饮茶、 品茶是中国存在已久的传统, 经常饮茶不仅可以陶冶情操, 还可以延 年益寿。 特别是在中国, 茶叶的种类有上百种, 每种茶叶都有其独特的特性, 针 对冲泡时怎样发挥每种茶叶不同的优点,每种茶叶都有不同的泡法,例如对水温、 浸泡次数, 时间, 都有不同的要求。
同时, 传统的饮茶方法是直接将茶叶置于茶壶内, 用热水去冲泡之后饮用, 但是不便之处是, 所有的过程都需要人工参与控制,对于空闲时间较多的人或者 专业的品茶人员,可以实现。而对于办公场所对饮茶的需求来说,过于耗费时间。
为便于自动泡茶,有人设计了一种非常筒单且功能单一的自动泡茶机,如专 利申请号为 200410041385.2的中国发明专利。 该专利中具有杯形过滤网, 用于 过滤茶叶, 但是这种杯形过滤网网孔较大, 只能过滤掉一些比较大的茶叶, 细小 的茶叶末或茶叶末, 还是会混入到茶水中。
无论是人工泡茶还是自动泡茶机, 冲泡的茶水中总是混有茶叶,人们在饮茶 时总会吃到茶叶末,饮茶后还要清除泡茶机或茶具中的茶叶末,整个过程操作很 麻烦。 发明内容

封盖由三层封口膜构成,三层口膜从杯体内部至外部依次为内层封口膜、 中 层封口膜、 外层封口膜, 内层封口膜由聚丙烯材料制成, 中层封口膜由铝箔材料 制成, 外层封口膜由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯材料制成。
原料为茶叶、 蔬菜千、 水果千或中草药中的任一或两种以上的组合。
一种为上述的饮品原料杯提供过滤功能的过滤装置,包括与所述饮品原料杯 形状对应的底盘,其特征在于,在所述底盘正面均勾设置有复数个可刺破所述饮 品原料杯的封盖的刺破构件,所述刺破构件包括设于所述底盘上的刺破底座和与 该刺破底座一体形成的刺破头, 所述底盘上设有复数个过滤孔。

6)所述过滤孔滤出的茶水通过所述漏斗输送至所述出 7j部; 7)釆用所述出 7j部将过滤后的饮品输出。 由于釆用了以上的技术特征,使得本发明相比于现有技术,具有如下的优点 和积极效果:

【实施例 1】
如图 1所示, 饮品制备系统 9, 包括饮品原料杯 1和与之配合使用的饮品制 备机 2。 饮品制备机 2上设有一个腔体 23 , 与饮品原料杯 1大小形状相对应, 用于 放置饮品原料杯 1。饮品制备机 2设有支撑台 24, 支撑台 24为可拆卸的水平台, 用于放置杯子。
一台饮品制备机 2可以与多种不同的饮品原料杯 1配合使用,使用者只需选 择需要的饮品原料杯 1 , 将其放入饮品制备机 2的腔体 23内, 按照显示屏 21上 的提示信息操作 , 稍等片刻, 即可得到冲泡好的饮料。
如图 2所示, 饮品原料杯 1 , 包括杯体 10和封盖 11。
杯体 10用于盛放制备饮品的原料 40。
封盖 11用于将所述原料 40封存在所述杯体 10内。
封盖 11 包含不同材料制成的两层以上封口膜。 优选方案如下: 封盖由三层 封口膜构成, 三层口膜从杯体内部至外部依次为内层封口膜、 中层封口膜、 外层 封口膜, 内层封口膜由聚丙烯材料制成, 与杯体材料相同, 杯体 10内装好饮品 原料后可以用热熔技术快速将杯体密封; 中层封口膜由铝箔材料制成,确保封盖 有一定的强度, 不易损坏; 外层封口膜由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯材料制成, 增加 封盖美观度 , 外层封口膜 113上直接印制有用于饮品识别的识别标识。 封盖 11 为两层以上不同材料制成的封口膜, 为多层共挤的封口膜, 有一定的柔韧性, 被 刺破后 , 会发生微小的形变可以增强密封效果。

本实施例中, 杯体 10底面直径 38毫米, 封盖 11的直径 50毫米, 杯体 10 底部的圆环内圆直径为 12毫米, 外圆直径为 20毫米。 杯体 10的底部圆环 13 向杯体内突出。相邻的两个棱之间的距离为 5毫米,相邻的两个棱之间的弓形突 起厚度为 1.2毫米。 如图 4所示, 封盖 11为两层以上不同材料制成的封口膜, 为多层共挤的封 口膜。 在本实施例中, 封盖 11为三层封口膜, 封口膜从杯体内部至外部依次为 内层封口膜 111、 中层封口膜 112、 外层封口膜 113。 内层封口膜 111 由聚丙烯 材料制成, 与杯体材料相同, 杯体 10 内装好饮品原料后可以用热熔技术快速将 杯体密封; 中层封口膜 112由铝箔材料制成,确保封盖有一定的强度,不易损坏; 外层封口膜 113由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯材料制成,增加封盖美观度, 外层封口 膜 113上直接印制有用于饮品识别的识别标识。 封盖 11有一定的柔韧性, 被刺 破后 , 会发生微小的形变可以增强密封效果。 如图 5所示, 饮品制备机 2包括饮品原料杯置放部 31、 传动装置 66、 输入 显示部 38、 识别装置 32、 供水部 33、 冲泡装置 34、 过滤装置 6、 出水部 35、 控 制部 636、 饮品原料杯收集部 37。
饮品原料杯置放部 31 , 用于置放饮品原料杯 1 , 包括图 1所示的腔体 23 , 腔体 23与饮品原料杯 1大小形状相对。 传动装置 66 (详见图 7、 图 8 ) , 置于饮品原料杯置放部 31下方, 设有传 动装置 66可以带动饮品原料杯置放部 31发生倾斜移动或滑动。
输入显示部 38 , 用于显示饮品制备机 2工作信息、 饮品原料 40信息, 还可 以用于输入控制指令, 包括图 1所示的显示屏 21和按键 22。
显示屏 21 , 可以显示饮品制备机 2的工作状态等信息, 也可以显示各种饮 品原料 40 (比如茶叶) 的相关知识。
键盘 22, 设有相应的按键, 可以对饮品制备机 2的工作进行选择性控制, 如查阅饮品相关信息或选择输出指令。
识别装置 32, 用于识别饮品原料杯 1中原料 40。识别装置 32具有获取识别 部 321、 参数存储部 322以及检索判定部 323。
获取识别部 321 , 用于获取饮品原料杯上的识别标识 14, 并识别与识别标识 14对应的识别编码。
用于获取识别标识 14的图形识别单元为摄像装置, 如摄像头。 获取识别部 321可以将获取的识别标识 14翻译成机器可读的识别编码。
获取识别部 31内设有緩存(图未示), 可以用于识别编码 A2的保存, 为识 别编码以后的对比做准备。
参数存储部 322, 用于存储冲泡参数。
检索判定部 323 , 根据获取识别部 321获取的识别标识 14, 对参数存储部 322进行检索, 判定与识别标识 14对应的冲泡参数。
供水部 33 , 用于提供制备饮品的水。 供水部 33包括水箱和水泵, 水箱用于 储存清水, 水泵用于控制供水速度, 供水速度一般用水泵的通断比来表示。
冲泡装置 34根据检索判定部 323判定的冲泡参数对原料 40进行冲泡,然后 形成饮品。 冲泡装置 34具有加热部 341、 注水部 342以及浸取部 343。
加热部 341 , 用于加热供水部提供的水。 加热部 341设有温度传感器连接到 控制部 636,可以实时检测加热部 341中水的温度,并将温度数据通过控制部 636 显示在显示屏 21上, 便于使用者了解冲泡饮品过程中的茶道知识。
注水部 342, 用于将加热的水注入饮品原料杯 1。
浸取部 343 , 用于完成对原料 40的浸取。 本实施例中的原料为茶叶, 茶叶 的浸取种类依次包括醒茶、 预浸、 萃取三种。
过滤装置 6 (详见图 9、 图 10、 图 11 ) , 对所述冲泡装置中冲泡出来的饮品 进行过滤, 包括与饮品原料杯 1形状对应的底盘 61 , 在底盘 61正面均勾设置有 复数个刺破构件 62。 刺破构件 62可刺破饮品原料杯 1的封盖 11 , 刺破构件 62 包括设于底盘上的刺破底座 63和与刺破底座 63—体形成的刺破头 64 (详见图 12 ) 。 底盘 61上设有复数个过滤孔 65 , 刺破头 64为多角棱锥结构。
如图 7、 图 8所示, 饮品原料杯置放部 31固定在传动装置 66上。 饮品原料 杯置放部 31的初始状态下的位置位于饮品制备机 2的顶部, 饮品原料杯置放部 31正上方设有可翻动的盖板,便于使用者放置饮品原料杯 1 ;饮品原料杯 1在工 作中要紧贴过滤装置 6, 被过滤装置 6的刺破头 64刺破, 而且饮品原料杯 1中 心轴与底盘 6中心轴相一致。传动装置 66可以带动饮品原料杯置放部 31发生倾 斜移动或滑动, 使得饮品原料杯置放部 31可以在两个位置之间换位。
过滤装置 6和传动装置 66安装在饮品制备机 2内部的架子 68上,过滤装置 6设置于架子 68顶部, 过滤装置 6的底盘 61与水平面有一定夹角, 一般在 0-60 度角之间,本实施例中选用 30度角, 过滤装置 6的底盘 61中心轴与水平面有一 30度夹角。 传动装置 66设置于过滤装置 6下方, 所述架子 68中饮品原料杯置 放部 31向上移动的路径与水平面有一 30度夹角, 图 7、 图 8中所示的角 P=30 度。
如图 9、 图 10、 图 11所示, 刺破头 64为多角棱锥体, 刺破底座 63为多角 棱柱体、 多棱柱体或圆柱体, 过滤孔 65设于底盘 61上相邻的两棱之间处。 本实 施例中, 刺破头 64为三角棱锥结构, 刺破底座 63为三角棱柱体, 有三个所述过 滤孔 65贯穿底盘。 本实施例中, 过滤孔 65设于底盘 61上相邻的两棱之间处, 每个刺破构件 62旁边有三个过滤孔 65 , 这三个过滤孔 65与刺破构件 62一起可 以组成一个过滤孔组 67, 本发明中, 底盘 61上可能设有 24-60 个过滤孔组 67 (详见图 11、 图 13 ), 本实施例优选 48组。 封盖 11与过滤孔 65形成过滤网, 用于过滤茶叶。 过滤孔 65直径很小, 可以把茶叶末留在饮品原料杯 1内。
本实施例中,封盖 11与过滤孔 65形成过滤网,饮品制备机 2的单位时间出 茶量, 也即过滤装置 6在单位时间过滤茶水量, 与过滤孔 65数目成正比, 与过 滤孔 65的孔径或过滤孔 65截面面积成正比, 与饮品原料杯 1的容积成反比。饮 品制备机 2的单位时间出茶量与饮品原料杯 1的容积、 过滤孔 65数目、 过滤孔 65的孔径或过滤孔 65截面面积——对应。
如图 12所示, 刺破头 64的形状多样, 只要有尖锐的穿刺部分即可, 与之对 应的刺破底座 63的横截面积要大于或等于刺破头 64的横截面积, 过滤孔 65有 一定的深度, 可以穿过底盘 61 , 或可穿过底盘 61和刺破底座 63 , 甚至需要同时 穿过底盘 61、 刺破底座 63和刺破头 64。
使用前, 过滤装置 6中央设有固定孔,将过滤装置 6通过固定孔固定后倒置安 装在饮料制备机 2中, 安装后, 刺破头 64朝下。
饮品制备机 2还包括使得饮品原料杯 1的封盖 11被过滤装置 6刺破、 饮品 原料杯 1中心轴与底盘 61中心轴相一致的传动装置 66。 传动装置 66为纯机械 装置, 可以推动饮品原料杯置放部 31发生倾斜移动及滑动, 使得饮品原料杯 1 撞到过滤装置 6的刺破头 64上,刺破头 64刺破饮品原料杯 1的封盖,每个刺破 构件 62旁边设有至少一个过滤孔 65。
本实施例中,底盘 61正面为突起的弧面, 过滤装置 6的底盘 61中心轴与水 平面的夹角为 60度角,可以保证过滤装置 6的刺破头 64可以快速准确地在饮品 原料杯的封盖上刺出多个小孔。刺破头 64刺破饮品原料杯的封盖 11后,保持刺 破状态, 刺破头 64的过滤孔 65形成过滤网。 封盖 11有一定的柔韧性, 被刺破 后, 会发生微小的形变可以增强刺破头 64周围的密封效果。
如图 22所示, 过滤装置 6还包括扣在底盘 61背面的漏斗 71 , 漏斗 71与底 盘 61密封连接, 防止茶叶漏出。 漏斗 71的出水口出 7J部 35与相连通, 漏斗 71 用于将过滤后的茶水集中并送至出水部 35。
本实施例中, 过滤装置 6的材料为铝或聚丙烯塑料。釆用铝或聚丙烯塑料这 两种材料, 成本低廉, 重量较轻, 耐磨性能好, 使用寿命长。
如图 14、 图 15所示, 图 15中的角 Q, 即刺破头 64顶端的夹角, 大小范围 在 30度至 60度之间, 本实施例中, 优选方案为 51.2度角。
饮料制备系统的控制部分控制向饮品原料杯 1注入冲泡用热水, 在热水达到 一定量后, 继续注入热水,会将饮品原料杯 1内的茶水推出从透过滤茶装置 6与饮 品原料杯 1封口膜之间的缝隙, 流向该装置的出茶口, 茶水从正面流到滤茶装置 的背面。 茶水在滤茶装置 6背面通过隔离墩形成的空隙流向出茶管道, 排出饮料 制备系统, 进入用户的接茶杯中。
出水部 35 , 将冲泡完成的饮品进行输出。 出水部 35包括支撑台 24和出水 口(图未示), 出水口设置于支撑台 24 的正上方, 制备完成的饮料将从此流出。 支撑台 24内为中空结构, 支撑台的上表面开有一些细长的小孔, 溢出杯子的水 会流到支撑台 24的空腔内, 便于清理。
控制部 636, 用于向供水部 33、 冲泡装置 34、 出水部 35发送控制指令。 控 制部 636与输入显示部 38共同作用, 控制显示的内容以及饮品制备机 2的操作 选项。
饮品原料杯收集部 37, 用于收集用过的饮品原料杯 1。 饮品原料杯收集部 37包括废杯桶。 支撑台 24可推拉进出, 尾部连接有一个方形废杯桶。 冲泡完成 后,饮品制备机内的机械装置可以将饮品原料杯置放部倒置,将用过的饮品原料 杯丢弃到废杯桶内, 进行收集。 支撑台 24拉出后, 可以一次性将多个废饮品原 料杯 1倒出。
如图 16所示, 本实施例中饮料制备系统制备饮料的动作流程, 包括如下步 骤:
将饮品原料杯 1放置于饮品原料杯置放部 31 , 并将翻盖盖好(步骤 101 ) 。 在输入显示部 38的键盘 22输入指令, 控制部向供水部 33、 冲泡装置 34以 及传动装置 66发出指令, 传动装置 66将饮品原料杯置放部 31倾斜移动并向过 滤装置 6推动 (步骤 102 ) 。
过滤装置 6上的刺破头 64刺破饮品原料杯 1的封盖 11 , 使得刺破头嵌合在 封盖上; (步骤 103 ) 。
刺破头 64与封盖 11密封良好, 刺破头 64上的过滤孔与饮品原料杯 1的封 盖 11共同形成可以过滤茶叶的过滤网 (步骤 104 ) 。
冲泡装置 34中的注水部 342的刺头刺破饮品原料杯 1的底部, 使得刺头嵌 合在杯体 10底面上, 刺头距离杯体 10边缘最近的距离为 4毫米(步骤 105 ) 。
釆用供水部 33送水, 釆用冲泡装置 34中的加热部 341将供水部 33送出的 水加热 (步骤 106 ) 。
注水部 342的刺头下方的注水口将热水注入饮品原料杯 1中,进行冲泡 (步 骤 107 ) 。
冲泡的同时,过滤装置 6将冲泡好的饮品通过所述过滤网滤出(步骤 108 ) 。 滤出的茶水通过漏斗 71输送至出水部 35 (步骤 109 ) 。
釆用出水部 35将过滤后的饮品输出 (步骤 110 ) 。
冲泡完毕, 控制部 636发出指令, 饮品原料杯收集部 37接收指令收集饮品 原料杯(步骤 111 ) 。
本发明可以有效过滤茶叶, 免去人工清理废茶叶的麻烦。 其中, 饮品原料杯 与滤茶装置配合使用,三角棱锥结构的刺破头可以将饮品原料杯的封盖刺破,进 而在封盖上形成矩阵状过滤孔, 冲泡后的茶水可以流出,废茶叶却会被留在萃取 杯里面, 过滤过程筒单方便。
【变形实施例 1】 如图 17、 图 18、 图 19所示, 刺破头 641也可以为多角棱锥体, 与之对应的 刺破底座 631为圆柱体, 多个所述过滤孔贯穿刺破底座和底盘。 本实施例中, 刺 破头 641为三角棱锥体, 与之对应的刺破底座 631为圆柱体, 有三个过滤孔 651 贯穿圆柱体刺破底座和底盘 611。 底盘 611 背面设有排成圆环的复数个隔离墩 691 , 过滤装置还可以包括一个过滤网, 所述过滤网与底盘 611配合使用, 隔离 墩将过滤网与底盘 611隔离开使得二者能完成二次过滤,使得饮料过滤的效果更 好。
【变形实施例 2】
如图 20、图 21所示,刺破头 642也可以为圆锥体,与之对应的刺破底座 632 为圆柱体, 有四个所述过滤孔 652贯穿刺破头 642、 刺破底座 632和底盘 612。 该刺破构件的外形与实施例 1不同, 但过滤效果更好。 此外, 所述刺破头 642为多角棱锥体, 与之对应的刺破底座 632为圆柱体, 有三个过滤孔 652贯穿圆柱体刺破底座和底盘 612。 该刺破构件的外形与实施例 1不同, 但过滤效果与实施例 1相近。
此外, 所述刺破头 64也可以为多角棱锥体, 与之对应的刺破底座 63为多棱 柱体, 复数个所述过滤孔 65贯穿刺破底座和底盘。 该刺破构件的外形与实施例 1不同, 但过滤效果与实施例 1相近。
所述刺破头 64也可以为多棱锥体,与之对应的刺破底座 63为多棱柱体或圆 柱体, 复数个所述过滤孔 65贯穿刺破头、 刺破底座和底盘。 该刺破构件的外形 与实施例 1不同, 但过滤效果与实施例 1相近。
刺破头 64与刺破底座 63形状各异, 但都可以确保可以刺破头 64扎破饮品 原料杯 1的封盖 11 , 并保持密封良好。
杯体内原料为茶叶、 蔬菜千、 水果千或中草药中的任一或两种以上的组合。 本发明的饮料制备系统, 可以用于制备茶饮料、 果蔬饮料、 中药保健饮料等, 有 些茶可以反复冲泡多次。
综上所述, 本发明具有以下的优点和积极效果:
本发明提供饮品原料杯、 滤茶装置、饮品制备机、饮品制备系统及饮品制备 方法, 可以有效过滤茶叶, 免去人工清理废茶叶的麻烦。 其中, 饮品原料杯与滤 茶装置配合使用,三角棱锥结构的刺破头可以将饮品原料杯的封盖刺破,进而在 封盖上形成矩阵状过滤孔, 冲泡后的茶水可以流出,废茶叶却会被留在萃取杯里 面, 过滤过程筒单方便, 无需人工清理茶叶。

、 一种饮品原料杯, 包括用于盛放制备饮品的原料的杯体以及将所述原料 封存在所述杯体内的封盖, 其特征在于, 所述封盖包含不同材料制成的 两层以上封口膜。
、 如权利要求 1所述的饮品原料杯, 其特征在于, 所述的封盖由三层所述 封口膜构成, 所述三层封口膜从杯体内部至外部依次为内层封口膜、 中 层封口膜、 外层封口膜。
、 如权利要求 2所述的饮品原料杯, 其特征在于, 所述内层封口膜由聚丙 烯材料制成, 所述中层封口膜由铝箔材料制成, 所述外层封口膜由聚对 苯二甲酸乙二醇酯材料制成。
、 如权利要求 1所述的饮品原料杯, 其特征在于, 所述原料为茶叶、 蔬菜 千、 水果千或中草药中的任一或两种以上的组合。
、 一种为权利要求 1-4中任一项所述的饮品原料杯提供过滤功能的过滤装 置, 包括与所述饮品原料杯形状对应的底盘, 其特征在于, 在所述底盘 正面均匀设置有复数个可刺破所述饮品原料杯的封盖的刺破构件, 所述 刺破构件包括设于所述底盘上的刺破底座和与该刺破底座一体形成的刺 破头, 所述底盘上设有复数个过滤孔。
、 如权利要求 5所述的过滤装置, 其特征在于, 所述底盘正面为凸出的弧 面。
、 如权利要求 5所述的过滤装置, 其特征在于, 所述刺破头为多棱锥体, 所述刺破底座为多棱柱体, 复数个所述过滤孔贯穿刺破头和刺破底座和 底盘。

提供用于制备饮品的水的供水部;
将所述原料冲泡成饮品的冲泡装置;
对所述冲泡装置中冲泡出来的饮品进行过滤的过滤装置;
将所述过滤装置过滤出的饮品输出的出 7J部;
其中, 所述过滤装置为权利要求 5-14中任一项所述的过滤装置。
、 如权利要求 15所述的饮品制备机,其特征在于, 所述过滤装置还包括扣 在所述底盘背面的漏斗, 所述漏斗与所述底盘密封连接, 所述漏斗的出 水口与所述出 7J部相连通。
、 如权利要求 15所述的饮品制备机,其特征在于,还包括使得所述饮品原 料杯的封口膜被所述过滤装置刺破、 所述饮品原料杯中心轴与所述底盘 中心轴相一致的传动装置。
、 如权利要求 17所述的饮品制备机,其特征在于, 所述过滤装置底盘中心 轴与水平面的夹角为 60度角。
、 如权利要求 15所述的饮品制备机,其特征在于, 所述冲泡装置具有用于 加热供水部提供的水的加热部、 用于将加热的水注入饮品原料杯的注水 部以及用于对所述原料进行浸取原汁的浸取部。
、 如权利要求 15-19中任一项所述的饮品制备机, 其特征在于, 还包括控 制部, 用于向所述饮品原料杯置放部、 所述供水部、 所述冲泡装置、 所 述传动装置、 所述过滤装置、 所述出水部发送控制指令。
、 一种饮料制备系统, 包括权利要求 20中任一项所述的饮料制备机和 1-4 中任一项所述的饮品原料杯。
、 使用权利要求 21中所述的饮料制备系统制备饮料的饮料制备方法,其特 征在于, 包括如下步骤:
1) 将所述饮品原料杯放置于所述饮品原料杯置放部;
2) 所述传动装置将所述饮品原料杯置放部倾斜移动并向所述过滤装置推 动;
3) 所述传动装置将所述饮品原料杯置放部推动至所述过滤装置处;
4) 所述过滤装置上的刺破头刺破所述饮品原料杯的封盖, 并使得刺破头嵌 合在封盖上;
5) 所述刺破头与所述封盖密封良好, 所述刺破头上的过滤孔与所述封盖共 同形成可以过滤原料的过滤网;
6) 所述注水部向饮品原料杯中注水,对所述饮品原料杯中的原料进行冲泡;
7) 在冲泡的同时, 所述过滤装置将冲泡好的饮品通过所述过滤网滤出;
8) 所述过滤网滤出的饮品通过所述漏斗输送至所述出 7j部;
9) 釆用所述出 7j部将过滤后的饮品输出。
