- step S305 it is determined whether or not the steering angle ⁇ is larger than 0, that is, whether or not the steering wheel is steered clockwise (step S305). If the steering angle ⁇ is larger than 0 (YES in step S305), the sign of the calculated torque value is set to minus because the steering wheel is steered clockwise (step S306). That is, the calculated negative torque value corresponds to the reaction force torque T1 (> 0: counterclockwise) toward the neutral position. On the other hand, when the steering angle ⁇ is 0 or less (NO in step S305), the sign of the calculated torque value is set to plus because the steering wheel is steered counterclockwise (step S307). That is, the calculated plus torque value corresponds to the reaction force torque T1 ( ⁇ 0: clockwise) toward the neutral position. The calculated torque value is output to the EPS motor 10 as a torque designation value (step S308).
- the torque value (reaction torque T2) is set in steps S309 to S313 in the same manner as in the above-described steps S304 to S308.
- the calculated torque is output to the EPS motor 10 as a specified torque value.
- step S302 When the steering angle ⁇ is within the parking mode setting region ( ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ) (YES in step S302), the above-described reaction is prevented so that the steering wheel is not rotated from the neutral position by the residual torsional energy.
- a torque value corresponding to the force torque T3 is calculated.
- a torque value is calculated by reading a preset table or the like (step S314).
- step S314 The torque value calculation process will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG. As described above, the torque due to the residual torsional energy changes according to the maximum value of the steering angle ⁇ when the parking mode is selected. Therefore, an appropriate torque value can be calculated by storing the maximum value of the steering angle ⁇ , that is, the maximum steering angle ⁇ max (and its steering direction Pmem).
- the sign current value [current] sign] (positive / negative) Ppresent of the steering angle ⁇ is stored as the sign storage value Pmem, and the current steering angle ⁇ present is stored as the maximum steering angle ⁇ max (step S401). ).
- the current steering angle ⁇ present and the sign current value Ppresent are detected by the steering sensor 8, and the maximum steering angle ⁇ max and the sign storage value Pmem are stored in the parking mode calculation unit 5 via the parking mode selection unit 4.
- step S402 it is determined whether or not the maximum steering angle ⁇ max in which the current steering angle ⁇ present is stored is larger, that is, whether or not the maximum value of the steering angle ⁇ has been updated (step S402). If the current steering angle ⁇ present is less than or equal to the maximum steering angle ⁇ max (NO in step S402), the maximum value of the steering angle ⁇ has not been updated, and the process proceeds directly to step S404. On the other hand, when the current steering angle ⁇ present is larger than the maximum steering angle ⁇ max (YES in step S402), the maximum value of the steering angle ⁇ has been updated, so that the maximum steering angle ⁇ max is updated with the current steering angle ⁇ present (step). S403).
- step S404 it is determined whether or not the code current value Ppresent and the code memory value Pmem do not match, that is, whether or not the current steering direction is different from the previous memory time (step S404). If the code current value Ppresent and the code stored value Pmem match (NO in step S404), the steering direction does not change, so the process proceeds directly to step S406. On the other hand, if the code current value Ppresent and the code memory value Pmem do not match (YES in step S404), the steering direction has changed, so the code memory value Pmem is updated and stored with the code current value Ppresent. The maximum steering angle ⁇ max is updated with the current steering angle ⁇ present (step S405).
- step S404 or S405 based on the maximum steering angle ⁇ max and the stored code value Pmem, a preset table or the like is read to calculate a torque value (step S406), and the torque value calculation process is terminated. .
- step S404 if the steering direction is changed, the direction of action of the torque due to the residual torsional energy is reset. Therefore, if step S404 is affirmed, both the code stored value Pmem and the maximum steering angle ⁇ max are updated.
- step S402 it is determined only by the steering angle ⁇ (> 0: absolute value) regardless of whether or not the current steering direction is different from the previous storage, but the determination result of the steering direction in the subsequent step S404. There is no problem because both the code stored value Pmem and the maximum steering angle ⁇ max are updated according to the above.
- step S402 when only the maximum value of the steering angle ⁇ is updated without changing the steering direction, the process proceeds as YES in step S402 ⁇ step S403 (updates only the maximum steering angle ⁇ max) ⁇ NO in step S404 ⁇ step S406. move on.
- step S314 it is determined whether or not the angular velocity ⁇ of the steering angle ⁇ is greater than 0, that is, in which direction the steering wheel is rotating (step S315). If angular velocity ⁇ is greater than 0 (YES in step S315), the steering wheel is rotated clockwise and returned to the neutral position, so margin ⁇ (> 0) is subtracted from the torque value calculated in step S314. In step S316, a positive torque value (a negative reaction torque T3) in which the counterclockwise tendency is strengthened is set.
- step S315 when the angular velocity ⁇ is 0 or less (NO in step S315), the steering wheel is rotated counterclockwise and returned to the neutral position, so the margin ⁇ (> 0) is added to the torque value calculated in step S314. ) Are added (step S317), and a negative torque value (a positive reaction torque T3) in which the clockwise tendency is strengthened is set.
- the margins ⁇ and ⁇ may be set as the same value.
- the set torque value is output to the EPS motor 10 as a torque command value (step S318).
- the EPS system is controlled in the normal mode (step S501). It is determined whether or not the steering angle ⁇ is inside the parking mode setting region ( ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ) (step S502). When the steering angle ⁇ is not inside the parking mode setting region ( ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ) (NO in step S502), the normal mode is maintained (step S506), and the torque value calculation process is ended.
- step S502 when the steering angle ⁇ is inside the parking mode setting area ( ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ) (YES in step S502), a torque value (reverse to the neutral position) is read by reading a preset table or the like. The force torque T4) is calculated (step S503). Next, the EPS system is switched from the normal mode to the automatic steering mode (step S504), and the calculated torque value is output to the EPS motor 10 as a torque command value (step S505).
- the torque (reaction torque) toward the neutral position is added only when the steering angle ⁇ is within a predetermined range near the neutral position.
- the driver can have a moderate feeling of response, and outside the above range, the driver can have a natural feeling of operation through normal power steering control.
- target positions 175 to 178 are set at the centers of the steering angle regions 171 to 174 in the parking mode, respectively.
- FIG. 17B when the steering wheel for selecting the parking mode is rotated, the torque toward the neutral position is increased so that the driver feels more responsive when the target positions 175 to 178 are passed. (Reaction torque T5) is added. Further, this feeling of response is reduced before the target positions 175 to 178, so that the next target positions 175 to 178 can be easily selected.
- FIG. 17B only the operation to the left side of the steering wheel is shown, but the same control is performed symmetrically by the operation to the right side.
- the reaction force torque T5 when the parking mode is selected, torque toward the neutral position is added in the vicinity of the neutral position as in the third embodiment, and the target positions 175 to 178 are passed outside the vicinity of the neutral position. Torque is added to increase the feeling of responsiveness and reduce the responsiveness before the target positions 175 to 178. As a result, the steering angle ⁇ is easily held at the target positions 175 to 178. Therefore, the reaction force torque T5 can give the driver an appropriate feeling of response, and the steering angle range 171 to 174 can be easily selected to improve the operability.
- the outermost steering angle area 174 is an area where the parking mode is canceled, and the reaction torque T5 is rapidly increased after the target position 178.
- the target position 178 is passed, the driver's feeling of responsiveness increases abruptly, so that an unnecessary steering operation (overspeed) by the driver is prevented.
- the torque reaction force T5 gives the driver a sense of responsiveness when the parking mode is selected, but prompts the driver to return to the neutral position when returning the steering wheel to the neutral position after the parking mode is selected.
- the EPS system is switched from the normal mode to the automatic steering mode (step S601).
- a preset table or the like is read, and a torque value (reverse to the neutral position as shown in FIG. 17B) is determined based on the steering angle ⁇ detected by the steering sensor 8 and the table.
- the force torque T5) is calculated (step S602).
- the calculated torque value is output to the EPS motor 10 as a torque command value (step S603).

Since the same control is performed symmetrically with respect to the left side of the process when the vehicle is steered to the right (when parking on the right) (NO in step S203 ⁇ step S250), detailed description thereof is omitted.
- the left side steering will be described in detail as an example.
- step S203 When step S203 is affirmed, it is determined whether or not the steering angle is ⁇ 30 ° or less (step S210). If the steering angle exceeds ⁇ 30 ° (NO in step S210), the process returns to step S202.

- the parallel parking in step S247 is parallel parking in which the parking frame angle ⁇ is an acute angle, and the steering angle ⁇ in the steering angle region of ⁇ 100 ° to ⁇ 110 ° is detected by the steering sensor 8, and the detected steering is detected.
- the parking frame angle ⁇ is changed according to the angle ⁇ .
- the parking frame angle ⁇ increases as the steering angle ⁇ increases.
- the rotation direction of the steering wheel coincides with the direction in which the parallel parking frame rotates on the bird's-eye view image 31, the driver can easily recognize and the operability is improved.
- the position (parking mode) is displayed in a selected state (step S246: screen 707 in FIG. 20).

- step S245 the parallel parking in step S245 is parallel parking in which the parking frame angle ⁇ is an obtuse angle, and the steering angle ⁇ in the steering angle region of ⁇ 120 ° to ⁇ 130 ° is detected by the steering sensor 8, and the detected steering is detected.
- step S244 If the steering angle is ⁇ 130 ° or less (YES in step S244), it is determined that the parking mode selection has been canceled (step S214), and the parking mode selection process is terminated.
- the parking target position (parking mode) including the parking frame angle ⁇ is thus selected, the steering wheel is returned to the neutral position (step S230), and the selected parking mode is set (step S231). The mode selection process is terminated.
- the parking frame angle ⁇ is continuously changed from 80 ° to 90 °, and the parallel parking frame is displayed.
- the parking frame angle ⁇ is 90 ° (constant), and the parallel parking frames are displayed.
- the parking frame angle ⁇ is continuously changed from 90 ° to 100 °, and the parallel parking frame is displayed.
- the parking frame angle ⁇ is continuously changed according to the change of the steering angle ⁇ is shown.
- the parking frame angle ⁇ may be changed stepwise in accordance with the change in the steering angle ⁇ . In this case, the degree of freedom of the changeable parking frame angle ⁇ is reduced, but since there is no need for fine angle adjustment, the driver can easily select and the convenience is improved.
- a display screen 715 is displayed when the steering angle ⁇ becomes ⁇ 30 °. Furthermore, if you turn the steering wheel.
- the display screen 715 changes to the display screen 716a. Thereafter, within the steering angle range of ⁇ 40 ° to ⁇ 100 °, the screen is updated while the parking frame angle ⁇ is increased from the display screen 716a to the display screen 716c as the steering angle ⁇ changes. Then, when the steering angle ⁇ becomes ⁇ 100 °, the display screen 716c changes to the display screen 717a.

- the apexes of the oblique parking frames shown on the display screen 716a are B1 and B2
- the apexes [vertex] of the parallel parking frames shown on the display screen 717a are displayed.
- the oblique parking frame shown on the display screens 716a and 716b is rotated around the vertex A1. - the same or equivalent components as those in the first to fifth embodiments described above are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
- another control method is employed that prevents the set parking mode from being canceled due to the arbitrary rotation of the steering wheel due to the residual torsional energy of the tire described above.
- a threshold value ⁇ th is set inside the parking mode setting region ( ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ), and a problem due to residual torsional energy is avoided using this threshold value ⁇ th.
- the threshold value ⁇ th ( ⁇ 0) when the left parking mode is set is set inside the parking mode setting region ( ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ).
- the steering angle ⁇ passes the boundary value ⁇ of the parking mode setting region and further exceeds the threshold ⁇ th. It is necessary to operate the steering wheel so as to pass through the inside of the vehicle.
- the direction of rotation of the steering wheel due to residual torsional energy is on the left side.
- the threshold value ⁇ th is set as described above, the steering angle ⁇ remains within the range of ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ th and remains outside the parking mode setting region even if the steering wheel is rotated to the left side due to residual torsional energy. Does not come out. Therefore, the set parking mode is not canceled.
- the threshold value ⁇ th is set to a value that can prevent the parking mode from being canceled. If the steering wheel is rotated to the left from the boundary value ⁇ , the parking mode can be selected again. That is, there is a hysteresis between entering and exiting the steering angle range that sets the parking mode.
- the steering angle ⁇ needs to be ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ .
- the steering angle ⁇ is set to ⁇ th ⁇ ⁇ + ⁇ .
- the steering angle ⁇ needs to be set again to ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ .
- 25 and 26 show only the operation to the left side of the steering wheel, but the same control is performed symmetrically by the operation to the right side.
- the threshold value ⁇ th may be varied according to the maximum steering angle ⁇ max (> 0: absolute angle value) during the parking mode selection.
- the threshold value ⁇ th is brought closer to the neutral position, and when the maximum steering angle ⁇ max is small, the threshold value ⁇ ⁇ threshold value ⁇ th is brought closer to the parking mode setting region.
- the width of the parking mode setting area may be always constant by changing the boundary value + ⁇ on the opposite side according to the amount of change of the threshold value ⁇ th.
- the maximum steering angle ⁇ max in the following description includes information on the steering direction Pmem.
- step S701 the process proceeds to the parking mode selection, and the maximum steering angle ⁇ max during the parking mode selection is acquired. Note that the selection of the parking mode has been described in the above-described embodiment, and thus detailed description thereof will be omitted (see FIGS. 6 and 19). Further, since acquisition of the maximum steering angle ⁇ max has been described in the above-described embodiment, detailed description thereof is omitted here (see FIG. 14 and the like).
- the threshold ⁇ th ( ⁇ 0 or> 0 depending on the rotation direction) and the boundary mode setting area boundary absolute value ⁇ (> 0) Is set (step S702).
- the threshold value ⁇ th and the boundary absolute value ⁇ are set by the parking mode selection unit 4.
- the boundary absolute value ⁇ is also variably set here, it may be a fixed value as in the above-described embodiment. Further, as already described, only the boundary value + ⁇ (or ⁇ ) on the opposite side may be changed.
- step S703 Whether the steering angle ⁇ is closer to the neutral position than the threshold ⁇ th (
- the parking mode selection unit 4 transmits a parking mode confirmation flag to the parking mode calculation unit 5 (step S705), and the parking mode selection process ends.
- the parking mode calculation unit 5 calculates a parking route to the parking target position based on the determined parking mode, transmits the calculated parking route to the parking mode composition unit 3, and guides parking based on the calculated parking route.
- the parking guidance unit 10 is controlled via the control unit 9.
- the parking mode has not been determined (NO in step S704), it is determined whether the steering angle is outside the parking mode setting region (
- step S706 If
- the threshold value ⁇ th is set in the parking mode setting region, and the parking mode is set only after the threshold value ⁇ th is passed. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the steering wheel from rotating due to the residual torsional energy of the tire and returning to the parking mode selection region, and the parking mode can be set reliably.
- the driver started turning the steering wheel to the left ( ⁇ ⁇ 0 °) at time t1, and steered to about ⁇ 90 ° at time t2.
- the steering wheel was returned by ⁇ by the residual torsional energy of the tire.
- the parking mode can be set more reliably according to the amount of residual torsional energy.
- the parking mode setting area can always be made constant.
- the threshold value ⁇ th at which the parking mode is set from the parking mode selection area and the boundary value ⁇ ⁇ from the parking mode setting area to the parking mode selection area are made different to exhibit hysteresis. For this reason, even if the steering wheel is returned by the residual torsional energy of the tire, it is prevented from returning to the parking mode selection region, and the parking mode is set reliably.
- the steering sensor 8 of the present embodiment can measure torque acting on the steering shaft in addition to the steering angle ⁇ .
- the steering sensor 8 may be divided into a steering angle sensor that detects the steering angle ⁇ and a torque sensor that detects torque.
- the threshold value ⁇ th described above is not set, and torque acting on the steering shaft is detected. When this torque is smaller than a predetermined value for a certain period, the driver releases the steering wheel, and the parking mode is set based on the steering angle before the release.
- step S801 the process proceeds to the parking mode selection, and the maximum steering angle ⁇ max during the parking mode selection is acquired (step S801).
- the threshold ⁇ th is not set, and the parking mode is set based on the parking mode setting area ( ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ + ⁇ ) similar to those in the first to fifth embodiments. Therefore, it is determined whether or not the steering angle ⁇ is within the parking mode setting region ( ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ + ⁇ ) (step S802). If ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ + ⁇ is not satisfied (NO in step S802), the parking mode is not set, so the process returns to step S801, and the maximum steering angle ⁇ max is updated.
- step S802 the process proceeds to the setting of the parking mode (step S803).
- a display indicating that the parking mode is set may be performed on the display 7.
- step S804 After shifting to the setting of the parking mode, it is determined whether or not the torque value detected by the steering sensor 8 is smaller than a predetermined value for a certain period (step S804). If the torque value is not smaller than the predetermined value for a certain period (NO in step S804), it can be determined that the driver holds the steering wheel, and the process returns to step S802 to determine whether or not the vehicle is within the parking mode setting area. This determination is repeated.
- step S804 if the torque value is smaller than the predetermined value for a certain period of time (YES in step S804), it can be determined that the driver has released the steering wheel. May rotate. Therefore, correction is applied to the steering angle ⁇ when the steering wheel is released (step S805).
- the steering angle ⁇ is corrected as follows.
- the corrected steering angle ⁇ the steering angle ⁇ at a time (time t5 in FIG. 28) that is a predetermined time (time ⁇ t in FIG. 28) from the time when step S804 is affirmed (for example, time t6 in FIG. 28). deal with.
- the steering angle difference ⁇ that has been rotated by the residual torsional energy can be corrected.
- step S806 it is determined whether or not the corrected steering angle ⁇ is within the parking mode setting region ( ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ + ⁇ ) (step S806). If ⁇ ⁇ (corrected ⁇ ) ⁇ + ⁇ is not satisfied (NO in step S806), it is determined that the steering wheel is rotated by the driver rather than the rotation of the steering wheel due to residual torsional energy, and the parking mode is selected again. The process returns to step S801.
- the parking mode is set, and the parking mode selection unit 4 determines whether or not the set parking mode is confirmed.
- the set parking mode is determined when the driver removes his / her foot from the brake pedal.
- the parking mode may be confirmed by pressing the confirmation button by the driver, or triggered by detection of the start of vehicle movement (detection of the wheel speed sensor indicates a vehicle speed of 0 km / h). May be.
- the parking mode selection unit 4 transmits a parking mode confirmation flag to the parking mode calculation unit 5 (step S808), and the parking mode selection process is terminated.
- the parking mode has not been determined (NO in step S807), it is determined whether or not the steering angle is outside the parking mode setting region (
- step S809 If
- the steering angle difference ⁇ that has been rotated by the residual torsional energy is determined. It can be corrected and the parking mode can be set more reliably.
- the configuration of the parking mode selection device 1 of the present embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment (that is, the seventh embodiment).
- the same or equivalent components as those in the first to seventh embodiments described above are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
- the parking mode calculation part 5 of this embodiment has a filter function (for example, low-pass filter), and performs filtering with respect to the change of the steering angle ⁇ . Specifically, steering during a time (time t5 in FIG. 28) before a predetermined time (time ⁇ t in FIG. 28) from the time (for example, time t6 in FIG.
- step S805 The flowchart of the parking mode setting process by the parking mode selection apparatus 1 of this embodiment is the same as the flowchart of FIG. However, as described above, only the correction of the steering angle ⁇ in step S805 is different. Therefore, only step S805 will be described in detail.
- step S805 of the present embodiment steering from the time when step S804 is affirmed (for example, time t6 in FIG. 28) to the previous time (time t5 in FIG. 28) by a predetermined time (time ⁇ t in FIG. 28).
- the parking mode calculation unit 5 performs filtering on the time series data of the angle ⁇ . As a result, the cut-off frequency and gain are obtained using the time constant calculated from the rate of change of the steering angle ⁇ during the time ⁇ t in FIG. And determination of step S806 is performed based on the steering angle (theta) corrected by filtering.
- the filtering is performed on the change in the steering angle ⁇ from the time when the torque of the steering shaft becomes a predetermined value or less to the time before the predetermined time ⁇ t. Is called. Then, based on the steering angle ⁇ corrected by filtering, it is determined whether or not the vehicle is within the parking mode setting region. Therefore, the steering angle difference ⁇ that has been rotated by the residual torsional energy can be corrected, and parking can be performed more reliably.
- the mode can be set.

x = (w/cosω)-w …(2)
