本发明提供饮品原料杯、 识别装置、饮品制备机、饮品制备系统及饮品制备 方法, 不仅可以自动供水, 无需手动泡制, 还可以识别出饮品原料的信息, 例如 茶叶的品种、 年限等, 并根据识别出的信息配合预存的饮品冲泡参数信息, 针对 不同的饮品原料(比如茶叶)釆用不同的冲泡方法, 以保证每种饮品原料都可以 被按照最佳的方法进行泡制,使饮品原料本身的优点尽量最大释放。 釆用本发明 的饮品制备机,即可达到专家冲泡的效果,而且可以广泛应用在办公场所及家庭。 附图说明

以下结合附图对本发明中饮品原料杯、 识别装置、饮品制备机、饮品制备系 统及饮品制备方法的优选实施例进行详细描述, 但本发明并不仅仅限于该实施 例。 为了使公众对本发明有彻底的了解,在以下本发明优选实施例中详细说明了 具体的细节。
【实施例 1】
如图 1所示, 饮品制备系统 9 , 包括饮品原料杯 1和与之配合使用的饮品制 备机 2。
饮品制备机 2设有显示屏 21和键盘 22。
饮品制备机 2上设有一个腔体 23 , 与饮品原料杯 1大小形状相对应, 用于 放置饮品原料杯 1。
饮品制备机 2设有支撑台 24,支撑台 24为可拆卸的水平台,用于放置杯子。 一台饮品制备机 2可以与多种不同的饮品原料杯 1配合使用,使用者只需选 择需要的饮品原料杯 1 , 将其放入饮品制备机 2的腔体 23内, 按照显示屏 21上 的提示信息操作 , 稍等片刻, 即可得到冲泡好的饮料。 如图 2所示, 饮品原料杯 1 , 包括杯体 10和封盖 11。
杯体 10用于盛放制备饮品的原料 40。
封盖 11用于将所述原料 40封存在所述杯体 10内。
封盖 11 包含不同材料制成的两层以上封口膜。 优选方案如下: 封盖由三层 封口膜构成, 三层口膜从杯体内部至外部依次为内层封口膜、 中层封口膜、 外层 封口膜, 内层封口膜由聚丙烯材料制成, 与杯体材料相同, 杯体 10内装好饮品 原料后可以用热熔技术快速将杯体密封; 中层封口膜由铝箔材料制成, 确保封盖 有一定的强度, 不易损坏; 外层封口膜由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯材料制成, 增加 封盖美观度 , 外层封口膜 113上直接印制有用于饮品识别的识别标识。 封盖 11 为两层以上不同材料制成的封口膜, 为多层共挤的封口膜, 有一定的柔韧性, 被 刺破后 , 会发生微小的形变可以增强密封效果。
所述杯体 10侧壁由复数个弧形部分相互连接一体化形成的, 相邻的两个弧 形部分连接处形成内凸的棱, 侧壁会形成多个起伏的棱, 7J接触到杯体 10的棱, 可形成涡流, 增加水与茶叶的接触, 提高萃取效率。
杯体 10可以被注水装置的针状刺头刺破, 也可以承受涡流在杯体内流动时 对杯体侧壁形成的压力。 杯体 10的底部具有凸出或凹陷的圆环, 可以使得杯体 10更加坚固, 可以承受涡流在杯体 10内流动时对杯体 10底部形成的压力。
本实施例中, 杯体 10底面直径 38毫米, 封盖 11的直径 50毫米, 杯体 10 底部的圆环内圆直径为 12毫米, 外圆直径为 20毫米。杯体 10的底部圆环 13向 杯体内突出。相邻的两个棱之间的距离为 5毫米,相邻的两个棱之间的弓形突起 厚度为 1.2毫米。 如图 3所示, 在饮品原料杯 1的封盖 11的上表面印制有识别标识 14。
识别标识 14对应的识别编码, 记录杯体 10内部盛装的饮品原料 40的相关 信息, 例如种类。 识别标识 14被读取后, 相关信息将会显示在显示屏 21上。 图 3中的识别标识 14是一种图形识别编码, 将其定义为 A2 (详见图 5 )。 图 5中, Ai表示识别编码, Ni表示饮品原料, ( i= 1, 2, ... , n )。 由图中可知, 与图形识别编码(A2 )对应的饮品原料(N2 ) 为武夷岩茶。 如图 4所示, 饮品制备机 2包括饮品原料杯置放部 31、 输入显示部 38、 识 别装置 32、 供水部 33、 冲泡装置 34、 出水部 35、 控制部 36、 饮品原料杯收集 部 37。
饮品原料杯置放部 31 , 用于置放饮品原料杯 1 , 包括图 1所示的腔体 23 , 腔体 23与饮品原料杯 1大小形状相对。
输入显示部 38 , 用于显示饮品制备机 2工作信息、 饮品原料 40信息, 还可 以用于输入控制指令, 包括图 1所示的显示屏 21和按键 22。
显示屏 21 , 可以显示饮品制备机 2的工作状态等信息, 也可以显示各种饮 品原料 40 (比如茶叶) 的相关知识。
键盘 22, 设有相应的按键, 可以对饮品制备机 2的工作进行选择性控制, 如查阅饮品相关信息或选择输出指令。
供水部 33 , 用于提供制备饮品的水。 供水部 33包括水箱和水泵, 水箱用于 储存清水, 水箱可拆卸且设有水箱盖, 可以将水箱从饮品制备机 2上拆卸下来再 加水, 或打开水箱盖直接向水箱内加水。 水箱放水用两个电磁阀控制, 分别是用 于控制冲泡饮品或放出清水。水箱内部设有液位传感器,用于监测水箱内的水位, 确保水箱内要有足够多的水冲泡一杯饮品,防止水量不够而导致冲泡过程不能完 成,进而泡出不合格的饮品或造成饮品原料的浪费。控制水泵用于控制供水速度 , 供水速度一般用水泵的通断比来表示。 识别装置 32, 用于识别饮品原料杯 1中所述原料 40。识别装置 32具有获取 识别部 321、 参数存储部 322以及检索判定部 323。
获取识别部 321 , 用于获取所述饮品原料杯上的识别标识 14, 并识别与识别 标识 14对应的识别编码(A2 ) 。
用于获取所述识别标识 14的图形识别单元为摄像装置, 如摄像头。 获取识 别部 321可以将获取的识别标识 14翻译成机器可读的识别编码 A2
所述获取识别部 31内设有緩存(图未示) , 可以用于识别编码 A2的保存, 为识别编码 A2以后的对比做准备。
识别标识 14被获取识别部 321翻译成十六进制编码 0X564E779D3 , 也即识 别编码( A2 ) , 表示杯体 10内部放置是武夷岩茶(N2 ) (如图 5所示) 。
参数存储部 322, 用于存储冲泡参数。
如图 5所示, 参数存储部 322内以列表的形式存储有不同饮品原料的冲泡 参数数据, 例如不同茶叶的注水温度、 注水速度、 浸取时间等, 也可以包括冲泡 水最合适温度、 冲泡次数、 冲泡时间、 是否需要醒茶等。
参数存储部 322设有识别标识 41、饮品原料 42、浸取种类 43、注水温度 44、 注水速度 45、 浸取时间 46等项目。 参数存储部 322中, 对应上述项目, 存储有 不同种类的饮品原料所对应的不同数据。
本实施例中的原料为茶叶,茶叶的冲泡过程包括醒茶、预浸、萃取三个步骤, 注水温度、 注水速度、 浸取时间分别设定并釆用在所述每一个步骤中。 因此, 浸 取种类设有醒茶、 预浸、 萃取三个项目, 所述醒茶、 所述预浸、 所述萃取分别对 应一组参数, 这组参数中包括温度参数数据 Tkl、 速度参数数据 vkl、 时间参数数 据 ^等 (其中, k = l , 2, 3 , 分别表示醒茶、 预浸、 萃取三个过程; i = 1 , 2, 3 , ... , n, 表示识别编码的序号)。 其中, 冲泡过程中的注水速度, 即水泵的注 速度, 指的是水泵的通断比。
如图 4所示, 检索判定部 323 , 根据获取识别部 321获取的识别标识 14, 对参数存储部 322进行检索, 判定与识别标识 14对应的冲泡参数。
在本实施例中, 识别标识 14是图形编码, 被获取识别部翻译成十六进制编 码 0X564E779D3 ( A2 ), 根据图 5所示, 判定出杯体 10内的原料 40是武夷岩茶 ( N2 )o 还可以判定出识别标识 14对应的冲泡参数如下:
当浸取种类为醒茶时, 注水温度为 120°C、 注水速度为 1 : 120、 浸取时间为
5s;
当浸取种类为预浸时, 注水温度为 100°C、 注水速度为 7: 16、 浸取时间为
15s;
当浸取种类为萃取时,注水温度为 90°C、注水速度为 12:7、浸取时间为 35s。 冲泡装置 34根据检索判定部 323判定的冲泡参数对原料 40进行冲泡,然后 形成饮品。 冲泡装置 34具有加热部 341、 注水部 342以及浸取部 343。
加热部 341 , 用于加热供水部提供的水。 加热部 341设有温度传感器连接到 控制部 36, 可以实时检测加热部 341中水的温度, 并将温度数据通过控制部 36 显示在显示屏 21上, 便于使用者了解冲泡饮品过程中的茶道知识。
加热部 341包括锅炉, 锅炉通过设有阀门的水管分别与供水部的 33水箱和 注水部 342相连通。锅炉将加热后的水通过双向的阀门输送到浸取部 343供冲泡 茶水, 或者是直接输送到设置在支撑台上方的出水口, 输出白开水。
所述锅炉分别通过导线与供电单元、 控制部 36相连接, 供电单元为锅炉烧 7J供电, 控制部 36控制水管的阀门开或关, 水管的阀门为双向阀门。
选用的锅炉一般有两种类型即热式锅炉和储热式锅炉。
对即热式锅炉来说, 正常情况下, 锅炉维持在指定的温度范围 Ta ~ Tb (通常 情况下, 取 90 ~ 100), 即: 当温度低于 Ta摄氏度时, 加热器启动加热, 当温度 加热到 Tb摄氏度时, 加热器停止加热; 当确定冲泡需要的锅炉温度后, 加热器 会在接到控制器的指令后启动加热, 到指定的温度后, 停止加热。
对储热式锅炉来说,正常情况下,锅炉内的水维持在指定的温度范围 Ta - Tb (通常情况下, 取 70 - 80), 即: 当温度低于 Ta摄氏度时, 加热器启动加热, 当 温度加热到 Tb摄氏度时,加热器停止加热;当需要冲泡的水温超过 90摄氏度时, 加热器会在接到控制器的指令后启动加热, 到指定的温度后, 停止加热。
本实施例中选取的锅炉是一种内部管路弯曲的即热型锅炉,可以将冷水迅速 加热甚至加热成水蒸汽。在锅炉上连接有温度传感器连接到控制器上, 可以实时 检测锅炉的温度, 便于选择适合的温度, 进一步选择提高功率或者降低功率。 注水部 342, 用于将加热的水注入饮品原料杯 1 , 注水部 342的注水速度与 供水部 33的供水速度相同, 供水速度一般用供水部 33中水泵的通断比来表示, 注水部 342的注水速度也为供水部 33中水泵的通断比。
浸取部 343 , 用于完成对原料 40的浸取。 浸取部 343 包括放置在饮品原料 杯置放部 31中的饮品原料杯 1 ,在浸取过程中,饮品原料杯 1底部有注水部 342 注水, 饮品原料杯 1封盖 11处设有出水装置或过滤装置。 热水在饮品原料杯 1 流动, 浸泡萃取杯中原料后排出, 饮品原料杯 1容积有限, 要同时注水和排水。
本实施例中的原料为茶叶, 茶叶的浸取种类包括醒茶、 预浸、 萃取三种, 注 水温度 44、注水速度 45、浸取时间 46分别设定并釆用在所述每一种浸取过程中。
当浸取种类为醒茶时, 所述加热部 341将水加热至 120°C并保持; 所述注水 部 342按照 1 : 120 (水泵的通断比) 的注水速度将水注入所述饮品原料杯 1 ; 所 述浸取部 343完成所述醒茶过程, 持续时间为 5s。
当浸取种类为预浸时,所述加热部 341将水降温至 100'C并保持、所述注水 部 342按照 7: 16 (水泵的通断比)的注水速度注入所述饮品原料杯 1 ; 所述浸取 部 343完成所述预浸过程, 持续时间为 15s;
当浸取种类为萃取时, 注水温度为 90°C、 注水速度为 (水泵的通断比) 、 浸取时间为 35s。 所述加热部 341将水降温至 90°C并保持、 所述注水部 342按照 12:7 (水泵的通断比) 的注水速度注入所述饮品原料杯 1 ; 所述浸取部 343完成 所述预浸过程, 持续时间为 35s;
出水部 35 , 将冲泡完成的饮品进行输出。 出水部 35包括支撑台 24和出水 口(图未示), 出水口设置于支撑台 24 的正上方, 制备完成的饮料将从此流出。 支撑台 24内为中空结构, 支撑台的上表面开有一些细长的小孔, 溢出杯子的水 会流到支撑台 24的空腔内, 便于清理。
控制部 36, 用于向识别装置 32、 供水部 33、 冲泡装置 34、 出水部 35发送 控制指令。控制部 36与输入显示部 38共同作用,控制显示的内容以及饮品制备 机 2的操作选项。
饮品原料杯收集部 37, 用于收集用过的饮品原料杯 1。 饮品原料杯收集部 37包括废杯桶。 支撑台 24可推拉进出, 尾部连接有一个方形废杯桶。 冲泡完成 后,饮品制备机内的机械装置可以将饮品原料杯置放部倒置, 将用过的饮品原料 杯丢弃到废杯桶内, 进行收集。 支撑台 24拉出后, 可以一次性将多个废饮品原 料杯 1倒出。 如图 6所示, 本发明中饮品制备机的动作流程如下:
将饮品原料杯 1置放于饮品原料杯置放部 31的腔体 23 内, 在输入显示部 38的键盘 22输入指令, 控制部 36就会向识别装置 32发送指令(在其他实施例 当中, 饮品原料杯置放部 31设有自检装置, 将饮品原料杯 1置放于饮品原料杯 置放部 31的腔体 23内之后,盖好盖子,饮品制备机无需指令就会自动冲泡饮品), 识别装置 32接收控制部 36的指令后, 识别装置 32中的获取识别部 321获取饮 品原料杯 1上的识别标识 14 (步骤 101 ) 。
获取识别部 321获取的识别编码 A2放置于获取识别部的緩存内, 将获取的 识别编码(A2 )保存, 准备用于接下来的对比 (步骤 102 ) 。
检索判定部 323 将获取识别部 321 获取的识别标识 14所对应的识别编码 ( A2 )与参数存储部 322中的数据做比对, 当参数存储部 322中的某识别编码与 获取识别部 321获取的识别编码(A2 )相同时, 饮品原料为武夷岩茶(N2 ),该 识别编码(A2 )所对应的冲泡参数即为饮品原料杯 1中武夷岩茶(N2 )的冲泡参 数(步骤 103 ) 。
识别装置 32将检索判定部 323判定出的冲泡参数送至控制部 36,控制部 36 将根据各冲泡参数, 向供水部 33和冲泡装置 34发出指令, 供水部 33接收控制 部 36的指令后将水输送到冲泡装置 34 (步骤 104 ) 。 冲泡装置 34中的加热部 341将水加热到 120 °C并控制注水温度维持在 120 V ,加热部 341内的水分变成水蒸气,冲泡装置 34中的注水部 342将加热部 341 中的水蒸气注入冲泡装置 34中的浸取部 343 ,保持水泵的通断比 1 : 120的进气速 度,浸取部 343将武夷岩茶叶 40浸取,完成醒茶过程,持续时间为 5s(步骤 105 )。
冲泡装置 34中的加热部 341将注水温度降低到 100'C并控制注水温度维持 在 100'C , 冲泡装置 34中的注水部 342将加热部 341中的热水注入冲泡装置 34 中的浸取部 343 , 保持 7: 16的进水速度, 控制部 36精准控制时间, 确保醒茶步 骤结束时, 预浸注水开始; 浸取部 34 3将武夷岩茶叶 40浸取, 完成预浸过程, 持续时间为 15s (步骤 106 ) 。
冲泡装置 34中的加热部 341将注水温度降低到 90°C并控制注水温度维持在 90 °C ; 冲泡装置 34中的注水部 342将加热部 341中的热水持续注入冲泡装置 34 中的浸取部 343 , 保持 12:7的进水速度, 控制部 36精准控制时间, 确保预浸步 骤结束时, 萃取注水开始; 浸取部 343将武夷岩茶叶 40浸取, 浸取后饮品从出 水部 35中输出, 完成萃取过程, 持续时间为 35s (步骤 107 ) 。
冲泡完毕,控制部 36发出指令,饮品原料杯收集部 37接收指令收集饮品原 料杯 (步骤 108 ) 。

如图 8 所示, 微调参数存储部 8324中内以列表的形式存储有不同饮品原料 在不同生产日期的微调冲泡参数数据, 设有识别编码 51、 饮品原料 52、 浸取种 类 53、 微调注水温度 54、 微调注水速度 55、 微调浸取时间 56、 生产日期 57等 项目。
微调参数存储部 8324中包括原料生产日期为 4月 ( D21 )时(春茶)的微调 参数, 即微调注水温度 Tkl()、 微调注水速度 Vklo、 微调浸取时间 tklQ, (其中 k=l, 2, 3 , 分别表示醒茶、 预浸、 萃取三个浸取过程; i=l, 2, ... ,η表示参数存储部 中的原料编号)。
微调参数存储部中还包括原料生产日期为 9月 (D22 ) 时 (秋茶) 的微调参 数, 即微调注水温度 Tkl9、 微调注水速度 Vkl9、 微调浸取时间 tkl9, (其中 k=l, 2,
3 , 分别表示醒茶、 预浸、 萃取三个浸取过程; i=l, 2, ... ,η表示序号)。
所述微调参数 Tkl0、 Vkl0 、 tkl0 、 Tkl9、 Vkl9 、 tkl9都可以取正值或负值, 用 于表示参数增大或减小。 每种原料对应两种不同的生产时间 (如 4月、 9月) , 每种生产时间对应有三个浸取种类, 每个浸取种类对应有三个微调参数。
实施例 2中, 原料为武夷岩茶(N2 ), 生产日期为 2009年 4月 (D21 )。 所述 微调参数包括微调注水温度 Tkl()、 微调注水速度 Vklo、 微调浸取时间 tklQ, (其中 k= 1 , 2 , 3 , 分别表示醒茶、 预浸、 萃取三个浸取过程; i=l , 2 , ... , η表示序 号)。 所述微调参数 TklQ、 Vkl0 、 tklQ都可以取正值或负值, 用于表示参数增大或 减小。
如图 4所示, 检索判定部 8323 , 根据获取识别部 321获取的识别标识 514, 对参数存储部 322进行检索, 判定与识别标识 514对应的冲泡参数, 即注水温度 Tk2、 注水速度 Vk2、 浸取时间 ½。
进一步的, 检索判定部 8323根据识别标识中的饮品原料信息, 如饮品原料 的生产日期 (4月), 与微调参数存储部 8324中的数据做比对, 判定微调参数, 即微调注水温度 Tk2o、 微调注水速度 Vk2o、 微调浸取时间 tk2o 0=1,2,3)。
控制部 836将检索判定部 8323判定出的冲泡参数中的注水温度 Tk2、注水速 度 Vk2、 浸取时间 ½分别和微调参数中的注水温度 Tk2、 微调注水速度 Vk2、 微 调浸取时间 tk2—一对应相加, 得到 调后的新的冲泡参数, 即注水温度 Tk21、 注水速度 Vk21、 浸取时间 tk^ ( k=l, 2, 3 )。 其中, Tk2i = Tk2 + Tk2o ; Vk2i =
Vk2 + Vk20 ; tk21 =tk2 + tk20
在实施例 2中, 识别标识 514是图形编码,被获取识别部 321翻译成十六进 制编码 0X564E779D3 ( Α2 ), 判定出杯体 10内的原料 40是武夷岩茶(Ν2 ), 生 产日期为春茶。根据图 8所示,还可以判定出识别标识 14对应的微调参数如下: 当浸取种类为醒茶时, 4 调注水温度为 -3 °C、 微调注水速度为 3:4、 微调浸 取时间为 -2s;
当浸取种类为预浸时, 4 调注水温度为 -2°C、 微调注水速度为 2: 1、 微调浸 取时间为 0s;
当浸取种类为萃取时, 4 调注水温度为 +4°C、微调注水速度为 -1 :3、微调浸 取时间为 5s。 本实施例判定出实际冲泡参数如下:
当浸取种类为醒茶时, 注水温度为 T121= 120°C -3 °C =117°C、 注水速度为 Vi2i=l : 120 + 3:4=4: 124=1 :31 (水泵的通断比) 、 浸取时间为 tm =5s-2s=3s; 当浸取种类为预浸时, 注水温度为 T221 =100 °C -2 °C =98 °C、 注水速度为 V22i=7: 16+ 2: 1=9: 17 (水泵的通断比) 、 浸取时间为 t22i =15s+ 0=15s;
当浸取种类为萃取时, 注水温度为 T321 = 90 °C + 4°C=94°C、 注水速度为 V32i=12:7-l :3=l l :4 (水泵的通断比) 、 浸取时间为 t321 =35s+ 5s=40s。
冲泡装置 34将对原料 40进行冲泡, 然后形成饮品。 冲泡装置 34具有加热 部 341、 注水部 342以及浸取部 343。
加热部 341 #^据4 调后的注水温度 Tk21 为水加热; 注水部 342 #^据4 调后 的注水速度 Vk21将水注入所述饮品原料杯 1 ; 浸取部 343根据微调后的浸取时 间 完成原料 40的浸取原汁( k=l, 2, 3 ,分别表示醒茶、预浸、萃取三个过程)。
如图 9所示, 本实施例中, 饮品制备机的动作流程如下:
将饮品原料杯 5置放于饮品原料杯置放部 31的腔体 23 内, 在输入显示部 38的键盘 22输入指令,控制部 836就会向识别装置 832发送指令,识别装置 832 中的获取识别部 321获取饮品原料杯 1上的识别标识 514 (步骤 201 ) 。
获取识别部 321获取的识别编码( A2 )和生产日期 ( D21 )放置在获取识别 部的緩存内, 将获取的识别编码( A2 )和生产日期 ( D21 )保存, 准备用于接下 来的对比 (步骤 202 ) 。
检索判定部 8323将获取识别部 321获取的识别编码 (A2)与参数存储部 322 中的数据做比对,当参数存储部 322中的某识别编码与获取识别部 321获取的识 别编码( A2 )相同时, 饮品原料为武夷岩茶( N2 ),该识别编码 (A2)所对应的冲泡 参数即为饮品原料杯 5 中武夷岩茶 (N2)的冲泡参数, 即注水温度 Tk2、 注水速度 Vk2、 浸取时间 tk2 (其中 k=l, 2, 3 , 分别表示醒茶、 预浸、 萃取三个浸取过程) (步骤 203 ) 。
检索判定部 8323 居识别标识中的生产日期 ( D21 ), 即 2009年 4月, 与 微调参数存储部 8324中的数据做比对, 可以判定其微调参数, 即微调注水温度 Tk20、 微调注水速度 Vk2o、 微调浸取时间 tk2o (步骤 204 ) 。 控制部 836将冲泡参数中的注水温度 Tk2、 注水速度 Vk2、 浸取时间 tk2分别 和微调参数中的注水温度 Tk2、 微调注水速度 Vk2、 微调浸取时间 tk2——对应相 加,得到微调后的新的冲泡参数,即注水温度 Tk21、注水速度 Vk21、浸取时间 tk21
( k=l, 2, 3 )。 其中, Tk21 = Tk2 + Tk2。 ; Vkii = Vk2 + Vk20 ; tk2i =tk2 + tk20
(步骤 205 ) 。
识别装置 832将所述新的冲泡参数送至控制部 836, 控制部 836将根据新的 冲泡参数 Tk21、 Vk2i 、 tk21 , 向供水部 33和冲泡装置 34发出指令, 供水部 33接 收控制部 836的指令后将水输送到冲泡装置 34 (步骤 206 ) 。
冲泡装置 34中的加热部 341将水加热到 117°C并控制注水温度维持在 117 V ,加热部 341内的水分变成水蒸气,冲泡装置 34中的注水部 342将加热部 341 中的水蒸气注入冲泡装置 34中的浸取部 343 ,保持 1 :31的进气速度,浸取部 343 将武夷岩茶叶 40浸取, 完成醒茶过程, 持续时间为 3s (步骤 207 ) 。
冲泡装置 34中的加热部 341将注水温度降低到 98 °C并控制注水温度维持在 98 °C ,冲泡装置 34中的注水部 342将加热部 341中的热水注入冲泡装置 34中的 浸取部 343 , 保持 9: 17的进水速度, 控制部 836精准控制时间, 确保醒茶步骤结 束时, 预浸注水开始; 浸取部 343将武夷岩茶叶 40浸取, 完成预浸过程, 持续 时间为 15s (步骤 208 ) 。
冲泡装置 34中的加热部 341将注水温度降低到 94 °C并控制注水温度维持在 94 V 冲泡装置 34中的注水部 342将加热部 341中的热水持续注入冲泡装置 34 中的浸取部 343 , 保持 11 :4的进水速度, 控制部 836精准控制时间, 确保预浸步 骤结束时, 萃取注水开始; 浸取部 343将武夷岩茶叶 40浸取, 完成萃取过程, 持续时间为 40s, 萃取后的饮品从出水部 35中输出 (步骤 209 ) 。
冲泡完毕, 控制部 836发出指令, 饮品原料杯收集部 37接收指令收集饮品 原料杯 (步骤 210 ) 。
【变形实施例 1】
如图 10所示, 在饮品原料杯 1的封盖 11的上表面印制有识别标识 141 , 其 他部分与实施例 1完全相同, 为实施例 1的变形实施例之一, 识别标识 141是一 种条形编码的识别标识, 在这种场合下, 获取识别部 31 中用于识别所述条形编 码的条码识别单元为条码扫描器。
【变形实施例 2】
如图 11所示, 在饮品原料杯 1的侧壁上印制有识别标识 142, 其他部分与 实施例 1完全相同, 为实施例 1的变形实施例之一, 识别标识 142是一种数字编 码的识别标识, 在这种场合下, 获取识别部 31 中用于识别所述数字编码的图形 识别单元为摄像装置, 如摄像头。
此外, 识别标识 14也可以为无线射频图形编码, 其识别工具为获取识别部 321中的无线射频识别单元。 釆用不同的识别编码, 可以存储不同的信息量。 根 据所需存储信息量的不同, 选用不同的识别编码。
所述原料可以为茶叶、蔬菜千、水果千或中草药中的任一或两种以上的组合, 也可以为咖啡、 奶茶、 果珍中的任一或两种以上的组合。 本发明所述的饮料制备 系统, 可以用于制备茶饮料、 果蔬饮料、 中药保健饮料需要冲泡萃取的饮品等, 也可以制备咖啡、 奶茶、 果汁等速溶类饮品。 其中, 有些茶或中药材可以反复冲 泡多次。
综上所述, 本发明具有以下的优点和积极效果: 本发明提供一种饮品制备系统和饮品制备方法, 不仅可以自动供水, 无需手 动泡制, 还可以识别出饮品原料的信息, 例如茶叶的品种、 年限等, 并根据识别 出的信息配合预存的泡茶参数信息, 智能化地针对不同的饮品原料(比如茶叶) 釆用不同的冲泡方法, 以保证每种饮品原料都可以被按照最佳的方法进行泡制, 使饮品原料本身的优点尽量最大释放。 釆用本发明的饮品制备机, 即可达到无需 手动, 也无专业人员即可达到专家冲泡的效果, 可以广泛应用在办公场所, 或者 家庭。

权 利 要 求 书 、 一种饮品原料杯,包括用于盛放制备饮品的原料的杯体以及将所述原料封存在所 述杯体内的封盖, 其特征在于, 还包括识别标识。 、 如权利要求 1所述的饮品原料杯,其特征在于,所述识别标识设置在所述封盖上。 、 如权利要求 1所述的饮品原料杯, 其特征在于, 所述识别标识设置于所述杯体外 表面。 、 如权利要求 1-3中任一项所述的饮品原料杯, 其特征在于, 所述识别标识为数字 编码、 图像编码、 条形编码或无线射频编码中的任一或两种以上的组合。 、 如权利要求 1所述的饮品原料杯, 其特征在于, 所述原料为茶叶、 蔬菜千、 水果 千或中草药中的任一或两种以上的组合。 、 如权利要求 1所述的饮品原料杯, 其特征在于, 所述原料为咖啡、 奶茶、 果珍中 的任一或两种以上的组合。 、 用于对如权利要求 1-6中任一项所述的饮品原料杯中的所述原料进行识别的识别 装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 获取识别部, 用于获取所述饮品原料杯上的所述识别标识, 并识别与所述识别标 识对应的识别编码; 参数存储部, 用于存储与各种所述原料的所述识别标识相对应的、在制备饮品时 对所述原料进行冲泡的冲泡参数; 检索判定部,根据获取识别部获取的所述识别标识,对所述参数存储部进行检索, 判定与所述识别标识对应的所述冲泡参数。 、 如权利要求 7所述的识别装置, 其特征在于, 所述冲泡参数包括注水温度、 注水 速度、 浸取时间。 、 如权利要求 8所述的识别装置, 其特征在于, 所述原料为茶叶, 茶叶的冲泡过程 包括醒茶、 预浸、 浸泡三个步骤, 所述注水温度、 所述注水速度、 所述浸取时间 分别设定并釆用在所述每一个步骤中。0、 如权利要求 7所述的识别装置, 其特征在于, 所述获取识别部为条码识别单 元、 图形识别单元或无线射频识别单元中的任一或两种以上的组合。
1、 如权利要求 10所述的识别装置, 其特征在于, 所述条码识别单元为条码识 别器, 所述图形识别单元为摄像头。
、 一种用如权利要求 1-5中任一项所述的饮品原料杯中所述原料来制备饮品的 饮品制备机, 包括:
用于置放饮品原料杯的饮品原料杯置放部;
提供用于制备饮品的水的供水部;
将所述原料冲泡成饮品的冲泡装置;
将所述饮品输出的出 7J部;
其特征在于,还包括用于识别饮品原料杯中所述原料的识别装置,所述的识别装 置具有:
获取识别部, 用于获取并识别所述饮品原料杯上的所述识别标识;
参数存储部, 用于存储与各种饮品原料的所述识别标识相对应的、制备饮品时对 所述原料进行冲泡的冲泡参数;
检索判定部,根据获取识别部获取的所述识别标识,对所述参数存储部进行检索, 判定与所述识别标识对应的所述冲泡参数 ,
其中, 所述冲泡装置根据所述的冲泡参数对所述原料进行冲泡。
、 如权利要求 12所述的饮品制备机, 其特征在于, 还包括控制部, 用于向所 述饮品原料杯置放部、所述识别装置、所述冲泡装置、所述出水部发送控制指令。 、 如权利要求 12所述的饮品制备机, 其特征在于,
所述冲泡装置具有用于加热供水部提供的水的加热部、用于将加热的水注入饮品 原料杯的注水部以及用于对所述原料进行浸取原汁的浸取部 ,
所述冲泡参数包括所述注水温度、 所述注水速度、 所述浸取时间,
其中, 所述加热部才 居所述注水温度为 7J加热;
所述注水部根据所述注水速度将水注入所述饮品原料杯;
所述浸取部根据所述浸取时间完成所述原料的浸取原汁。

所述识别标识还包括用于显示原料属性的饮品原料信息,
所述识别装置还包括 4 调数据存储部 ,用于存储表示饮品原料属性的原料信息以 及与所述原料信息相对应的微调参数。
、 如权利要求 16所述的饮品制备机, 其特征在于, 所述饮品原料信息为饮品 原料的产地、 生产日期中的任一种或两种。
、 一种饮品制备系统, 包括权利要求 12-17中任一项所述的饮品制备机和权利 要求 1-5中任一项所述的饮品原料杯。
、 使用权利要求 17 中所述的饮品制备系统制备饮品的饮品制备方法, 其特征 在于, 包括如下步骤:
1) 釆用识别装置中的获取识别部获取饮品原料杯上的识别标识;
2) 根据获取的识别标识釆用所述识别装置中的检索判定部判定冲泡参数;
3) 根据判定的所述冲泡参数釆用冲泡装置对所述饮品原料杯中的原料进行冲 泡;
4) 冲泡过程中釆用出 7j部将冲泡好的饮品输出。
、 如权利要求 19所述的饮品制备方法, 其特征在于, 饮品输出后, 釆用原料 杯收集部收集用过的饮品原料杯。
、 如权利要求 19所述的饮品制备方法, 其特征在于, 所述冲泡参数包括注水 温度、 注水速度、 浸取时间, 所述冲泡装置包括加热部、 注水部、 浸取部, 其中, 根据所述注水温度釆用所述加热部为 7J加热;
根据所述注水速度釆用所述注水部将水注入所述饮品原料杯;
根据所述浸取时间釆用所述浸取部完成所述原料的浸取。
