上記のポリエーテル化合物では、一般式(1)で表される繰り返し単位のうち、一般式(2)で表される繰り返し単位以外の単位が、一般式(1)中のAで表される一価の基が、水素原子である単位、アルキル基である単位、およびハロアルキル基である単位、ならびに、X-が1個の原子で構成されるアニオンであること以外は一般式(2)で表される繰り返し単位と同じ構造を有する単位から選択される少なくとも一つの単位を含むことが好ましい。
ジメチルホルムアミドを溶媒とするゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィ-(GPC)により、ポリスチレン換算値として測定した。なお、測定器としてはHLC-8320(東ソー社製)を用い、カラムはTSKgelα-M(東ソー社製)二本を直列に連結して用い、検出器は示差屈折計RI-8320(東ソー社製)を用いた。
試料となるコイン型セルについて、測定装置として、インピーダンスアナライザ1260型とポテンショスタット1287型(ともにソーラトロン社製)とを組み合わせて用いて、体積固有抵抗値を測定した。なお、測定電圧振幅は100mV、測定周波数範囲は1MHz~0.1Hzとして、25℃、湿度0%の乾燥雰囲気の下、主電極としてSUS304製電極を用いて測定を行った。体積固有抵抗値が低いものほどイオン伝導性に優れる。
(エピクロロヒドリンのリビングアニオン重合)

製造実施例Bで得られた対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有ポリエーテル化合物2.5gと、リチウムテトラフルオロボレート2.9gと、テトラヒドロフラン20mLとを攪拌機付きガラス反応器に添加した。室温で30分間反応させた後、50℃で12時間減圧乾燥し、トルエンで液相を抽出した。得られたトルエン溶液を50℃で12時間減圧乾燥したところ、ほぼ無色透明な粘性液状物質4.3gが得られた。得られた粘性液状物質について1H-NMRスペクトル測定を行ったところ、出発原料である対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有ポリエーテル化合物の、塩化物イオンと臭化物イオンの全てが、テトラフルオロボレートアニオンに交換された、対アニオンとしてテトラフルオロボレートアニオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有ポリエーテル化合物であると同定された。
(エピクロロヒドリンオリゴマーの1-メチルイミダゾールによる部分4級化)
製造実施例Aで得られたエピクロロヒドリンオリゴマー5.0gと、1-メチルイミダゾール2.7gと、アセトニトリル10.0gとを、アルゴンで置換した攪拌機付きガラス反応器に添加し、80℃に加熱した。80℃で96時間反応させた後、室温に冷却し反応を停止した。得られた反応物をトルエン/メタノール/水の等重量混合溶液にて洗浄した後、1-メチルイミダゾールおよびトルエンを含む有機相を除去して、水相を50℃で12時間減圧乾燥したところ、薄赤色の固体9.4gが得られた。この固体について、1H-NMR測定を行ったところ、出発原料のエピクロロヒドリンオリゴマーの、繰り返し単位におけるクロロ基の64モル%が対アニオンとして塩化物イオンを有する1-メチルイミダゾリウム基に、重合開始末端のブロモメチル基のブロモ基の64モル%が対アニオンとして臭化物イオンを有する1-メチルイミダゾリウム基に、それぞれ置換された、対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有ポリエーテル化合物であると同定された。
(対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有ポリエーテル化合物のリチウム(ビストリフルオロメチルスルホン)イミドによるアニオン交換)
製造実施例Cで得られた対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有ポリエーテル化合物2.5gと、リチウム(ビストリフルオロメチルスルホン)イミド1.5gと、イオン交換水20mLとを攪拌機付きガラス反応器に添加した。室温で30分間反応させた後、50℃で12時間減圧乾燥し、得られた固液混合物を水で洗浄して無機塩を除去した後、トルエンで液相を抽出した。得られたトルエン溶液を50℃で12時間減圧乾燥したところ、ほぼ無色透明な粘性液状物質4.9gが得られた。得られた粘性液状物質について1H-NMRスペクトル測定を行ったところ、出発原料である対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有ポリエーテル化合物の、対アニオンである塩化物イオンと臭化物イオンの全てが、(ビストリフルオロメチルスルホン)イミドアニオンに交換された、対アニオンとして(ビストリフルオロメチルスルホン)イミドアニオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有ポリエーテル化合物であると同定された。
(エピクロロヒドリンのリビングアニオン重合と得られるエピクロロヒドリンオリゴマーの1-メチルイミダゾールによる4級化)
トリエチルアルミニウムの使用量を1.370g(テトラノルマルブチルアンモニウムブロミドに対して1.1当量)に、トルエンの使用量を50mlに、エピクロロヒドリンの使用量を50.0gに、それぞれ変更したこと以外は、製造実施例Aと同様にして、重合操作を行った。これにより得られた無色透明のオイル状物質の収量は48.5gであった。また、得られた物質のGPCによる数平均分子量(Mn)は5,250、分子量分布(Mw/Mn)は1.18であった。
以上より、得られたオイル状物質は、重合開始末端にブロモメチル基を持ち、重合停止末端に水酸基を持つ、エピクロロヒドリン単位により構成されたオリゴマー(平均57量体)であるといえる。次に、得られたエピクロロヒドリンオリゴマー4.5gについて、製造実施例Bと同様に反応させたところ、薄赤色の固体9.4gが得られた。この固体について、1H-NMR測定および元素分析を行ったところ、出発原料のエピクロロヒドリンオリゴマーの、繰り返し単位におけるクロロ基全てが対アニオンとして塩化物イオンを有する1-メチルイミダゾリウム基に、重合開始末端のブロモメチル基のブロモ基が対アニオンとして臭化物イオンを有する1-メチルイミダゾリウム基に、それぞれ置換された、対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有ポリエーテル化合物であると同定された。
(対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有ポリエーテル化合物のリチウム(ビストリフルオロメチルスルホン)イミドによるアニオン交換)
対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有ポリエーテル化合物として、製造実施例Bで得られたものに代えて、製造実施例Dで得られたもの2.5gを用いたこと以外は、製造実施例2と同様に操作を行ったところ、ほぼ無色透明な粘性液状物質5.7gが得られた。得られた粘性液状物質について1H-NMRスペクトル測定と元素分析を行ったところ、出発原料である対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有ポリエーテル化合物の、塩化物イオンと臭化物イオンの全てが、(ビストリフルオロメチルスルホン)イミドアニオンに交換された、対アニオンとして(ビストリフルオロメチルスルホン)イミドアニオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有ポリエーテル化合物であると同定された。
(エピクロロヒドリンおよびプロピレンオキシドのリビングアニオン重合と得られる共重合オリゴマーの1-メチルイミダゾールによる4級化)
エピクロロヒドリン10.0gに代えて、エピクロロヒドリン8.0gとプロピレンオキシド2.0gとの混合物を用いたこと以外は、製造実施例Aと同様にして、重合操作を行った。これにより得られた無色透明のオイル状物質の収量は9.9gであった。また、得られた物質のGPCによる数平均分子量(Mn)は1,200、分子量分布(Mw/Mn)は1.24であった。以上より、得られたオイル状物質は、重合開始末端にブロモメチル基を持ち、重合停止末端に水酸基を持つ、エピクロロヒドリン単位とプロピレンオキシド単位とのランダム共重合構造により構成されたオリゴマー(平均でエピクロロヒドリン単位10個とプロピレンオキシド単位4個とからなる14量体)であるといえる。次に、得られた共重合オリゴマー5.0gについて、製造実施例Bと同様に反応させたところ、薄赤色の粉末状固体8.5gが得られた。この固体について、1H-NMR測定および元素分析を行ったところ、出発原料の共重合オリゴマーの、エピクロロヒドリン単位におけるクロロ基全てが対アニオンとして塩化物イオンを有する1-メチルイミダゾリウム基に、重合開始末端のブロモメチル基のブロモ基が対アニオンとして臭化物イオンを有する1-メチルイミダゾリウム基に、それぞれ置換された、対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有共重合ポリエーテル化合物であると同定された。
(対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有共重合ポリエーテル化合物のリチウム(ビストリフルオロメチルスルホン)イミドによるアニオン交換)
対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有ポリエーテル化合物として、製造実施例Bで得られたものに代えて、製造実施例Eで得られたもの2.5gを用いたこと以外は、製造実施例2と同様に操作を行ったところ、ほぼ無色透明な粘性液状物質5.4gが得られた。得られた粘性液状物質について1H-NMRスペクトル測定と元素分析を行ったところ、出発原料である対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有共重合ポリエーテル化合物の、塩化物イオンと臭化物イオンの全てが、(ビストリフルオロメチルスルホン)イミドアニオンに交換された、対アニオンとして(ビストリフルオロメチルスルホン)イミドアニオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有ポリエーテル化合物であると同定された。
(エピクロロヒドリンおよびプロピレンオキシドのリビングアニオン重合と得られる共重合オリゴマーの1-メチルイミダゾールによる4級化)
エピクロロヒドリン10.0gに代えて、エピクロロヒドリン6.0gとプロピレンオキシド4.0gとの混合物を用いたこと以外は、製造実施例Aと同様にして、重合操作を行った。これにより得られた無色透明のオイル状物質の収量は9.8gであった。また、得られた物質のGPCによる数平均分子量(Mn)は1,200、分子量分布(Mw/Mn)は1.20であった。以上より、得られたオイル状物質は、重合開始末端にブロモメチル基を持ち、重合停止末端に水酸基を持つ、エピクロロヒドリン単位とプロピレンオキシド単位とのランダム共重合構造により構成されたオリゴマー(平均でエピクロロヒドリン単位8個とプロピレンオキシド単位8個とからなる16量体)であるといえる。次に、得られた共重合オリゴマー5.0gについて、製造実施例Bと同様に反応させたところ、薄赤色の粉末状固体6.7gが得られた。この固体について、1H-NMR測定および元素分析を行ったところ、出発原料の共重合オリゴマーの、エピクロロヒドリン単位におけるクロロ基全てが対アニオンとして塩化物イオンを有する1-メチルイミダゾリウム基に、重合開始末端のブロモメチル基のブロモ基が対アニオンとして臭化物イオンを有する1-メチルイミダゾリウム基に、それぞれ置換された、対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有共重合ポリエーテル化合物であると同定された。
(対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有共重合ポリエーテル化合物の水酸化カリウムによるアニオン交換)
対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有ポリエーテル化合物として、製造実施例Bで得られたものに代えて、製造実施例Eで得られたもの2.5gを用いたこと以外は、製造実施例1と同様に操作を行ったところ、薄赤色の粘性液状物質2.1gが得られた。得られた粘性液状物質について1H-NMRスペクトル測定と元素分析を行ったところ、出発原料である対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有共重合ポリエーテル化合物の、塩化物イオンと臭化物イオンの全てが、水酸化物イオンに交換された、対アニオンとして水酸化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有ポリエーテル化合物であると同定された。
(エピクロロヒドリンおよびプロピレンオキシドのリビングアニオン重合と得られる共重合オリゴマーの1-メチルイミダゾールによる4級化)
エピクロロヒドリン10.0gに代えて、エピクロロヒドリン9.0gとプロピレンオキシド1.0gとの混合物を用い、テトラノルマルブチルアンモニウムブロミドの使用量を0.322gに、トリエチルアルミニウムの使用量を0.148g(テトラノルマルブチルアンモニウムブロミドに対して1.3当量)に、ノルマルヘキサンの使用量を3mlに、それぞれ変更したこと以外は、製造実施例Aと同様にして、重合操作を行った。これにより得られた無色透明のオイル状物質の収量は9.9gであった。また、得られた物質のGPCによる数平均分子量(Mn)は10,500、分子量分布(Mw/Mn)は1.10であった。以上より、得られたオイル状物質は、重合開始末端にブロモメチル基を持ち、重合停止末端に水酸基を持つ、エピクロロヒドリン単位とプロピレンオキシド単位とのランダム共重合構造により構成されたオリゴマー(平均でエピクロロヒドリン単位83個とプロピレンオキシド単位15個とからなる98量体)であるといえる。次に、得られた共重合オリゴマー5.0gについて、製造実施例Bと同様に反応させたところ、薄赤色の粉末状固体8.9gが得られた。この固体について、1H-NMR測定および元素分析を行ったところ、出発原料の共重合オリゴマーの、エピクロロヒドリン単位におけるクロロ基全てが対アニオンとして塩化物イオンを有する1-メチルイミダゾリウム基に、重合開始末端のブロモメチル基のブロモ基が対アニオンとして臭化物イオンを有する1-メチルイミダゾリウム基に、それぞれ置換された、対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有共重合ポリエーテル化合物であると同定された。
(対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有共重合ポリエーテル化合物のリチウム(ビストリフルオロメチルスルホン)イミドによるアニオン交換)
対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有ポリエーテル化合物として、製造実施例Bで得られたものに代えて、製造実施例Gで得られたもの2.5gを用いたこと以外は、製造実施例2と同様に操作を行ったところ、無色透明の粘性液状物質5.5gが得られた。得られた粘性液状物質について1H-NMRスペクトル測定と元素分析を行ったところ、出発原料である対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有共重合ポリエーテル化合物の、塩化物イオンと臭化物イオンの全てが、(ビストリフルオロメチルスルホン)イミドアニオンに交換された、対アニオンとして(ビストリフルオロメチルスルホン)イミドアニオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有ポリエーテル化合物であると同定された。
(対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有ポリエーテル化合物のヨウ化カリウムによるアニオン交換)
製造実施例Bで得られた対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有ポリエーテル化合物2.5gと、ヨウ化カリウム2.4gと、イオン交換水20mLとを攪拌機付きガラス反応器に添加した。室温で30分間反応させた後、50℃で1時間減圧乾燥したところ、薄赤色のオイル状物質が得られた。得られたオイル状物質をメタノール/アセトン/THF混合溶媒に溶解させ、溶け残った結晶性不溶分を分離した後、50℃で1時間減圧乾燥したところ、薄赤色の微細な粉末状の固体が得られた。得られた個体を、再度メタノール/アセトン/THF混合溶媒に溶解させ、溶け残った結晶性不溶分を分離した後、50℃で12時間減圧乾燥したところ、薄赤色の微細な粉末状の固体3.5gが得られた。得られた粉末状の固体について元素分析を行ったところ、出発原料である対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有ポリエーテル化合物の、塩化物イオンの全てと臭化物イオンの50モル%がヨウ化物イオンに交換された、対アニオンとしてヨウ化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有ポリエーテル化合物であると同定された。
(対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有共重合ポリエーテル化合物の10-[オキシフェニル-4-(p-カーボニトリルフェニル)]-1-デカンスルホン酸ナトリウムによるアニオン交換)
製造実施例Fで得られた対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有共重合ポリエーテル化合物2.5gと、10-[オキシフェニル-4-(p-カーボニトリルフェニル)]-1-デカンスルホン酸ナトリウム5.0gと、イオン交換水20mLとを攪拌機付きガラス反応器に添加した。室温で30分間反応させた後、50℃で1時間減圧乾燥したところ、薄赤色の固体が得られた。得られた固体をメタノール/アセトン/THF混合溶媒に溶解させ、溶け残った結晶性不溶分を分離した後、50℃で1時間減圧乾燥したところ、薄赤色の柔らかい固体が得られた。得られた個体を、再度メタノール/アセトン/THF混合溶媒に溶解させ、溶け残った結晶性不溶分を分離した後、50℃で12時間減圧乾燥したところ、薄赤色の柔らかい固体4.6gが得られた。得られた固体について1H-NMRスペクトル測定を行ったところ、出発原料である対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有共重合ポリエーテル化合物の、塩化物イオンの全てと臭化物イオンの50モル%が10-[オキシフェニル-4-(p-カーボニトリルフェニル)]-1-デカンスルホン酸イオンに交換された、対アニオンとして10-[オキシフェニル-4-(p-カーボニトリルフェニル)]-1-デカンスルホン酸イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有ポリエーテル化合物であると同定された。
(エピクロロヒドリンおよびプロピレンオキシドのリビングアニオン重合と得られるポリマーの1-メチルイミダゾールによる4級化)
テトラノルマルブチルアンモニウムブロミドの使用量を0.064gに、トリエチルアルミニウムの使用量を0.030g(テトラノルマルブチルアンモニウムブロミドに対して1.3当量)に、ノルマルヘキサンの使用量を1mlに、それぞれ変更したこと以外は、製造実施例Aと同様にして、重合操作を行った。これにより得られた無色透明のオイル状物質の収量は19.5gであった。また、得られた物質のGPCによる数平均分子量(Mn)は95,500、分子量分布(Mw/Mn)は1.30であった。以上より、得られたオイル状物質は、重合開始末端にブロモメチル基を持ち、重合停止末端に水酸基を持つ、エピクロロヒドリン単位により構成されたポリマー(平均1032量体)であるといえる。次に、得られたポリマー5.0gについて、1-メチルイミダゾールの使用量を24.2gに、反応時間を240時間に、それぞれ変更したこと以外は、製造実施例Bと同様に反応させたところ、薄赤色の粉末状固体8.9gが得られた。この固体について、1H-NMR測定および元素分析を行ったところ、出発原料のエピクロロヒドリンポリマーの、エピクロロヒドリン単位におけるクロロ基全てが対アニオンとして塩化物イオンを有する1-メチルイミダゾリウム基に、重合開始末端のブロモメチル基のブロモ基が対アニオンとして臭化物イオンを有する1-メチルイミダゾリウム基に、それぞれ置換された、対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有高分子量ポリエーテル化合物であると同定された。
(対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有高分子量ポリエーテル化合物のリチウム(ビストリフルオロメチルスルホン)イミドによるアニオン交換)
製造実施例Bで得られた対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有ポリエーテル化合物に代えて、比較製造例Hで得られた対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有高分子量ポリエーテル化合物2.5gを用いたこと以外は、製造実施例2と同様に操作を行ったところ、無色透明のゴム状固体5.7gが得られた。得られた固体について1H-NMRスペクトル測定と元素分析を行ったところ、出発原料である対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有高分子量ポリエーテル化合物の、塩化物イオンと臭化物イオンの全てが、(ビストリフルオロメチルスルホン)イミドアニオンに交換された、対アニオンとして(ビストリフルオロメチルスルホン)イミドアニオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有高分子量ポリエーテル化合物であると同定された。
(イミダゾリウム化ポリエーテルゴムの製造)
密閉した耐圧ガラス容器を窒素置換して、トルエン200部およびトリイソブチルアルミニウム60部を供給した。このガラスボトルを氷水に浸漬して冷却後、ジエチルエーテル230部を添加し、攪拌した。次に、氷水で冷却しながら、リン酸13.6部を添加し、さらに攪拌した。このとき、トリイソブチルアルミニウムとリン酸の反応により、容器内圧が上昇するので適時脱圧を実施した。得られた反応混合物を60℃の温水浴内で1時間熟成反応させて触媒溶液を得た。次に、オートクレーブにエピクロロヒドリン223.5部、エチレンオキサイド30.3部、トルエン2585部を入れ、窒素雰囲気下で攪拌しながら内溶液を50℃に昇温し、上記で得た触媒溶液11.6部を添加して反応を開始した。次に、反応開始からエチレンオキサイド129.3部をトルエン302部に溶解した溶液を5時間かけて等速度で連続添加した。また、反応開始後30分毎に触媒溶液を6.2部ずつ5時間にわたり添加した。次いで、水を15部添加して攪拌し、反応を終了させた。ここに更に、老化防止剤として4,4’-チオビス-(6-tert-ブチル-3-メチルフェノール)の5%トルエン溶液を45部添加し、攪拌した。スチームストリッピングを実施し、上澄み水を除去後、60℃にて真空乾燥し、ポリエーテルゴムを400部得た。このポリエーテルゴムの単量体組成比はエピクロロヒドリン単位40モル%、エチレンオキサイド単位60モル%であった。また、数平均分子量は22万(平均3469量体)であった。次に、攪拌機付きガラス反応器に、得られたポリエーテルゴム181部と、トルエン1211部とを添加し、50℃にて12時間攪拌してポリエーテルゴムを溶解させた。次に、メタノール140部を添加して、15分間攪拌した。これに、1-メチルイミダゾール465部を添加し、攪拌しながら90℃まで昇温し、90℃にて720時間反応を行った。720時間後、反応溶液を20℃まで冷却して反応を停止した。この反応溶液を、スチームにて溶媒を留去して凝固した後、真空乾燥することにより、堅い固体状のエピクロロヒドリン単位のクロロ基がイミダゾリウム化されたポリエーテルゴム240部を回収した。得られたイミダゾリウム化ポリエーテルゴムを、30mg、1.0mLの重クロロホルムに加え、1時間振蕩することにより均一に溶解し、この溶液を1H-NMR測定することによりイミダゾリウム構造含有単位の割合を算出した。得られたイミダゾリウム化ポリエーテルゴムのイミダゾリウム構造含有単位の割合は39.8モル%、数平均分子量は24万であった。
(イミダゾリウム化ポリエーテルゴムのリチウム(ビストリフルオロメチルスルホン)イミドによるアニオン交換)
製造実施例Bで得られた対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有ポリエーテル化合物に代えて、比較製造例Iで得られた対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム化ポリエーテルゴム2.5gを用いたこと以外は、製造実施例2と同様に操作を行ったところ、無色透明の硬いゴム状固体4.6gが得られた。得られた固体について1H-NMRスペクトル測定と元素分析を行ったところ、出発原料である対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム化ポリエーテルゴムの、塩化物イオンの全てが、(ビストリフルオロメチルスルホン)イミドアニオンに交換された、イミダゾリウム化ポリエーテルゴムであると同定された。
製造実施例1で得られた対アニオンとして水酸化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有ポリエーテル化合物を、気温25℃、湿度0%の環境下にて24時間エージングした。ポリエーテル化合物は、若干粘度が上昇して、高粘性のオイル状となったが、過度の流動性はなく、十分に成型可能であった。次に、エージングしたポリエーテル化合物を、直径12mm、厚み200ミクロンの薄い円柱状に加工し、コイン型セルに組み込み成型し、体積固有抵抗値を測定したところ、101.75(Ω/cm)であった。用いたポリエーテル化合物の組成および性状と、体積固有抵抗値の値は、表1にまとめて示した。
製造実施例1で得られたポリエーテル化合物に代えて、製造実施例2~9で得られたポリエーテル化合物を、それぞれ用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして、エージングおよび体積固有抵抗値の測定を行った。用いたポリエーテル化合物の組成および性状と、体積固有抵抗値の値は、表1にまとめて示した。
製造実施例1で得られたポリエーテル化合物に代えて、製造実施例Aで得られたエピクロロヒドリン単位により構成されたオリゴマーをそのまま用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして、エージングおよび体積固有抵抗値の測定を行った。用いたオリゴマーの組成および性状と、体積固有抵抗値の値は、表1にまとめて示した。
製造実施例1で得られたポリエーテル化合物に代えて、製造実施例Bで得られた対アニオンとしてハロゲン化物イオンを有するイミダゾリウム構造含有ポリエーテル化合物をそのまま用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして、エージングを行った。エージング後のポリエーテル化合物は粉末状のまま変化がなかった。また、このポリエーテル化合物のコイン型セルへの組み込みを試みたが、円柱形状への加工が不可能であった。
製造実施例1で得られたポリエーテル化合物に代えて、比較製造例3~6で得られたポリエーテル化合物(ポリエーテルゴム)を、それぞれ用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして、エージングおよび体積固有抵抗値の測定を行った。用いたポリエーテル化合物の組成および性状と、体積固有抵抗値の値は、表1にまとめて示した。なお、比較例3では、ポリエーテル化合物のコイン型セルへの組み込みを試みたが、円柱形状への加工が不可能であった。
Claims (6)
- 一般式(2)において、X-で表される2~25個の原子で構成されるアニオンが、OH-、SCN-、BF4 -、PF6 -、ClO4 -、(FSO2)2N-、(CF3SO2)2N-、(CF3CF2SO2)2N-、CH3SO3 -、CF3SO3 -、CF3COO-およびPhCOO-のいずれかである請求項1に記載のポリエーテル化合物。
- 一般式(1)で表される繰り返し単位のうち、一般式(2)で表される繰り返し単位が占める割合が、2モル%以上である請求項1または2に記載のポリエーテル化合物。
- 一般式(1)で表される繰り返し単位のうち、一般式(2)で表される繰り返し単位以外の単位が、一般式(1)中のAで表される一価の基が、水素原子である単位、アルキル基である単位、およびハロアルキル基である単位、ならびに、X-が1個の原子で構成されるアニオンであること以外は一般式(2)で表される繰り返し単位と同じ構造を有する単位から選択される少なくとも一つの単位を含む請求項1~3のいずれかに記載のポリエーテル化合物。
- 請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のポリエーテル化合物を含んでなる電解質組成物。
- 請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のポリエーテル化合物を製造する方法であって、
エピクロロヒドリンを含む単量体組成物を、周期表第15族または第16族の原子を含有する化合物のオニウム塩と、含有されるアルキル基が全て直鎖状アルキル基であるトリアルキルアルミニウムとを含んでなる触媒の存在下で開環重合して、エピクロロヒドリン単位含有ポリエーテル化合物を得る工程、
得られたエピクロロヒドリン単位含有ポリエーテル化合物を、イミダゾール化合物と反応させて、イミダゾリウムクロライド構造単位含有ポリエーテル化合物を得る工程、および
得られたイミダゾリウムクロライド構造単位含有ポリエーテル化合物に、2~25個の原子で構成されるアニオンと金属カチオンとの塩を反応させて、アニオン交換反応を行う工程
を含んでなるポリエーテル化合物の製造方法。
