and a location passing through the tension gauge base 9b. Therefore, by turning the feed screw 7, the hook base 4 and the tension gauge base 9 b can be displaced in the opposite directions (180 ° reverse direction) along the axial direction of the linear guide 6. That is, displacement can be given to both ends of the wire held by the hooks 4a and 9a. Thereby, tension

- the resin film deterioration detection method of the present embodiment is implemented using, for example, the resin film deterioration detection apparatus 2 of the present embodiment described above. Referring to FIGS. 3, 11, and 12, first, steps (S10) to (S30) are performed as in the first and second embodiments.
- a resin film compression step is performed.
- the feed screw 7 is turned so that the hook base 4 and the tension gauge base 9b are opposite to each other along the axial direction of the linear guide 6 (180 ° reverse).

- tension is given to the wire 30 and the resin film 20 b is compressed in the radial direction of the resin-coated rope 20.
- the displacement amount of the wire 30, that is, the compression amount of the resin film 20 b is detected by the displacement meter 8, and the tension applied to the wire 30 is detected by the tension meter 9.
- a deterioration determination step is performed as a step (S50).
- the tension value (F) of the wire 30 necessary for giving a predetermined compression amount to the resin film 20b in the step (S40) is determined in advance as a reference. Further, the deterioration state of the resin film 20b is determined by comparing the tension value (F 0 ) of the wire 30 necessary for giving a predetermined compression amount to the resin film 20b.
- the deterioration state of the resin film 20b may be determined by comparing the compression amount (necessary displacement: L 0 ) of the resin film 20b necessary for giving a predetermined compression amount to the wire 30 determined as a reference. .
- the resin film 20b is provided in the radial direction of the resin-coated rope 20 by applying displacement to both ends of the wire 30 and applying tension to the wire 30. Is compressed. Therefore, the frictional force between the wire 30 and the resin film 20b is reduced as compared with the case where a displacement is applied to one end side of the wire 30. Therefore, in the deterioration detection method of the present embodiment, noise due to the frictional force is suppressed, and deterioration of the resin film 20b can be detected with higher accuracy.
