Abstract

本发明涉及一种茶叶萃取杯,该茶叶萃取杯由杯体及封口盖组成,杯体的侧壁上设置起伏的棱,杯体的底部设置突起的圆环,封口盖覆盖在杯体顶部的圆形杯沿上,该封口盖的形状及大小与杯沿一致。与现有技术相比,本发明杯体的内侧壁上有起伏的楞,增加注入热水冲泡过程中水流的搅拌效果,加快茶叶的萃取;杯子并附设有识别标志,可以方便辨别茶叶类型和冲泡参数;杯底有突出的圆环,增加杯底的抗压强度,利于冲泡时的底部密封。

一种茶叶萃取杯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种杯具,尤其是涉及一种茶叶萃取杯。
背景技术
专利申请号为200910057017.x的发明公布了一种茶叶萃取杯,其在传统的茶叶萃取杯的基础上,在杯体内部设置进气管道,利用气体搅拌的方式达到快速萃取茶叶的目的。进气管道虽然能够解决快速萃取茶叶的目的,但由于生产工艺的限制,目前此类的茶叶萃取杯需要采用注塑工艺,生产工艺成本和生产用料成本都比较高,实用性上具有很大的局限。另外,由于注气管道的存在导致茶叶萃取杯的放置需要按照指定的方向放入,增加了使用的不便性。
本发明简化茶叶萃取杯结构,使用边沿带棱的方案,与冲泡系统结合实现快速萃取的目的。同时,采用旋转对称的结构设计,提高了使用的方便性。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种加快茶叶的萃取时间、辨别方便、抗压强度较高的茶叶萃取杯。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种茶叶萃取杯,其特征在于,该茶叶萃取杯由杯体及封口盖组成,所述的杯体的侧壁上设置起伏的棱,杯体的底部设置突起或凹陷的圆环,所述的封口盖覆盖在杯体顶部的圆形杯沿上,该封口盖的形状及大小与杯沿一致。
所述的杯体采用聚丙烯制成。
所述的封口盖为多层共挤的封口膜。
所述的封口膜有三层,最上层为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯材料,中间层为铝膜,最下层为聚丙烯材料。
所述的封口盖上印制有识别标志。
所述的识别标志包括数字编码、图形编码、条形编码或无线射频标识,用以辨别萃取杯中的茶叶类型。
所述的茶叶萃取杯内可完成茶叶的全部冲泡过程。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)杯体的内侧壁上有起伏的楞,增加注入热水冲泡过程中水流的搅拌效果,加快茶叶的萃取;
(2)封口盖上设置有识别标志,可以方便辨别茶叶类型和冲泡参数;
(3)杯底有突出的圆环,增加杯底的抗压强度,利于冲泡时的底部密封。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种茶叶萃取杯,其结构如图1所示,该茶叶萃取杯由杯体1及封口盖2组成,杯体1的侧壁上设置起伏的棱3,在冲泡注水过程中,与冲泡系统配合,最大发挥注水搅拌的效率,加快茶叶的萃取。杯体1的底部设置突起的圆环4,增加底部的抗压能力,确保与冲泡系统的密封。封口盖2覆盖在杯体1顶部的圆形杯沿上。杯体1采用聚丙烯材料制成。封口盖2为多层共挤的封口膜,该封口膜有三层,如图2所示。最上层为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜21,中间层为铝膜22,最下层材料与杯体1的材料相同的塑料膜23。封口盖上印制有识别标志,该识别标识为数字编码,如图3所示,用以辨别萃取杯中的茶叶类型。封口盖2的形状和大小与杯沿11的形状及大小匹配,在茶叶萃取杯中放好茶叶后,使用热熔技术能够确保封口盖2与杯体1的密封;中间层使用铝膜22,确保封口盖2具有一定的强度;最上层使用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜21,增加封口盖2的美观度,隔离封口膜印刷编码与冲泡系统的接触。茶叶的全部冲泡过程都在该茶叶萃取杯内完成。
实施例2

Claims (7)

1.一种茶叶萃取杯,其特征在于,该茶叶萃取杯由杯体及封口盖组成,所述的杯体的侧壁上设置起伏的棱,杯体的底部设置突起或凹陷的圆环,所述的封口盖覆盖在杯体顶部的圆形杯沿上,该封口盖的形状及大小与杯沿一致。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种茶叶萃取杯,其特征在于,所述的杯体采用聚丙烯制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种茶叶萃取杯,其特征在于,所述的封口盖为多层共挤的封口膜。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种茶叶萃取杯,其特征在于,所述的封口膜有三层,最上层为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯材料,中间层为铝膜,最下层为聚丙烯材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种茶叶萃取杯,其特征在于,所述的封口盖上印制有识别标志。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种茶叶萃取杯,其特征在于,所述的识别标志包括数字编码、图形编码、条形编码或无线射频标识,用以辨别萃取杯中的茶叶类型。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种茶叶萃取杯,其特征在于,所述的茶叶萃取杯内可完成茶叶的全部冲泡过程。
