Abstract

本发明公开了一种门诊体液采集自助机,包括外壳,在外壳内设有试管分配器、尿杯分配器和工控电脑,在尿杯分配器的上方设有喷码单元,工控电脑用于控制试管分配器、尿杯分配器和喷码单元。本发明能够同时装载多种不同的采样容器,内部各单元的结构安排合理,适用于各种不同的需求,自动化程度高,减少了工作人员劳动强度,提高了工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种门诊体液采集自助机,主要用于医院、健康体检中心等处的体液采集。
背景技术
目前在医院和健康体检中心在对体液采集时,一般通过检验人员直接将采集容器给患者,容易发生错误,而且还会对容器造成污染。而有一些医院则设有取尿杯机等机器,但是目前市场上的这类机器较少,自动化程度较低,且成本高,达不到取代人工窗口服务的目的。而且现有的机器功能单一,只能针对一种样本容器,无法满足所有门诊体液样本采集要求。
发明内容
本发明为了克服上述的不足,提供了一种能够同时针对多种采样容器,满足不同需求的门诊体液采集自助机。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种门诊体液采集自助机,包括外壳,在外壳内设有试管分配器、尿杯分配器和工控电脑,在试管分配器的上方设有喷码单元,工控电脑用于控制试管分配器、尿杯分配器和喷码单元。
所述试管分配器包括至少两条带有卡槽的输送机,在每个输送机上均设有一个可拆卸试管上料盒,可随意装载采样的试管。优选的,所述输送机为四条。
所述喷码单元包括喷码机和喷码横移机械手,所述喷码横移机械手包括横移电机和横移皮带,横移皮带通过横移电机控制,喷码机通过安装块安装在横移皮带上,并通过横移电机的正转、反转在各输送机的上方移动。喷码机用于对试管进行喷条形码,横置喷码机机械手用于移动喷码机选择不同样本容器喷码,四条带有卡槽的输送机用于运送和固定试管到指定位置进行喷码。还可采用UV喷码机直接喷码,速度快,不卡纸,UV喷墨可速干且使用量少,约10万个标本后才需更换墨盒,大大节省时间,提高了工作效率。
在外壳内还设有一垂直导向杆和垂直电机,喷码单元与垂直电机连接,并能在垂直电机的作用下沿着导向杆上下移动。
所述尿杯分配器包括三根螺杆,三根螺杆呈三角形排布,尿杯位于三根螺杆之间,且尿杯的杯口与螺杆的螺纹相扣,尿杯通过螺杆向下旋转旋出。
三根螺杆通过电动马达控制转动。
在试管分配器和尿杯分配器的下方还设有落料空间,在外壳上设有取料口,取料口与落料空间连通,且落料空间由内向取料口向下倾斜。
在外壳上还设有两个显示屏,外壳内还设有读卡单元和回执单打印单元,两个显示屏、读卡单元和回执单打印单元也由工控电脑控制。
读卡单元包括在外壳表面的读卡器口,回执单打印单元包括在外壳表面的回执单出口。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明能够同时装载多种不同的采样容器,内部各单元的结构安排合理,适用于各种不同的需求,自动化程度高,减少了工作人员劳动强度,提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1-3所示的门诊体液采集自助机,包括外壳1,在外壳1内设有试管分配器2、尿杯分配器3和工控电脑4,在试管分配器2的上方设有喷码单元,工控电脑4用于控制试管分配器2、尿杯分配器3和喷码单元。在试管分配器2和尿杯分配器3的下方还设有落料空间,在外壳1上设有取料口9,取料口9与落料空间连通,且落料空间由内向取料口9向下倾斜。
所述试管分配器2包括至少两条带有卡槽的输送机21,在每个输送机21上均设有一个可拆卸试管上料盒5,可随意装载采样的试管。优选的,所述输送机21为四条。
所述喷码单元包括喷码机6和喷码横移机械手7,所述喷码横移机械手7包括横移电机71和横移皮带72,横移皮带72通过横移电机71控制,喷码机6通过安装块8安装在横移皮带72上,并通过横移电机71的正转、反转在各输送机21的上方横向移动。在外壳1内还设有一垂直导向杆13和垂直电机,喷码单元与垂直电机连接,并能在垂直电机的作用下沿着导向杆13上下移动。喷码机用于对试管进行喷条形码,横置喷码机机械手用于移动喷码机选择不同样本容器喷码,四条带有卡槽的输送机用于运送和固定试管到指定位置进行喷码。还可采用UV喷码机直接喷码,速度快,不卡纸,UV喷墨可速干且使用量少,约10万个标本后才需更换墨盒,大大节省时间,提高了工作效率。
如图4所示,所述尿杯分配器3包括三根螺杆31,三根螺杆31呈三角形排布,尿杯32位于三根螺杆31之间,且尿杯32的杯口与螺杆31的螺纹相扣,尿杯32通过螺杆31向下旋转旋出。其中,三根螺杆31通过电动马达控制转动。
在外壳1上还设有就诊卡插卡口、两个显示屏10,两个显示屏既可以对患者做健康宣教,也可介绍本产品功能。外壳1内还设有读卡单元和回执单打印单元,两个显示屏10、读卡单元和回执单打印单元也由工控电脑4控制。读卡单元包括在外壳1表面的读卡器口11,回执单打印单元包括在外壳1表面的回执单出口12。
在实际使用时,患者根据门诊体液采集自助机提示,将就诊卡插入插卡口,门诊体液采集自助机自动连接医院系统,根据患者就诊卡中的体液医嘱项目,自动选择不同的试管分配器,分配所需的各采样容器,下落到传送带的卡槽里。输送机将各采样容器输送到喷码机下方指定位置。横置机械臂移动喷码机到指定位置,在容器上依次打印患者姓名、条形码、留取量等信息。全部打印完成后,输送机输送所需容器到落料空间上方掉落和需要的一次性尿杯一并从落料空间滚落到出料口。此时门诊体液采集自助机显示屏同时显示检测项目的留取方法提醒患者按照要求留取样本,附带热敏打印机同时打印回执单给患者,告知患者送检窗口和取报告的时间地点。患者按照提示取回就诊卡,拿取回执单,在出料口拿取采样容器和尿杯,到卫生间留取样本,然后将盛有样本的容器放到标本接收窗口即可离开。等候检测结果完成后,用回执单上的条形码或者就诊卡在自助取单处打印报告。将报告拿到医生处再次就诊。

1.一种门诊体液采集自助机,其特征是:包括外壳(1),在外壳(1)内设有试管分配器(2)、尿杯分配器(3)和工控电脑(4),在试管分配器(2)的上方设有喷码单元,工控电脑(4)用于控制试管分配器(2)、尿杯分配器(3)和喷码单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的门诊体液采集自助机,其特征是:所述试管分配器(2)包括至少两条带有卡槽的输送机(21),在每个输送机(21)上均设有一个可拆卸试管上料盒(5)。

9.根据权利要求1所述的门诊体液采集自助机,其特征是:在外壳(1)上还设有两个显示屏(10),外壳(1)内还设有读卡单元和回执单打印单元,两个显示屏(10)、读卡单元和回执单打印单元也由工控电脑(4)控制。
