Claims (4)
- 永久磁石(30)を切り欠き溝(33)に沿って破断分割することにより形成した複数の磁石片(31)同士を互いに整列させて結合する、回転電機(A)に配設される永久磁石(30)の製造方法であって、
永久磁石(30)の破断分割する部位に前記切り欠き溝(33)より浅く且つ幅の広い凹溝(32)を形成する工程と、
前記凹溝形成工程で形成された凹溝(32)の溝底(32B)に永久磁石(30)の破断用の切り欠き溝(33)を形成する工程と、
前記切り欠き溝(33)に沿って永久磁石(30)を破断分割して磁石片(31)とする工程と、を備える回転電機(A)に配設される永久磁石(30)の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機(A)に配設される永久磁石(30)の製造方法において、
前記凹溝(32)は、前記凹溝(32)の溝底(32B)に形成する切り欠き溝(33)の溝幅に対して3倍以上の溝幅を備えると共に前記切り欠き溝(33)の溝深さに対して0.5倍以上の深さを備える。 - 請求項1または2に記載の回転電機(A)に配設される永久磁石(30)の製造方法において、
前記凹溝(32)の断面形状が、前記溝底(32B)に近づくほど溝幅が狭くなる台形である。 - 永久磁石(30)を切り欠き溝(33)に沿って破断分割することにより形成した複数の磁石片(31)同士を互いに整列させて結合した、回転電機(A)に配設される永久磁石(30)であって、
永久磁石(30)の破断分割する部位に位置させて前記切り欠き溝(33)より浅く且つ幅の広い凹溝(32A)と、前記凹溝(32A)の溝底に形成した永久磁石(30)の破断用の切り欠き溝(33)と、を備え、
前記切り欠き溝(33)に沿って破断分割すると共に、その破断面同士を接着結合した回転電機(A)に配設される永久磁石(30)。
