Claims (10)
- 독립기포율(Closed Cell Content)이 20%이하인 페놀수지 경화 발포체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재용 심재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 페놀수지 경화 발포체는50 ~ 500㎛의 기포를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재용 심재.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 기포는외주면에 0.5 ~ 30㎛의 미세 홀이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재용 심재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 페놀수지 경화 발포체는50% 이상의 공극률을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재용 심재.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 페놀수지 경화 발포체로 이루어진 심재; 및상기 심재를 진공 포장하는 외피재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 진공단열재는상기 심재에 부착 또는 삽입되어 25% 이상의 수분 흡수율을 갖는 게터(getter)재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 외피재는외부로부터 표면보호층, 금속 배리어층 및 접착층의 적층 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 표면보호층은 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET) 및 나일론(nylon) 필름의 적층 구조를 갖고,상기 금속 배리어층은 알루미늄 호일(Foil)로 형성되고,상기 접착층은 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(HDPE), 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LDPE), 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LLDPE), 미연신 폴리프로필렌(CPP), 연신 폴리프로필렌(OPP), 폴리염화비닐리덴(PVDC), 폴리염화비닐(PVC), 에틸렌-아세트산비닐공중합체(EVA) 및 에틸렌-비닐알코올 공중합체(EVOH) 중 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 표면보호층과 금속 배리어층 간의 접착 및 금속 배리어층과 접착층 간의 접착은 각각 폴리우레탄(PU)계 수지에 의해서 접착된 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 페놀수지 경화 발포체 심재를 제조하는 단계;상기 심재를 50 ~ 250℃의 온도에서 0.5 ~ 10Pa의 압력을 10 ~ 200분 동안 인가 하여, 잔여 물질을 제거 처리하는 단계; 및상기 심재를 외피재로 감싼 후 진공 포장하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재 제조 방법.
