A predetermined number (e.g., three) of evaluation values are selected in the order indicating the high evaluation (step S1407). Then, the nearby installed device detection unit 11c identifies each installed device 20 corresponding to each of the selected predetermined number of evaluation values as an installed device in the vicinity of the mobile terminal 30 (step S1408). Thereby, the nearby installed device detection unit 11c specifies that the mobile terminal 30 is located in the vicinity of the specified predetermined number of installed devices 20 (an area formed by connecting the predetermined number of installed devices 20 with a line).
- the selected evaluation value V3 does not satisfy the first and second criteria
- three evaluation values for example, V1, V3, and V4 are selected in ascending order of evaluation value, and each selected evaluation is selected.

Abstract
Description
制御部11は、物理的には、例えば、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、CPUのメインメモリとして機能するRAM(Random Access Memory)等から構成される。なお、制御部11は、一部がASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit)等の専用回路から構成されてもよい。
Vn=(En1-Ea1)2+(En2-Ea2)2+・・・(Enm-Eam)2
V1=(En1-Ea1)2+(En2-Ea2)2+(En3-Ea3)2+(En4-Ea4)2
