Description
上記目的を達成するために、本発明の組合せ秤の集合シュートは、円状に配置され、この配置形状の円の内側方向と外側方向とへ択一的に被計量物を排出する複数のホッパから前記内側方向へ排出される被計量物を集合させて下端に設けられた第1の排出口から排出する漏斗状の内ファネルと、前記内ファネルの一方側側方に沿って配設され、全ての前記ホッパが一方側のグループと他方側のグループとに分けられてなる前記一方側のグループの前記ホッパから前記外側方向へ排出される被計量物を集合させて下端に設けられた第2の排出口から排出する一方側外ファネルと、前記内ファネルの他方側側方に沿って配設され、前記他方側のグループの前記ホッパから前記外側方向へ排出される被計量物を集合させて下端に設けられた第3の排出口から排出する他方側外ファネルとを有し、前記内ファネルが鉛直面によって一方側と他方側とに2分割されてなる内ファネル一方側部及び内ファネル他方側部のうちの前記内ファネル一方側部の外側面に前記一方側外ファネルの端縁が固着されてなる一方側シュート部材と、前記内ファネル他方側部の外側面に前記他方側外ファネルの端縁が固着されてなる他方側シュート部材とが、シュート支持部材に着脱自在に取り付けられている。
図1(a)は、本発明の実施形態の集合シュートを用いた組合せ秤を側方から視た一部断面の概略模式図であり、図1(b)は、同組合せ秤の集合シュート及び計量ホッパを上方から視た概略模式図である。以下では、便宜上、図1(a)に示すように組合せ秤の左右を決めて説明する。すなわち、組合せ秤において、一方側を右側とし、他方側(一方側の反対側)を左側として説明する。
左側シュート部材7bも、右側シュート部材7aと同様の構成であり、左側外ファネル9bの連結部9rの端縁と内ファネル左側部8bの外側面とを例えば溶接によって接合することにより、内ファネル左側部8bの外側面に左側外ファネル9bの端縁が隙間なく固着されて左側シュート部材7bが構成されている。
上部シュート6及び集合ファネル7が取り外された状態の組合せ秤に、集合ファネル7を装着する場合には、まず、右側シュート部材7aと左側シュート部材7bとを取り付ける。それぞれのフック部材12を架台11に固定されているブラケット13に取り付ける。ブラケット13にはフック部材12のピン12pが挿通する穴が設けられており、この穴にピン12pを通して、それぞれのフック部材12をブラケット13に取り付けることにより、内ファネル右側部8aの内側面と内ファネル左側部8bの内側面とが向かい合った状態で、右側シュート部材7aと左側シュート部材7bとが架台11に保持される。また、このときに内ファネル右側部8aの合わせ面14aと内ファネル左側部8bの合わせ面14bとが重ねられ、内ファネル左側部8bの合わせ面14aと内ファネル右側部8aの合わせ面14bとが重ねられる。図5(a)は、内ファネル左側部8bの合わせ面14aと内ファネル右側部8aの合わせ面14bとが重ねられた部分14を示す斜視図である。この図5(a)には、フック部材12は図示されていない。また、図1(a)及び図2(b)では、組合せ秤の左側及び右側に位置するフック部材12が取り付けられるブラケット13は図示されているが、正面側に位置する2つのフック部材12が取り付けられるブラケット13は図示されていない。

Claims (4)
- 円状に配置され、この配置形状の円の内側方向と外側方向とへ択一的に被計量物を排出する複数のホッパから前記内側方向へ排出される被計量物を集合させて下端に設けられた第1の排出口から排出する漏斗状の内ファネルと、
前記内ファネルの一方側側方に沿って配設され、全ての前記ホッパが一方側のグループと他方側のグループとに分けられてなる前記一方側のグループの前記ホッパから前記外側方向へ排出される被計量物を集合させて下端に設けられた第2の排出口から排出する一方側外ファネルと、
前記内ファネルの他方側側方に沿って配設され、前記他方側のグループの前記ホッパから前記外側方向へ排出される被計量物を集合させて下端に設けられた第3の排出口から排出する他方側外ファネルとを有し、
前記内ファネルが鉛直面によって一方側と他方側とに2分割されてなる内ファネル一方側部及び内ファネル他方側部のうちの前記内ファネル一方側部の外側面に前記一方側外ファネルの端縁が固着されてなる一方側シュート部材と、前記内ファネル他方側部の外側面に前記他方側外ファネルの端縁が固着されてなる他方側シュート部材とが、シュート支持部材に着脱自在に取り付けられた、組合せ秤の集合シュート。 - 前記一方側外ファネルは、
前記内ファネル一方側部との間に被計量物が通過するための間隔をおいて前記内ファネル一方側部の外側に配設され、下端に開口部からなる前記第2の排出口を有するシュート部と、このシュート部の端縁から延設されて前記内ファネル一方側部の外側面に固着された連結部とを有し、
前記他方側外ファネルは、
前記内ファネル他方側部との間に被計量物が通過するための間隔をおいて前記内ファネル他方側部の外側に配設され、下端に開口部からなる前記第3の排出口を有するシュート部と、このシュート部の端縁から延設されて前記内ファネル他方側部の外側面に固着された連結部とを有する、請求項1に記載の組合せ秤の集合シュート。 - 前記内ファネル一方側部の下端及び前記内ファネル他方側部の下端に着脱自在に取り付けられ、前記内ファネルの前記第1の排出口から排出される被計量物を通過させる筒状の下部シュートをさらに有する、請求項1に記載の組合せ秤の集合シュート。
- 隣合うn個(nは複数)の前記ホッパから前記内側方向へ排出される被計量物を前記内ファネルへ導く内シュート部と、前記隣合うn個の前記ホッパから前記外側方向へ排出される被計量物を前記一方側外ファネルまたは前記他方側外ファネルへ導く外シュート部とが筒状に連結された複数の上部シュートをさらに有する、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の組合せ秤の集合シュート。
