Abstract
La présente demande concerne des réactifs de détection et des procédés de détection du virus du syndrome reproducteur et respiratoire porcin. Dans un aspect, la présente description concerne des fragments immunogènes qui codent la protéine non structurale 2 (Nsp2). En particulier, les fragments immunogènes de l'invention sont absents dans une protéine NSp2 d'un VSRRP atténué, mais sont présents dans une protéine Nsp2 d'un VSRRP sauvage. La présente description concerne également des amorces oligonucléotidiques qui sont utiles pour distinguer un VSRRP atténué d'un VSRRP sauvage. La présente demande concerne en outre des procédés de détection et des réactifs de détection pour VSRRP, et également des procédés pour distinguer des porcs immunisés par un VSRRP atténué de porcs infectés par un VSRRP sauvage.
