- 如权利要求2至5中任何一项所述的适用于曲面包装容器的转印设备,其特征在于,所述转盘包括盘体、印刷芯棒和驱动结构;所述印刷芯棒垂直地安放在所述盘体上,用于安放所述待处理产品;所述驱动结构安装在所述盘体上,用以驱动所述盘体转动,进而带动所述印刷芯棒转动。
- 如权利要求6所述的适用于曲面包装容器的转印设备,其特征在于,所述盘体竖直地设置,所述印刷芯棒水平设置。
- 如权利要求6所述的适用于曲面包装容器的转印设备,其特征在于,所述转盘进一步包括印刷芯棒安装轴、定位电机和感应器;所述印刷芯棒安装轴设置在所述盘体上,用以安装所述印刷芯棒;所述定位电机与所述印刷芯棒安装轴连接;所述定位电机同时与所述感应器连接;所述感应器邻近所述印刷芯棒上的所述待处理产品的光标设置,并用于感应所述光标;所述定位电机根据所述感应器感应所述光标获得的信号来带动所述印刷芯棒安装轴从动转动,进而调整设置在所述印刷芯棒上的所述待处理产品的位置。
- 如权利要求8所述的适用于曲面包装容器的转印设备,其特征在于,所述转盘进一步包括吹气气缸;所述印刷芯棒上设有与所述吹气气缸相通的小孔或气道。
- 如权利要求6所述的适用于曲面包装容器的转印设备,其特征在于,所述涂胶机构包括光油槽、上料辊、计量辊和涂布辊;所述上料辊、涂布辊和计量辊相切接触,并且所述上料辊的下端位于所述光油槽内;所述上料辊将紫外光固化胶从所述光油槽中取出并转涂到所述涂布辊上;所述紫外光固化胶的厚度可通过所述计量辊对所述上料辊和所述涂布辊的压紧力来调节;所述涂布辊上贴有印版,所述印版上可设计凸起的图文,所述印版与处于该工位上的所述印刷芯棒上的所述待处理产品接触,从而将紫外光固化胶涂在所述待处理产品的表面。
- 如权利要求10所述的适用于曲面包装容器的转印设备,其特征在于,所述涂胶机构还包括电机和同步带轮;所述电机通过所述同步带轮驱动所述上料辊、涂布辊;所述同步带轮与所述上料辊及涂布辊之间、所述上料辊和所述计量辊之间分别通过齿轮啮合传动。
- 如权利要求6所述的适用于曲面包装容器的转印设备,其特征在于,所述联动机构包括本体、电机、气缸和双爪气缸;所述电机安装在所述本体的一侧,用以驱动所述本体转动;所述气缸垂直地安装在所述本体上,并可驱动其活塞杆沿着垂直于所述本体的方向上运动;所述双爪气缸安装在所述活塞杆的端部,用于夹紧所述待处理产品。
- 如权利要求12所述的适用于曲面包装容器的转印设备,其特征在于,所述转印机构包括放膜辊、压辊、UV灯和收卷电机;所述放膜辊用于安装具有图文信息的镭射膜,并向安装在所述转印机构的转盘上的已涂胶的产品输送所述镭射膜;所述压辊用于与处于该工位上的所述已涂胶的产品接触,并对其施加压力,从而将所述镭射膜上的图文转印到涂布在产品表面的紫外光固化胶上;所述UV灯照射固化被所述压辊处理过的紫外光固化胶;所述收卷电机用于收卷剥离后的所述镭射基底膜。
- 如权利要求13所述的适用于曲面包装容器的转印设备,其特征在于,所述转印机构还包括用于对套设于所述转印机构的转盘上的已涂胶的产品进行定位的感应器。
- 如权利要求13所述的适用于曲面包装容器的转印设备,其特征在于,所述压辊上设置压版,所述压版对应于所述待处理产品的待转印图案区域。
