Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a slope device used when placing on a vehicle while pushing a wheelchair.
  • the slope device described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-113961 is a device that is installed in an opening at the rear of the body of an automobile, and a wheelchair is developed by extending the slope plate rearward and spanning the opening and the ground. It is configured to be able to enter the passenger compartment while pressing. After the wheelchair is placed in the vehicle interior, the slope plate is rotated upward and stored in the vehicle interior. Specifically, the slope plate is stored on the floor of the passenger compartment in a state where the central portion is bent into a mountain shape in the process of rotating upward, and further rotated and folded into two. Thus, since the slope board is stored on the floor of the passenger compartment, the wheelchair needs to be fixed to the floor of the passenger compartment in front of the storage position of the slope board.
  • the wheelchair cannot be fixed to the rearmost part of the passenger compartment. For this reason, for example, it is impossible to place two wheelchairs side by side in the rear part of the passenger compartment. Therefore, there is a problem that the vehicle interior space cannot be effectively used.
  • the slope plate can be stored in an upright position near the opening. Thereby, it becomes possible to place a wheelchair on the rearmost part of the passenger compartment.
  • a wheelchair instead of a wheelchair, when it is desired to load a luggage in the passenger compartment through the opening, it becomes an obstacle if the slope plate stands in the vicinity of the opening. For this reason, in order to load and unload a load, it is necessary to once unfold the slope plate after opening the door, and there is a problem that the work becomes troublesome.
  • a slope device for a vehicle is connected to a lower side of an opening of a vehicle body that leads to a passenger compartment so as to be rotatable and can be spanned between the lower side of the opening and the ground. And a main lock mechanism for holding the slope plate rotated upward in an upright position and storing it in the vehicle interior. Further, the slope plate is configured to be able to fall from the standing position to the inside of the passenger compartment.
  • the slope plate is configured to be able to fall from the standing position toward the vehicle interior. For this reason, for example, when the wheelchair is not placed on the vehicle, it is possible to load the luggage from the opening by causing the slope plate to fall from the standing position toward the vehicle interior. Therefore, the slope plate does not obstruct the loading / unloading of luggage. In other words, it is not necessary to unfold the slope plate every time the load is loaded / unloaded, and the load / unload operation is facilitated.

  • the first and second switches 61 and 62 are simply the support frame 30 regardless of the operation in which the striker engaging portions 45 and 55 and the strikers 43 and 53 are engaged or the operation in which the engagement is released. It is also possible to change the configuration so that the slope plate body 20 is turned on by the rotating operation.
  • the first switch is provided on the support frame 30 at a location where it can face the vehicle body C. And when the support stand 30 is being fixed with respect to the vehicle body C by the main lock mechanism 40, it is pressed by the vehicle body C which faces, and the 1st switch is turned off.
  • the vehicle body C is separated from the first switch, the pressing force is removed, and the first switch is turned on.
  • the second switch can be provided at a location where the support plate 30 can face the slope plate main body 20 and can be turned on by the rotation of the slope plate main body 20.
  • the slope device 10 can be provided not only in the opening H on the rear side of the vehicle body C but also in the opening on the side surface of the vehicle body.
