〔I〕(A)アスコルビン酸リン酸エステル又はその塩を含有する歯磨剤組成物に、(B)炭酸カルシウム系研磨剤を配合すると共に、(C)炭酸水素塩、オルトリン酸塩及び縮合リン酸塩から選ばれる1種以上を配合し、(C)成分/(B)成分を質量比として0.020~1.0としたことを特徴とする歯磨剤組成物。
〔II〕(A)アスコルビン酸リン酸エステル又はその塩を含有する歯磨剤組成物に、(B)炭酸カルシウム系研磨剤を配合すると共に、(C)炭酸水素ナトリウムを配合し、(C)成分/(B)成分を質量比として0.020~1.0としたことを特徴とする歯磨剤組成物。
炭酸カルシウム系研磨剤としては、例えば(株)カルファイン製の商品名カルファインKS-1000RS等の市販品を使用できる。
(B)炭酸カルシウム系研磨剤の配合量は、組成全体の5~40%が好ましく、より好ましくは10~25%である。配合量が多いほど洗浄実感は高まるが、40%を超えるとアスコルビン酸リン酸エステル又はその塩を安定配合できない場合がある。また、40%を超えると研磨力が強すぎて使用感に劣る場合がある。
オルトリン酸塩、縮合リン酸塩も、市販品を使用することができる。具体的には、太平化学産業(株)から発売されているリン酸二ナトリウムやリン酸三ナトリウム、ポリリン酸ナトリウム、ピロリン酸四ナトリウム、ポリリン酸四カリウムなどを使用できる。
(B)、(C)成分の配合割合は、(C)成分/(B)成分が質量比として0.020~1.0であり、好ましくは0.03~0.5、より好ましくは0.05~0.3である。配合割合が0.020未満であると、アスコルビン酸リン酸エステル又はその塩を安定化できない。1.0を超えると、アスコルビン酸リン酸エステル又はその塩を安定化できないだけでなく、使用感に劣る。
上記した他の研磨剤を配合する場合は、アスコルビン酸リン酸エステル又はその塩の安定性を低下させない範囲が望ましく、その配合量は組成全体の5%以下、特に0~3%が好ましい。
防腐剤としては、メチルパラベン、ブチルパラベン、エチルパラベン等のパラベン類、安息香酸又はその塩、サリチル酸又はそのエステルもしくは塩、塩化セチルピリジニウム、イソプロピルメチルフェノール、ソルビン酸塩等が挙げられる。
また、配合量も特に限定されないが、上記の香料素材は、製剤組成中に0.000001~1%使用することが好ましい。また、上記香料素材を使用した賦香用香料としては、製剤組成中に0.1~2.0%使用することが好ましい。
保存安定化剤としては、ビタミンC、ビタミンE、亜硫酸ナトリウム、ピロ亜硫酸ナトリウム、亜硫酸水素ナトリウム、ブチルヒドロキシトルエン、没食子酸プロピル、ブチルヒドロキシアリール等が挙げられる。
表1~3に示す組成の歯磨剤組成物を下記製造法により調製し、下記方法で評価した。結果を表1~3に示す。
〈1〉歯磨剤組成物の製造法
(1)精製水中に水溶性成分(粘結剤、プロピレングリコールを除く)を常温で混合溶解させたA相を調製した。
(2)プロピレングリコール中に粘結剤を常温で分散させたB相を調製した。
(3)撹拌中のA相中にB相を添加混合してC相を調製した。
(4)C相中に香料、研磨剤等の水溶性成分以外の成分を、1.5Lニーダー(石山工作所製)を用いて常温で混合し、減圧(5.3kPa)による脱泡を行い、歯磨剤組成物1.2kgを得た。
使用したラミネートチューブの層構成における略号と名称は以下の通りであり、略号に続く数字は各層の厚み(μm)を示したものである。

各歯磨剤組成物0.1gを測り取り、10mmol/Lのリン酸緩衝液(1.5mmol/L リン酸二水素カリウム、23.5mmol/L リン酸水素二カリウム、pH8.0)を加え、振とう機で20分間激しく撹拌した後、10mLにメスアップした。この液1mLを取り、前処理用フィルターで濾過した後、高速液体クロマトグラフィー(ポンプ:日本分光社製 PU1580、オートサンプラー:島津製作所社製 SIL-10A、UV検出器:島津製作所社製 SPD-6A、記録装置:島津製作所社製 C-R4A)を用い、絶対検量線法にて定量を行った。移動相は25mmol/Lリン酸二水素カリウム+5mmol/Lテトラブチルアンモニウム/アセトニトリル=91/9混液(容量比)、カラムは直径約4.6mm、長さ約150mmのステンレス管に5μmの液体クロマトグラフ用オクタデシルシリル化シリカゲルを充填したもの(例:TSK-gel ODS-80Ts(東ソー(株)製))、カラム温度約40℃、検出波長240nm、流速は0.8mL/分としてアスコルビン酸リン酸エステル塩の保持時間を約7分間とした。40℃にて3ヶ月保存品中のアスコルビン酸リン酸エステル塩の含有量を算出し、-5℃にて3ヶ月保存品中のアスコルビン酸リン酸エステル塩の含有量を100%とした場合の残存率を求めた。
◎:残存率が95%以上
○:残存率が90%以上95%未満
△:残存率が80%以上90%未満
×:残存率が80%未満
歯磨剤組成物について、専門家パネラー10人を用いた収斂感の官能試験を実施した。製剤約1gを市販品歯ブラシにのせて3分間ブラッシングを行い、使用中及び使用後の収斂感を、以下の評点に従って評価した。10名の評価結果の平均値を求め、以下の基準で○、◎の評価が確保されるものを、収斂効果の高い歯磨剤組成物であると判断した。

2点:やや収斂効果を感じる
1点:全く収斂効果を感じない
評価基準
◎:2.5点以上
○:2.0点以上2.5点未満
△:1.3点以上2.0点未満

Claims (6)
- (A)アスコルビン酸リン酸エステル又はその塩を含有する歯磨剤組成物に、(B)炭酸カルシウム系研磨剤を配合すると共に、(C)炭酸水素塩、オルトリン酸塩及び縮合リン酸塩から選ばれる1種以上を配合し、(C)成分/(B)成分を質量比として0.020~1.0としたことを特徴とする歯磨剤組成物。
- (C)成分が、炭酸水素塩、リン酸塩、リン酸水素塩、ピロリン酸塩及びポリリン酸塩から選ばれる1種又は2種以上である請求項1記載の歯磨剤組成物。
- (C)成分が、炭酸水素ナトリウムである請求項2記載の歯磨剤組成物。
- (B)成分の配合量が5~40質量%、(C)成分の配合量が0.5~10質量%である請求項1、2又は3記載の歯磨剤組成物。
- (A)成分の配合量が0.1~2質量%である請求項1~4のいずれか1項記載の歯磨剤組成物。
- 更に、(B)炭酸カルシウム系研磨剤以外の研磨剤を0~3質量%、粘結剤を0.01~8質量%、粘稠剤を5~50質量%、界面活性剤を0.2~15質量%配合し、練歯磨剤として調製された請求項1~5のいずれか1項記載の歯磨剤組成物。
