Claims (8)
- エンジン(E)のクランクシャフト(30)に接続された入力軸(11)の回転を駆動輪(W)に接続された出力軸(12)に変速して伝達する変速機(T)が、
前記入力軸(11)の軸線からの偏心量が可変であって該入力軸(11)と共に回転する入力側支点(18)と、前記出力軸(12)に設けられたワンウエイクラッチ(21)と、前記ワンウエイクラッチ(21)の入力部材(22)に設けられた出力側支点(19c)と、前記入力側支点(18)および前記出力側支点(19c)に両端を接続されて往復運動するコネクティングロッド(19)とを備える車両のエンジン始動装置において、 前記出力軸(12)あるいは該出力軸(12)に接続されたディファレンシャルギヤ(D)に設けられたドライブスタータギヤ(33)と、前記クランクシャフト(30)に設けられて前記ドライブスタータギヤ(33)に噛合するドリブンスタータギヤ(37)とを備えることを特徴とする車両のエンジン始動装置。 - 前記ドライブスタータギヤ(33)および前記ドリブンスタータギヤ(37)の歯数比は、車速が前記エンジン(E)を始動する所定車速に達したときに、前記クランクシャフト(30)の回転数が前記エンジン(E)を始動可能な回転数となるように設定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両のエンジン始動装置。
- 前記エンジン(E)の始動時には、前記ドライブスタータギヤ(33)の回転が前記ドリブンスタータギヤ(37)を介して前記クランクシャフト(30)に伝達するように係合し、前記エンジン(E)の始動後には、前記クランクシャフト(30)の回転が前記ドリブンスタータギヤ(37)および前記ドライブスタータギヤ(33)を介して前記出力軸(12)に伝達しないように係合解除する係合装置(36)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両のエンジン始動装置。
- 前記係合装置(36)は、前記ドリブンスタータギヤ(37)と前記クランクシャフト(30)との間に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の車両のエンジン始動装置。
- 前記係合装置(36)は、前記出力軸(12)の回転数が前記クランクシャフト(30)の回転数を上回ったときに係合し、前記クランクシャフト(30)の回転数が前記出力軸(12)の回転数を上回ったときに係合解除する一方向機能を有することを特徴とする、請求項3または請求項4に記載の車両のエンジン始動装置。
- 前記ドライブスタータギヤ(33)はディファレンシャルギヤ(D)のデフケース(32)に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項5の何れか1項に記載の車両のエンジン始動装置。
- 電動モータ(MG)の回転軸(34)に設けたモータギヤ(35)が前記ドライブスタータギヤ(33)に噛合することを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項6の何れか1項に記載の車両のエンジン始動装置。
- 前記ドリブンスタータギヤ(37)は前記クランクシャフト(30)の隣接する二つのクランクウエブ(38)の間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項7の何れか1項に記載の車両のエンジン始動装置。
