Definitions
- the present invention relates to a fuel tank fueling part structure.
- Patent Document 1 Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2008-49952 describes a structure in which an opening forming member is formed with an inclined surface that leads from the inlet to the opening, and the oil supply nozzle is guided to the opening.
- the minimum diameter portion of the inner diameter of the inclined surface needs to be a size that takes into account the large diameter portion (spring portion) in the middle of the oiling gun.
- the minimum diameter portion of the inclined surface is increased, it becomes difficult to exert a high effect of guiding the tip of the fuel gun to the fuel filler port.
- the present invention provides a fuel tank fueling part structure that can be easily inserted into a fueling port even with a fueling gun having a large-diameter portion, and that can exert a high effect of guiding the fueling gun to the fueling port. This is the issue.
- a fuel filler member having a fuel filler port into which a fuel gun for fueling a fuel tank is inserted, an on-off valve capable of opening and closing the fuel filler port, and a closed position for closing the fuel filler port
- a rotation member for attaching the on-off valve to the oil supply port member so as to be rotatable between the oil supply gun and an open position where the oil supply port is opened by being pushed by the oil supply gun, and to the oil supply port of the oil supply gun
- an interlocking member to be interlocked.
- the opening / closing valve is pivotally attached to the fuel filler member by the pivoting member.
- the fuel filler port is closed by an on-off valve.
- the on-off valve is pushed by the fuel gun and rotated to the open position to open the fuel filler port.
- the fuel gun is guided to the on-off valve by the guide member.
- the guide member is interlocked with the turning operation of the on / off valve by the interlocking member, and when the on / off valve is in the open position, the insertion area of the fuel gun is widened.
- the guide member can be disposed at a position close to the fuel filler port in the normal state by moving the guide member so as to widen the insertion region of the fuel gun when the fuel gun is inserted into the fuel filler port. Therefore, the effect
- the interlocking member passes the guide member through the large-diameter portion at the time of insertion with respect to the fuel gun having the large-diameter portion formed in the middle of the longitudinal direction.
- the opening / closing valve is interlocked with the turning operation so as to be a retreat area that is retreated from the area.
- the interlocking member opens and closes the guide member so as to be a retreat area that is retracted from the passage area of the large-diameter portion with respect to the fuel gun having the large-diameter portion configured in the middle in the longitudinal direction. Interlocked with the rotation of the valve. Since the guide member does not interfere with the large-diameter portion of the fuel gun when the on-off valve is in the open position, the guide member is further easily inserted into the fuel filler port.
- the guide member is provided in the on-off valve.
- the operation of moving the guide member to the retreat area in conjunction with the on-off valve can be performed with a simple configuration.
- the guide member includes a rotation shaft provided in the opening / closing valve at a portion spaced from a rotation center of the opening / closing valve, and one end of the rotation shaft provided on the rotation shaft.
- a guide plate that is rotatably supported, and the interlocking member includes a biasing member that biases the guide plate toward the retracting region in a state where the on-off valve is in the open position.
- one end of the guide plate is supported by a rotation shaft at a part separated from the rotation center of the on-off valve.
- the pivot shaft reaches the retreat area at the open position of the on-off valve, the one end side of the guide member also moves to the retreat area. Further, the guide plate is urged to the retreat area by the urging member. Therefore, when the on-off valve is in the open position, the guide plate can be reliably maintained in the retreat area.
- the guide plate that is provided in the fuel filler member along the insertion direction of the fuel gun and urged by the urging member is slid.
- the on-off valve has a sliding surface for returning the guide plate to the initial position in accordance with the operation of returning from the open position to the closed position.
- the guide plate when the on-off valve returns from the open position to the closed position, the guide plate slides on the sliding surface and returns to the initial position (that is, the position of the guide plate capable of guiding the fuel gun to the on-off valve). be able to. Since the guide plate slides on the sliding surface, the guide plate can be stably linked to the rotation operation.
- the guide plate is moved from the sliding surface when the guide plate is moved further away from the sliding surface than the sliding surface.
- the restricting member prevents the guide plate from moving radially outward from the sliding surface. Therefore, when the on-off valve returns from the open position to the closed position, it is possible to prevent inadvertent catching of the guide plate on the fuel filler member.
- the guide member is provided on the fuel filler member.
- providing the guide member in the fuel filler member increases the shape of the guide member and the degree of freedom of operation.
- the present invention has the above-described configuration, even a fuel gun having a large diameter portion can be inserted into the fuel filler port, and the effect of guiding the fuel gun to the fuel filler port can be exhibited to a high degree.
