Abstract
【解決手段】永久磁石30の破断分割する部位に破断用の切り欠き溝33より浅く且つ切り欠き溝33の幅より広い幅の凹溝32を形成する工程と、前記凹溝32形成工程で形成された凹溝32の溝底32Bに永久磁石30の破断用の切り欠き溝33を形成する工程と、前記切り欠き溝33に沿って永久磁石30を破断分割して磁石片31とする工程と、を備える。

Claims (3)
- 切り欠き溝に沿って破断分割することにより形成した複数の磁石片同士を互いに整列させて結合する回転電機のロータコアに埋込まれる永久磁石を製造する方法であって、
永久磁石の破断分割する部位に前記切り欠き溝より浅く且つ切り欠き溝の幅より広い幅の凹溝を形成する工程と、
前記凹溝形成工程で形成された凹溝の溝底に永久磁石の破断用の切り欠き溝を形成する工程と、
前記切り欠き溝に沿って永久磁石を破断分割して磁石片とする工程と、を備えることを特徴とする回転電機のロータコアに埋込まれる永久磁石の製造方法。 - 前記凹溝は、凹溝の溝底に形成する切り欠き溝の溝幅に対して3倍以上の溝幅を備えると共に前記切り欠き溝の溝深さに対して0.5倍以上の深さを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転電機のロータコアに埋込まれる永久磁石の製造方法。
- 切り欠き溝に沿って破断分割することにより形成した複数の磁石片同士を互いに整列させて結合する回転電機のロータコアに埋込まれる永久磁石であって、
永久磁石の破断分割する部位に位置させて前記切り欠き溝より浅く且つ切り欠き溝の幅より広い幅の凹溝と、前記凹溝の溝底に形成した永久磁石の破断用の切り欠き溝と、を備え、
前記切り欠き溝に沿って破断分割すると共に、その破断面同士を接着結合したことを特徴とする回転電機のロータコアに埋込まれる永久磁石。
