- the door cart (21, 22, 26, 27) is positioned at an appropriate position according to the load even during acceleration / deceleration of the door 11 (11a, 11b) or when a foreign object collides, and the door cart (21, 22, 26, 27). And the inclination of the door 11 (11a, 11b) are reliably prevented.
- the position adjustment of the second door cart (26, 27) such as how much the second door cart (26, 27) is placed in contact with the upper rail 13a is described above. Has little effect on the anti-derailing performance. For this reason, when installing the door suspension apparatus 1, installation work can be easily performed without requiring much time for position adjustment.
- the second door carts (26, 27) are installed between the door end side first door cart 21 and the door bottom side first door cart 22.
- the second door wheel (26, 27), the swing member (24, 25), and the elastic coupling mechanism 29 are provided on the inner side of the first door wheel (21, 22) on the door end side and the door bottom side. Can be provided.
- the second door wheel (26, 27), the swing member (24, 25), and the elastic connecting mechanism 29 can be installed in a compact manner inside the first door wheel (21, 22) on the door end side and the door bottom side.
- the structure of the door suspension device 1 and the door device 2 can be made compact.
- the second door carts (26, 27) are provided on both the door end side and the door bottom side with respect to the elastic coupling mechanism 29. For this reason, in both cases of the door 11 (11a, 11b) being opened and closed, the second door (26, The position 27) is stably positioned at an appropriate position. Therefore, in both cases of the door 11 (11a, 11b) being opened and closed, the door wheel (21, 22, 26, 27) is surely removed and the door 11 (11a, 11b) is tilted.
- the door suspension device 1 and the door device 2 having a compact structure capable of reducing running resistance by a mechanism for preventing wheel removal can be realized.
- the drive connecting portion 28 is connected to the swing connecting members (31, 32) to which the door bottom side swing member 24 and the door tip side swing member 25 are rotatably connected.
- the displacement is allowed with the elastic deformation of the spring member 33 when the door 11 (11a, 11b) moves in the opening direction, and is restricted when the door 11 (11a, 11b) moves in the closing direction. For this reason, the door 11 (11a, 11b, 11b) is more easily induced to derail the door (21, 22, 26, 27) and the door 11 (11a, 11b) than the door 11 (11a, 11b) is moved in the opening direction.
- fluctuation member 24 by which the door butt side 2nd door pulley 26 is supported is connected, and the door tip side 2nd.
- a door-side swing connecting member 32 to which the door-end swing member 25 on which the door pulley 27 is supported is connected is connected via a spring member 33 so as to be relatively movable in the door opening / closing direction.
- the distance between the door bottom side second door wheel 26 and the door tip side second door wheel 27, the door bottom side swing member 24, and the door tip side swing member 25 The angle in the swinging direction with respect to the one-car carriage support member 23 is automatically adjusted according to the distance between the upper rail 13a and the lower rail 13b. Therefore, regardless of the distance between the upper and lower rails (13a, 13b), the second door cart (26, 27) automatically comes into contact with the upper rail 13a so as to be equal to or lower than a predetermined surface pressure.
- the installation work can be performed very easily without the need for position adjustment at all.
- the abutting portion 43 of the drive connecting portion 28 abuts against the door-end-side swing connecting member 32, so that the swing connecting member (31 of the drive connecting portion 28). , 32) is restricted within a predetermined distance range. For this reason, regardless of the elastic deformation amount of the spring member 33, the mechanism for preventing the wheel removal is surely operated when the displacement of the drive connecting portion 28 with respect to the swing connecting members (31, 32) reaches a predetermined distance. be able to.
- the connecting member 35 that holds one end side of the connecting shaft member 41 that is connected to the opening / closing drive mechanism 12 and biased by the spring member 33 in the drive connecting portion 28,
- the slide member 34 is provided so as to be attachable to both the door end side and the door bottom side. For this reason, regarding the parts such as the slide member 34, the connecting member 35, and the spring member 33, it is possible to cope with both the right-handed door and the left-handed door with the same parts. Thereby, parts management can be performed easily.
- the axles (26a, 26a, 27) of the second door wheel (26, 27) are allowed to allow the first door wheel support member 23 to rotate the swing members (24, 25).
- 27a) is formed with a notch-shaped recess (37a, 37b) that opens around the periphery. For this reason, the second door wheel (26, 27) and the swing member (24, 25), the first door wheel (21, 22) and the first door wheel support member 23 are more closely arranged. can do. Thereby, further downsizing of the door suspension device 1 and the door device 2 can be achieved.
- the first door wheel (21, 22) and the second door wheel (26, 27) are common in at least the shapes of the first rolling surface 38 and the second rolling surface 39. Therefore, it is possible to easily manage the parts of the first door (21, 22) and the second door (26, 27). Then, the outer rolling surfaces (39a, 39b), which are a pair of convex curved surfaces in the second door cart (26, 27), abut on the upper rail 13a, and the concave curved surface in the first door cart (21, 22).
- a certain inner rolling surface 38c abuts on the lower rail 13b, and a protrusion 20 is provided that protrudes between a pair of outer rolling surfaces (39a, 39b) that abut on the lower rail 13a. Therefore, even if the first and second door pulleys (21, 22, 26, 27) are inclined along the direction perpendicular to the rail longitudinal direction between the upper and lower rails (13a, 13b), It will be more reliably prevented that the two-wheeled vehicle (21, 22, 26, 27) falls off the rail 13.
- the pair of outer rolling surfaces (39a, 39b) of the second door wheel (26, 27) abut on the upper rail 13a, and the first door wheel (21, 22).
- the inner rolling surface 38c abuts on the lower rail 13b, and the protrusion 20 of the upper rail 13a projects between the pair of outer rolling surfaces (39a, 39b) of the second door wheel (26, 27).
- the number of doors 11 may be one, and the door 11 may be changed as follows.
- the swing coupling member may be configured as an integral member.
- the configuration in which the contact portion in the drive connection portion is provided so as to be able to contact the door-end-side swing connection member has been described as an example.
- the abutment portion in the drive coupling portion may be provided so as to be able to abut on the door butt side swing coupling member, and also on both the door tip side swing connection member and the door bottom side swing connection member. It may be provided so that it can contact
- connection member in the drive connection portion has been described as an example in which one end side of the shaft-like member urged by the elastic portion is held, but this need not be the case.
- the connection member in the drive connection portion may be configured to hold one end side of the elastic portion.
- the present invention provides a door suspension device that supports a door that is provided on a structure and is driven to open and close by an opening and closing drive mechanism in a slidably suspended state with respect to the structure and that is coupled to the opening and closing drive mechanism, and the door
- a door device provided with a suspension device it can be widely applied.
