本发明的目的是提供一种带束层供料架及其供料方法, 使带束层与带束层鼓贴 合时, 无论鼓的大小如何变化, 二者都处于相切的位置, 从而保证带束层和鼓贴合 良好。
为实现上述发明目的, 所述的带束层供料架主要包括以下结构特征:

本发明可采用如下改进方案: 输送模板支架上设置有第一前输送模板、 第二前输送模板, 二者的横向间距不 小于其横向宽度, 二者的横向间隔与带束层鼓的位置相对应。
第一前输送模板、 第二前输送模板的横向间隔为贴合工位, 二者依次进入横向 间隔处来实现将所输送的带束层贴合在鼓上。 为实现第一前输送模板、 第二前输送 模板依次进入二者的横向间隔处, 输送模板支架上设置有滑轨, 第一前输送模板、 第二前输送模板通过驱动机构与滑轨实现滑动连接。
以上是本发明提供的带束层供料架的结构方案, 应用上述供料架, 带束层通过 输送模板被输送并贴合在带束层鼓上, 其特征在于: 输送模板前端位于带束层鼓的 下方, 带束层被输送至输送模板前端时, 垂向调节装置给输送模板支架施加一使其 向上摆动的力, 使输送模板支架绕与机架的枢接轴转动到输送模板上表面与带束层 鼓的外圆周相切的位置。
