Abstract
Description
近年、塗料分野においては、省資源、無公害化対策として、有機溶剤の使用量の少ない水性塗料への転換の必要性が高まっているが、金属顔料を含むメタリック塗料においては、未だ、実用可能な水性塗料の例は少ない。この理由として、金属顔料は水性塗料中で腐食し易いという点がある。水性塗料中に金属粉末が存在する場合には、各種金属の性質に基づいて、酸性、中性、塩基性のいずれか、あるいは複数の領域において水による腐食が起こり、水素ガスが発生する。これは塗料メーカーやインキメーカーにおける塗料やインキの製造工程や、自動車、家電メーカー、印刷メーカー等における塗装工程や印刷工程において、安全上極めて重大な問題である。なお、以下では水や水性塗料もしくは水性インキ中における金属顔料の耐腐食性を「貯蔵安定性」と記載する。
特許文献3では、水性塗料もしくは水性インキ中における貯蔵安定性と、密着性や耐薬品性の両立を目指すため、モリブデン酸アミン塩を含む金属顔料が開示されている。しかしながら、この先行文献に記載の方法では、貯蔵安定性が不十分であった。また、いずれの方法においても塗料に配合した場合、塗料中の一部の色素もしくは有機顔料を変色させる欠点があった。
更に一部の用途においては、金属顔料を用いて得られた塗膜の密着性や、耐酸もしくは耐アルカリ性等の耐薬品性を求められる場合もある。
更には、上記性能に加えて、塗膜にしたときの密着性や耐薬品性に優れた金属顔料組成物を提供することも目的とする。
即ち、本発明は下記の通りである。
(1)有機モリブデン化合物を一種以上と、シリコン含有化合物の加水分解物および/またはその縮合物と、金属粒子とを含有する、金属顔料組成物。
(2)(i)有機オリゴマーもしくはポリマー;(ii)無機リン酸類もしくはその塩類;(iii)酸性有機(亜)リン酸エステル類もしくはその塩類;よりなる群から選ばれる一種以上を更に含有する(1)に記載の金属顔料組成物。
(3)金属粒子がアルミニウムである(1)または(2)に記載の金属顔料組成物。
(4)有機モリブデン化合物が、モリブデン酸有機アミン塩、下記一般式(1)で表される化合物、及び下記一般式(2)で表される化合物から選ばれる少なくとも一種である、(1)から(3)のいずれかに記載の金属顔料組成物。
(式中、R1は炭素数1から24の有機基で同一でも異なっていてもよく、XはSまたはOである。)

(5)モリブデン酸有機アミン塩のアミンが、下記一般式(3)で表されるアミン化合物から選ばれる少なくとも一種である、(4)に記載の金属顔料組成物。
(式中、R3、R4およびR5は同じでも異なってもよく、水素原子、または炭素原子数1から30の、任意にエーテル結合、エステル結合、水酸基、カルボニル基、チオール基を含んでもよい1価もしくは2価の炭化水素基であり、任意にR3とR4は一緒になって5員もしくは6員のシクロアルキル基を形成するか、または任意にR3とR4は窒素原子と一緒になって、架橋員として付加的に窒素もしくは酸素原子を含むことができる5員もしくは6員環を形成するか、または任意にR3、R4およびR5は一緒になって、1個以上の付加的な窒素原子および/または酸素原子を架橋員として含むことができる多員の多重環を形成する。R3、R4およびR5は同時に水素原子にはならない。nは1から2の数を表す。)
(6)シリコン含有化合物が、下記一般式(4)または(5)または(6)または(7)で表される化合物から選ばれる少なくとも一種である、(1)から(4)のいずれかに記載の金属顔料組成物。
(式中、R6は水素原子、または炭素原子数1から30の、任意にハロゲン基を含んでもよい炭化水素基であり、R7は水素原子、または炭素原子数1から8の炭化水素基である。R6とR7は同一でも異なってもよく、R6とR7が2つ以上ある場合は、それぞれが、すべて同一でも、一部同一でも、すべて異なっていてもよい。1≦m≦3である。)

(8)無機リン酸類が、オルトリン酸;メタリン酸;ピロリン酸;三リン酸;四リン酸;亜リン酸;の中から選ばれた少なくとも一種である(2)から(7)のいずれかに記載の金属顔料組成物。
(9)無機リン酸塩類が、無機リン酸類と、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、アンモニア、下記一般式(8)で表されるアミンから選ばれる少なくとも一種との塩である(2)から(7)のいずれかに記載の金属顔料組成物。

(11)酸性有機(亜)リン酸エステル塩類が、下記一般式(9)で表されるリン酸エステル類と、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、アンモニア、下記一般式(8)で表されるアミンから選ばれる少なくとも1種との塩である(2)から(9)のいずれかに記載の金属顔料組成物。

本発明に用いる金属粒子としては、アルミニウム、亜鉛、鉄、マグネシウム、銅、ニッケルのような卑金属の粒子、及びそれらの合金の粒子を好ましく用いることができる。
形状としては、平均粒径(d50)が2から40μmであり、平均厚み(t)が0.001から10μmの範囲であることが好ましく、0.01から10μmの範囲であることが更に好ましく、平均アスペクト比が1から2500の範囲であることが好ましい。ここで、平均アスペクト比は、金属粒子の平均粒径(d50)を平均厚み(t)で割った値である。
上記金属粒子を顔料として用いる場合は、鱗片状のものが好ましい。
特に好適なのはメタリック用顔料として多用されているアルミニウムフレークである。本発明に用いるアルミニウムフレークとしては、表面光沢性、白度、光輝性等メタリック用顔料に要求される表面性状、粒径、形状を有するものが適している。
アルミニウムフレークは、通常ペースト状態で市販されており、これをそのまま用いてもよいし、予め有機溶剤等で表面の脂肪酸等を除去して用いてもよい。また、平均粒径(d50)が3から30μm、平均厚み(t)が5から50nmのいわゆるアルミニウム蒸着箔も使用可能である。
本発明に用いるモリブデン酸有機アミン塩のアミンとしては、下記一般式(3)で表される。

ここで、式(1)、(2)、(13)、(14)中の有機基R1、R2、R13、R14は炭化水素基であることが好ましく、これら炭化水素基は例えばヒドロキシル基、アルデヒド基、カルボニル基、カルボキシル基、エーテル結合、チオエーテル結合、エステル結合等を任意に含むことができる。特に、モリブデン酸有機アミン塩と、R14が炭素数1から24の炭化水素基であるMoDTCとの組み合わせが好ましい。
有機モリブデン化合物は、金属粒子100重量部に対し、0.01から10重量部添加することが好ましく、更に好ましくは0.01から5重量部添加する。

また、R8が2つ以上ある場合には、すべて同一でも、一部同一でも、すべて異なっていてもよい。分子中のR8の数は、式(5)において、p=1から3であるが、p=1がより好ましい。
式(5)のR9の炭化水素基としては、メチル、エチル、プロピル、ブチル、ヘキシル、オクチル、デシル、ドデシル、オレイル、ステアリル、シクロヘキシル、フェニル、ベンジル、ナフチル等が挙げられ、これらは分岐していても直鎖状であっても、フッ素、塩素、臭素等のハロゲン基を含んでいてもよい。これらの中でも、とくに炭素数が1から18の炭化水素基が好ましい。また、R9が2つ以上ある場合には、すべて同一でも、一部同一でも、すべて異なっていてもよい。
式(5)のR10における炭化水素基としては、メチル、エチル、プロピル、ブチル、ヘキシル、オクチル等が挙げられ、これらは分岐していても直鎖状であってもよい。これらの炭化水素基の中でも、とくにメチル、エチル、プロピル、ブチルが好ましい。また、R10が2つ以上ある場合には、すべて同一でも、一部同一でも、すべて異なっていてもよい。
このような式(6)のシリコン含有化合物としては、テトラメトキシシラン、テトラエトキシシラン、テトライソプロポキシシラン、テトラブトキシシラン等があげられる。この中でも特に、テトラエトキシシランが好ましい。
このような式(7)のシリコン含有化合物としては、メチルトリクロロシラン、ジメチルジクロロシラン、トリメチルクロロシラン、オクチルジメチルクロロシラン、フェニルトリクロロシラン、ビニルトリクロロシラン、テトラクロロシラン等があげられる。
シリコン含有化合物の加水分解物の縮合反応は、シリコン含有化合物の加水分解反応と同時に行ってもよいし、工程をわけて、かつ必要であれば触媒をかえて行ってもよい。その際、必要に応じて加温してもよい。
また、シリコン含有化合物の加水分解反応および/または縮合反応は、金属粒子および有機モリブデン化合物に添加した後に行ってもよいし、添加する前に行ってもよいが、モリブデン化合物を添加した後に行うのが好ましい。完全に加水分解されていなくてもよい。
本発明に使用されるシリコン含有化合物の加水分解物および/またはその縮合物は、原料金属粉をボールミルで粉砕もしくは展延する時に添加してもよいし、金属粒子に溶媒を加えたスラリー状態で混合してもよいし、溶媒の量を少なくしたペースト状態で混練してもよい。
また、予定添加量を初期に一括して添加してもよいし、所定の時間をかけて連続的に添加してもよい。
有機オリゴマーもしくはポリマーとしては、アクリル樹脂および/またはポリエステル樹脂が好ましく用いられる。本発明に含まれる有機オリゴマーもしくはポリマーは、共存する金属粒子と、有機モリブデン化合物と、シリコン含有化合物の加水分解物および/またはその縮合物との少なくともいずれかと相互作用を持つことが好ましい。そのため、アクリル樹脂としては、共存する金属粒子と、有機モリブデン化合物と、シリコン含有化合物の加水分解物および/またはその縮合物との少なくともいずれかと相互作用し得るモノマー類と、架橋構造を持ち得るモノマー類よりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一種の重合体であることが好ましく、その際任意にその他のモノマー類を併用してもよい。
この中でもアクリル酸、メタクリル酸、イタコン酸、フマル酸、マレイン酸、無水マレイン酸等が好ましく用いられる。

その具体的な例としては、2-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシエチルアシッドホスフェート、ジ-2-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシエチルアシッドホスフェート、トリ-2-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシエチルホスフェートおよびこれらの任意の混合物;2-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシプロピルアシッドホスフェート、ジ-2-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシプロピルアシッドホスフェート、トリ-2-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシプロピルホスフェートおよびこれらの任意の混合物;フェニル-2-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシエチルアシッドホスフェート、ブチル-2-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシエチルアシッドホスフェート、オクチル-2-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシエチルアシッドホスフェート、ビス(2-クロロエチル)ビニルホスホネート、3-クロロ-2-アシッドホスホオキシプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、アシッドホスホオキシ-ポリオキシエチレングリコールモノ(メタ)アクリレート、アシッドホスホオキシ-ポリオキシプロピレングリコールモノ(メタ)アクリレート、等が挙げられる。これらは任意に無機塩基または有機アミンとの塩の形で用いることも出来る。ここで用いられる有機アミンは下記一般式(8)で表される。

この中でもアミノエチル(メタ)アクリレート、ジメチルアミノエチル(メタ)アクリレート、ジエチルアミノエチル(メタ)アクリレート、アリルアミン等が好ましく用いられる。
この中でも(メタ)アクリロイルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、(メタ)アクリロイルオキシプロピルトリエトキシシラン等が好ましく用いられる。
この中でも(メタ)アクリル酸-2-ヒドロキシエチル、(メタ)アクリル酸-2-ヒドロキシプロピル等が好ましく用いられる。
これらの、共存する金属粒子と、有機モリブデン化合物と、シリコン含有化合物の加水分解物および/またはその縮合物との少なくともいずれかと相互作用し得るモノマー類は、その一種または二種以上を混合して使用してよい。
使用量としては、一般に金属粒子100重量部に対し、0.01から30重量部添加することが好ましく、更に好ましくは0.1から20重量部添加する。

更には、例えばペンタレン、インデン、ナフタレン、アズレン、ヘプタレン、ビフェニレン、インダセン、フルオレン、9,9-ビスフェニルフルオレン、フェナントレン、アントラセン、トリフェニレン、ピレン、ペリレン等の縮合多環炭化水素骨格を有するモノマーや、例えばインドール、キノリン、インドリジン、カルバゾール、アクリジン、フェノキサジン等の縮合複素環骨格を有するモノマーも使用可能である。具体的には例えば、ビニルナフタレ、ジビニルナフタレン、ビニルアントラセン、ジビニルアントラセン、N-ビニルカルバゾール、N-アクリロイルカルバゾール、ジビニルフルオレン、9,9-ビス[4-((メタ)アクリロイルオキシエトキシ)フェニル]フルオレン、9,9-ビス[4-((メタ)アクリロイルオキシ-2(または1)メチルエトキシ)フェニル]フルオレン等が挙げられる。
上記の全てのモノマー類はその一種または二種以上を混合して使用してよい。
使用量としては、一般に金属粒子100重量部に対し、0から30重量部程度が例示される。
重合は、金属粒子に溶媒を加えたスラリー状態で、モノマーおよび重合開始剤を同時もしくは別々に一括、または同時もしくは別々に分割、または同時もしくは別々に連続的に添加することにより行われる。
この中でも、モノマーおよび重合開始剤を別々に、分割もしくは連続的に添加する方法が好ましく用いられる。
これらモノマーおよび重合開始剤は、有機モリブデン化合物と、シリコン含有化合物の加水分解物および/またはその縮合物を金属粒子に添加すると同時に添加してもよいが、有機モリブデン化合物と、シリコン含有化合物の加水分解物および/またはその縮合物の添加後に、必要であれば溶媒種を変えて添加して、重合することが好ましい。
スラリー状態での重合反応においては、金属粒子のスラリー中濃度は5から20重量%の状態で行うのが好ましい。また、重合温度や時間は、反応の進行に応じて適宜決められるが、温度は通常0℃から150℃程度、重合時間は0.5から48時間程度である。
使用量としては、一般に金属粒子100重量部に対し、0.01から50重量部、好ましくは1から30重量部添加する。
本発明に用いる無機リン酸類の例としては、オルトリン酸、ピロリン酸、メタリン酸、三リン酸、四リン酸、亜リン酸、ポリリン酸、ラウリルリン酸、ポリオキシプロピレンオレイルエーテルリン酸、ジポリオキシエチレンノニルフェニルエーテルリン酸等があげられる。この中でも特に、オルトリン酸、ピロリン酸、メタリン酸、三リン酸、四リン酸、亜リン酸が好ましい。

一般式(9)としては、例えば、メチルアシッドホスフェート、エチルアシッドホスフェート、ブチルアシッドホスフェート、オクチルアシッドホスフェート、ラウリルアシッドホスフェート、トリデシルアシッドホスフェート、ステアリルアシッドホスフェート、オレイルアシッドホスフェート、テトラコシルアシッドホスフェート、ノニルフェニルアシッドホスフェート、フェニルアシッドホスフェート、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテルアシッドホスフェート、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルフェニルエーテルアシッドホスフェート、アシッドホスホオキシエチルメタクリレート、アシッドホスホオキシポリオキシエチレングリコールモノメタクリレート、アシッドホスホオキシポリオキシプロピレングリコールモノメタクリレート、3-クロロ-2-アシッドホスホオキシプロピルメタクリレート、ジエチルハイドロゲンホスファイト、ジラウリルハイドロゲンホスファイト、ジオレイルハイドロゲンホスファイト、ジフェニルハイドロゲンホスファイト等のそれぞれのモノエステル、ジエステルまたはそれらの混合物が挙げられる。これら酸性有機(亜)リン酸エステル類の中に、非置換無機リン酸及び/または酸性を示さないトリエステルが一部含まれていてもよい。これらの中で特に好ましい例としては、オクチルアシッドホスフェート、ラウリルアシッドホスフェート、トリデシルアシッドホスフェート、ステアリルアシッドホスフェート、アシッドホスホオキシポリオキシプロピレングリコールモノメタクリレート、ジラウリルハイドロゲンホスファイトのモノエステル、ジエステルまたはそれらの混合物が例示される。
一般式(10)としては、例えば、2-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシエチルアシッドホスフェート、ジ-2-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシエチルアシッドホスフェート、トリ-2-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシエチルホスフェートおよびこれらの任意の混合物;2-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシプロピルアシッドホスフェート、ジ-2-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシプロピルアシッドホスフェート、トリ-2-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシプロピルホスフェートおよびこれらの任意の混合物;フェニル-2-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシエチルアシッドホスフェート、ブチル-2-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシエチルアシッドホスフェート、オクチル-2-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシエチルアシッドホスフェート、ビス(2-クロロエチル)ビニルホスホネート、3-クロロ-2-アシッドホスホオキシプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、アシッドホスホオキシ-ポリオキシエチレングリコールモノ(メタ)アクリレート、アシッドホスホオキシ-ポリオキシプロピレングリコールモノ(メタ)アクリレート、等が挙げられる。
(式中、R1、R2およびR3は同じでも異なってもよく、水素原子、または炭素原子数1から30の、任意にエーテル結合、エステル結合、水酸基、カルボニル基、チオール基を含んでもよい1価もしくは2価の炭化水素基であり、任意にR1とR2は一緒になって5員もしくは6員のシクロアルキル基を形成するか、または任意にR1とR2は窒素原子と一緒になって、架橋員として付加的に窒素もしくは酸素原子を含むことができる5員もしくは6員環を形成するか、または任意にR1、R2およびR3は一緒になって、1個以上の付加的な窒素原子および/または酸素原子を架橋員として含むことができる多員の多重環組成物を形成する。R1、R2およびR3は同時に水素原子にはならない。nは1から2の数を表す。)
これらのアミンの中で特に好ましい例としては、ジエチルアミン、トリエチルアミン、プロピルアミン、ジプロピルアミン、トリプロピルアミン、オクチルアミン、ジオクチルアミン、トリオクチルアミン、更には炭素数10から20程度の直鎖もしくは分岐アルキル基を有する一級、二級、三級アミン、モルホリン、N-メチルモリホリン、エタノールアミン、ジエタノールアミン、N-メチルエタノールアミン、N-メチルジエタノールアミン、N,N-ジメチルエタノールアミン、トリエタノールアミン等が挙げられる。
更に有機モリブデン化合物とシリコン含有化合物の加水分解物および/またはその縮合物を別工程もしくは同一工程で処理した後、有機オリゴマーもしくはポリマー;無機リン酸類もしくはその塩類、または酸性有機(亜)リン酸エステル類もしくはその塩類から選ばれる少なくとも1種を混合もしくは重合処理することが好ましい。有機オリゴマーもしくはポリマーと無機リン酸類もしくはその塩類、または酸性有機(亜)リン酸エステル類もしくはその塩類を共に使用する場合は、別工程もしくは同一工程で混合(重合)処理してよいが、有機オリゴマーもしくはポリマーを混合もしくは重合処理した後、無機リン酸類もしくはその塩類、または酸性有機(亜)リン酸エステル類もしくはその塩類を混合処理することがより好ましい。

その重合方法としては、乳化重合が一般的であるが、懸濁重合、分散重合、溶液重合でも製造できる。乳化重合では段階的に重合することもできる。
これらの樹脂類は水に乳化、分散あるいは溶解することが好ましい。そのために、樹脂類に含まれるカルボキシル基、スルホン基などを中和することができる。
必要に応じて、メラミン系硬化剤、イソシアネート系硬化剤、ウレタンディスパージョンなどの樹脂を併用することができる。更には一般的に塗料に加えられる無機顔料、有機顔料、体質顔料、シランカップリング剤、チタンカップリング剤、分散剤、沈降防止剤、レべリング剤、増粘剤、消泡剤と組み合わせてもよい。塗料への分散性を良くするために、更に界面活性剤を添加してもよいし、塗料の保存安定性を良くするために、更に酸化防止剤、光安定剤、及び重合禁止剤を添加してもよい。
[製造例1]
市販のアルミペースト(旭化成ケミカルズ株式会社製、商品名「GX-3100(平均粒径10.5μm、不揮発分74%)」)135gに、モリブデン酸モノオクチルアミン塩を、該アルミペースト中のアルミニウム金属成分100重量部に対し、0.3重量部となるように添加し、70℃で6時間混練し、有機モリブデン化合物を含む金属粒子Aを得た。
[製造例2]
モリブデン酸モノオクチルアミン塩の量を、該アルミペースト中のアルミニウム金属成分100重量部に対し、1.0重量部となるように添加する以外は製造例1と同様に行い有機モリブデン化合物を含む金属粒子Bを得た。
[製造例3]
市販のアルミペースト(旭化成ケミカルズ株式会社製、商品名「GX-3100(平均粒径10.5μm、不揮発分74%)」)135gに、モリブデン酸分岐ジトリデシルアミン塩を、該アルミペースト中のアルミニウム金属成分100重量部に対し、0.5重量部となるように添加し、70℃で6時間混練し有機モリブデン化合物を含む金属粒子Cを得た。
[製造例4]
モリブデン酸分岐ジトリデシルアミン塩の量を、該アルミペースト中のアルミニウム金属成分100重量部に対し、2.0重量部となるように添加する以外は製造例3と同様に行い有機モリブデン化合物を含む金属粒子Dを得た。
[製造例5]
市販のアルミペースト(旭化成ケミカルズ株式会社製、商品名「GX-3100(平均粒径10.5μm、不揮発分74%)」)135gに、モリブデン酸ジステアリルアミン塩を、該アルミペースト中のアルミニウム金属成分100重量部に対し、0.6重量部となるように添加し、70℃で6時間混練し有機モリブデン化合物を含む金属粒子Eを得た。
[製造例6]
モリブデン酸ジステアリルアミン塩の量を、該アルミペースト中のアルミニウム金属成分100重量部に対し、3重量部となるように添加する以外は製造例5と同様に行い、有機モリブデン化合物を含む金属粒子Fを得た。
[製造例7]
市販のアルミペースト(旭化成ケミカルズ株式会社製、商品名「GX-3100(平均粒径10.5μm、不揮発分74%)」)135gに、モリブデン酸ジトリデシルアミン塩とMoDTC(株式会社ADEKA製、商品名「アデカサクラルーブ165」)を、該アルミニウムフレーク中のアルミニウム金属成分100重量部に対し、それぞれ1.0重量部、0.5重量部添加し、所定量のソルベントナフサと共に70℃で6時間混練し、有機モリブデン化合物を含む金属粒子Gを得た。
[製造例8]
モリブデン酸ジトリデシルアミン塩の量を該アルミニウムフレーク中のアルミニウム金属成分100重量部に対し、2.0重量部にする以外は製造例7と同様に行い、有機モリブデン化合物を含む金属粒子Hを得た。
[製造例9]
市販のアルミペースト(旭化成ケミカルズ株式会社製、商品名「GX-3160(平均粒径16μm、不揮発分74%)」)135gに、モリブデン酸モノオクチルアミン塩を、該アルミペースト中のアルミニウム金属成分100重量部に対し、0.5重量部となるように添加し、70℃で6時間混練し、有機モリブデン化合物を含む金属粒子Iを得た。
製造例1から9で得られたアルミニウム顔料組成物に対し、以下の処理を行った。
製造例1で得られた有機モリブデン化合物を含む金属粒子A135gにエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテルを465g加えスラリー状態とし、該アルミニウム顔料組成物中のアルミニウム金属成分100重量部に対し、10.0重量部のテトラエトキシシランを添加した後、3.2重量部の25%アンモニア水と5.2重量部の精製水を添加し、40℃で2時間攪拌した。その後、140℃に昇温し、4時間攪拌を行った。反応終了後、冷却してからスラリーを濾過し、不揮発分60%のアルミニウム顔料組成物を得た。このアルミニウム顔料組成物中のMoおよびSiの含有量をICP発光分析により定量した結果、アルミニウム顔料100重量部に対し、Moは0.08重量部、Siは1.01重量部であった。
[実施例2]
実施例1で得られたアルミニウム顔料組成物のアルミニウム金属成分100重量部に対し、3.0重量部のトリデシルアシッドホスフェートを添加し、40℃で2時間混錬しアルミニウム顔料組成物を得た。
[実施例3]
10.0重量部のテトラエトキシシランを、8.0重量部のテトラエトキシシランと、2.0重量部の3-グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシランに換える以外は実施例1と同様に行い、不揮発分62%のアルミニウム顔料組成物を得た。このアルミニウム顔料組成物中のMoおよびSiの含有量をICP発光分析により定量した結果、アルミニウム顔料100重量部に対し、Moは0.08重量部、Siは0.99重量部であった。
[実施例4]
有機モリブデン化合物を含む金属粒子Aを、得製造例2で得られた金属粒子Bに換える以外は実施例1と同様に行い、不揮発分60%のアルミニウム顔料組成物を得た。このアルミニウム顔料組成物中のMoおよびSiの含有量をICP発光分析により定量した結果、アルミニウム顔料100重量部に対し、Moは0.3重量部、Siは1.3重量部であった。
[実施例5]
製造例3で得られた有機モリブデン化合物を含む金属粒子C135gにエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテルを465g加えスラリー状態とし、該アルミニウム顔料組成物中のアルミニウム金属成分100重量部に対し、5.0重量部のテトラエトキシシランと、5.0重量部のヘキシルトリメトキシシランを添加した後、3.2重量部の25%アンモニア水と5.2重量部の精製水を添加し、40℃で2時間攪拌した。その後、140℃に昇温し、6時間攪拌を行った。反応終了後、冷却してからスラリーを濾過し、不揮発分61%のアルミニウム顔料組成物を得た。更に、該アルミニウム顔料組成物のアルミニウム金属成分100重量部に対し、0.5重量部の2,6-ジ-t-ブチル-p-クレゾールを添加し、混練した。得られたアルミニウム顔料組成物は、50℃で1週間エージングを行った。このアルミニウム顔料組成物中のMoおよびSiの含有量をICP発光分析により定量した結果、アルミニウム顔料100重量部に対し、Moは0.07重量部、Siは1.01重量部であった。
[実施例6]
製造例3で得られた有機モリブデン化合物を含む金属粒子C135gにプロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテルを465g加えスラリー状態とし、該アルミニウム顔料組成物中のアルミニウム金属成分100重量部に対し、10.0重量部のテトラメトキシシランを添加した後、2.0重量部のN,N-ジメチルエタノールアミンと4.0重量部の精製水を添加し、40℃で1時間攪拌した。その後、100℃に昇温し、12時間攪拌を行った。更に、1モル/Lの酢酸水溶液で予め加水分解しておいた5.0重量部の3-メタクリロキシプロピルトリメトキシシランを添加し、8時間攪拌を行った。反応終了後、冷却してからスラリーを濾過し、不揮発分55%のアルミニウム顔料組成物を得た。このアルミニウム顔料組成物中のMoおよびSiの含有量をICP発光分析により定量した結果、アルミニウム顔料100重量部に対し、Moは0.07重量部、Siは1.80重量部であった。
[実施例7]
製造例4で得られた有機モリブデン化合物を含む金属粒子D162gにエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテルを558g加えて分散し、スラリー温度を70℃に保ちながら2時間攪拌した。その後、テトラエトキシシラン6.0gと、トリフルオロプロピルトリメトキシシラン6.0gを、1モル/Lの酢酸水溶液で予め加水分解しておいた状態で添加し、130℃に昇温し、6時間攪拌した。反応終了後、冷却してからスラリーを濾過し、不揮発分60%のアルミニウム顔料組成物を得た。このアルミニウム顔料組成物中の各成分を製造例5と同様に測定すると、Al:100重量部に対し、Mo:0.28重量部、Si:1.01重量部であった。
[実施例8]
製造例5で得られた有機モリブデン化合物を含む金属粒子E135gにエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテルを465g加えスラリー状態とし、該アルミニウム顔料組成物中のアルミニウム金属成分100重量部に対し、5.0重量部のテトラエトキシシランと、5.0重量部のフェニルトリメトキシシランを、1モル/Lの酢酸水溶液で予め加水分解しておいた状態で添加し、130℃で12時間攪拌した。反応終了後、冷却してからスラリーを濾過し、不揮発分52%のアルミニウム顔料組成物を得た。このアルミニウム顔料組成物中のMoおよびSiの含有量をICP発光分析により定量した結果、アルミニウム顔料100重量部に対し、Moは0.07重量部、Siは1.04重量部であった。
[実施例9]
製造例5で得られた有機モリブデン化合物を含む金属粒子E135gにエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテルを465g加えスラリー状態とし、該アルミニウム顔料組成物中のアルミニウム金属成分100重量部に対し、5.0重量部のテトラエトキシシランを添加した後、70℃で8時間攪拌した。その間、20%に希釈したリン酸水溶液5.0重量部を、2時間かけて連続的に添加した。反応終了後、冷却してからスラリーを濾過し、不揮発分60%のアルミニウム顔料組成物を得た。更に、該アルミニウム顔料組成物のアルミニウム金属成分100重量部に対し、0.5重量部のオレイン酸を添加し、混練した。このアルミニウム顔料組成物中のMoおよびSiの含有量をICP発光分析により定量した結果、アルミニウム顔料100重量部に対し、Moは0.07重量部、Siは0.50重量部であった。

製造例6で得られた有機モリブデン化合物を含む金属粒子F162gにエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテルを558g加えて分散し、スラリー温度を40℃に保ちながら1時間攪拌した。その後、テトラエトキシシラン12.0gを添加した後、N,N-ジメチルエタノールアミン9.6gと精製水7.2gを添加し、1時間攪拌した。その後、130℃に昇温し、6時間攪拌を行った。更に、3-アクリロキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン6.0gを、1モル/Lの酢酸水溶液で予め加水分解しておいた状態で添加し、2時間攪拌を行った。反応終了後、冷却してからスラリーを濾過し、不揮発分63%のアルミニウム顔料組成物を得た。このアルミニウム顔料組成物中の各成分を製造例5と同様に測定すると、Al:100重量部に対し、Mo:0.30重量部、Si:1.45重量部であった。
[実施例11]
製造例7で得られた有機モリブデン化合物を含む金属粒子G135gにプロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテルアセテートを465g加えスラリー状態とし、該アルミニウム顔料組成物中のアルミニウム金属成分100重量部に対し、5.0重量部のトリフルオロプロピルトリメトキシシランを、1モル/Lの酢酸水溶液で予め加水分解しておいた状態で添加し、130℃で12時間攪拌した。反応終了後、冷却してからスラリーを濾過し、不揮発分58%のアルミニウム顔料組成物を得た。このアルミニウム顔料組成物中のMoおよびSiの含有量をICP発光分析により定量した結果、アルミニウム顔料100重量部に対し、Moは0.16重量部、Siは0.50重量部であった。
[実施例12]
製造例8で得られた有機モリブデン化合物を含む金属粒子H162gにエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテルを558g加えて分散し、スラリー温度を40℃に保ちながら1時間攪拌した。その後、テトラエトキシシラン12.0gと、3-アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン6.0gを添加した後、25%アンモニア水3.8gと精製水6.2gを添加し、更に2時間攪拌した。その後、140℃に昇温し、4時間攪拌を行った。反応終了後、冷却してからスラリーを濾過し、不揮発分62%のアルミニウム顔料組成物を得た。このアルミニウム顔料組成物中の各成分を製造例5と同様に測定すると、Al:100重量部に対し、Mo:0.45重量部、Si:1.60重量部であった。
[実施例13]
市販のアルミペースト(旭化成ケミカルズ株式会社製、商品名「GX-3100(平均粒径10.5μm、不揮発分74%)」)135gに、トルエンを465gとN,Nジメチルベンジルアミン4.0gを加えスラリー状態とし、該アルミニウム顔料組成物中のアルミニウム金属成分100重量部に対し、2.0重量部のジメチルジクロロシランを添加し、50℃で18時間攪拌した。その後、モリブデン酸N,N-ジメチルエタノールアミン塩を、該アルミペースト中のアルミニウム金属成分100重量部に対し、1.0重量部となるように添加し、6時間攪拌した。その後、100℃に昇温し、更に、1モル/Lの塩酸で予め加水分解しておいた5.0重量部のテトラエトキシシランを添加し、6時間攪拌した。反応終了後、冷却してからスラリーを濾過し、不揮発分65%のアルミニウム顔料組成物を得た。このアルミニウム顔料組成物中のMoおよびSiの含有量をICP発光分析により定量した結果、アルミニウム顔料100重量部に対し、Moは0.31重量部、Siは0.83重量部であった。
[実施例14]
市販のアルミペースト(旭化成ケミカルズ株式会社製、商品名「GX-3100(平均粒径10.5μm、不揮発分74%)」)135gに、モリブデン酸トリエタノールアミン塩を、該アルミペースト中のアルミニウム金属成分100重量部に対し、0.5重量部となるように、また、メトキシ変性メチルフェニルシリコーンオリゴマー(信越化学工業株式会社製、商品名「KR-213」)を5.0重量部添加し、70℃で12時間混練し、アルミニウム顔料組成物を得た。このアルミニウム顔料組成物中のMoおよびSiの含有量をICP発光分析により定量した結果、アルミニウム顔料100重量部に対し、Moは0.12重量部、Siは0.62重量部であった。
[実施例15]
製造例9で得られた有機モリブデン化合物を含む金属粒子I135gにエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテルを465g加えスラリー状態とし、該アルミニウム顔料組成物中のアルミニウム金属成分100重量部に対し、10.0重量部のテトラエトキシシランを添加した後、1.6重量部の25%アンモニア水と2.6重量部の精製水を添加し、40℃で2時間攪拌した。その後、140℃に昇温し、4時間攪拌を行った。反応終了後、冷却してからスラリーを濾過し、不揮発分60%のアルミニウム顔料組成物を得た。このアルミニウム顔料組成物中のMoおよびSiの含有量をICP発光分析により定量した結果、アルミニウム顔料100重量部に対し、Moは0.13重量部、Siは1.01重量部であった。
[実施例16]
実施例4で得られたアルミニウム顔料組成物161gにミネラルスピリットを700g加えて分散し、スラリー温度を70℃に保ちながら30分間攪拌した。次いで、アクリル酸0.75gを添加し、30分間攪拌した。その後、トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート(TMPTA)5.6gと、ジ-トリメチロールプロパンテトラアクリレート(DTMPTA)2.4gと、2,2’-アゾビス-2,4-ジメチルバレロニトリル(ADVN)3.0gを、ミネラルスピリット80gに溶解し、その液を3時間かけて添加した。その後、更に2時間攪拌を続けた。反応終了後、冷却してからスラリーを濾過し、不揮発分57.1%のアルミニウム顔料組成物193gを得た。
[実施例17]
実施例16で得られたアルミニウム顔料組成物のアルミニウム金属成分100重量部に対し、3.0重量部の2-エチルヘキシルアシッドホスフェートモルホリン塩を添加し、40℃で2時間混錬しアルミニウム顔料組成物を得た。
[実施例18]
実施例7で得られたアルミニウム顔料組成物161gにミネラルスピリットを600g加えて分散し、スラリー温度を70℃に保ちながら30分間攪拌した。次いで、100gのトルエンに溶解したアシッドホスホオキシ-ポリオキシプロピレングリコールモノメタクリレート4gを添加し、30分間攪拌した。その後、トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート(TMPTA)5.6gと、ジ-トリメチロールプロパンテトラアクリレート(DTMPTA)2.4gと、2,2’-アゾビス-2,4-ジメチルバレロニトリル(ADVN)3.0gを、ミネラルスピリット80gに溶解し、その液を3時間かけて添加した。その後、更に2時間攪拌を続けた。反応終了後、冷却してからスラリーを濾過し、不揮発分55.5%のアルミニウム顔料組成物200gを得た。
[実施例19]
実施例10で得られたアルミニウム顔料組成物159gにミネラルスピリットを700g加えて分散し、スラリー温度を70℃に保ちながら30分間攪拌した。その後、TMPTA5.6gと、DTMPTA2.4gと、アクリロイルオキシエチルイソシアネート1.0gと、ADVN3.0gを、ソルベントナフサ80gに溶解し、その液を3時間かけて添加した。その後、更に2時間攪拌を続けた。反応終了後、冷却してからスラリーを濾過し、不揮発分56.7%のアルミニウム顔料組成物193gを得た。
[実施例20]
実施例4で得られたアルミニウム顔料組成物を実施例12で得られたアルミニウム顔料組成物に、アクリル酸0.75gをグリシジルメタクリレート1.50gに換え、TMPTAとDTMPTAの他にジビニルベンゼン1.0gを加えた以外は実施例16と同様に行い、不揮発分55.1%のアルミニウム顔料組成物202gを得た。
[実施例21]
実施例4で得られたアルミニウム顔料組成物を実施例15で得られたアルミニウム顔料組成物に換える以外は実施例16と同様に行い、不揮発分58.0%のアルミニウム顔料組成物191gを得た。
シリコン含有化合物の加水分解物および/またはその縮合物を含有しない製造例1で得られたモリブデン酸を含むアルミニウム粒子をそのまま用いた。
[比較例2]
市販のアルミペースト(旭化成ケミカルズ株式会社製、商品名「GX-3100(平均粒径10.5μm、不揮発分74%)」)135gに、エチレングリコールモノブチルエーテルを465g加えスラリー状態とし、該アルミニウム顔料組成物中のアルミニウム金属成分100重量部に対し、10.0重量部のテトラエトキシシランを添加した後、1.6重量部の25%アンモニア水と2.6重量部の精製水を添加し、40℃で2時間攪拌した。その後、140℃に昇温し、4時間攪拌を行った。反応終了後、冷却してからスラリーを濾過し、不揮発分60%のアルミニウム顔料組成物を得た。このアルミニウム顔料組成物中のMoおよびSiの含有量をICP発光分析により定量した結果、アルミニウム顔料100重量部に対し、Moは0.00重量部、Siは0.40重量部であった。
[比較例3]
モリブデン酸モノオクチルアミン塩に換えてリンモリブデン酸をアルミニウム金属成分100重量部に対し、0.3重量部となるように添加する以外は製造例1と同様に行い、無機モリブデン化合物を含む金属粒子Kを得た。実施例1でいう金属粒子Aに換えてこの
無機モリブデン化合物を含む金属粒子Kを用いる以外は実施例1と同様に行い、不揮発分60%のアルミニウム顔料組成物を得た。このアルミニウム顔料組成物中のMoおよびSiの含有量をICP発光分析により定量した結果、アルミニウム顔料100重量部に対し、Moは0.15重量部、Siは1.0重量部であった。
[比較例4]
市販のアルミペースト(旭化成ケミカルズ株式会社製、商品名「GX-3100(平均粒径10.5μm、不揮発分74%)」)をそのまま用いた。
実施例1から21で得られたアルミニウム顔料組成物、および比較例1から4で得られたアルミニウム顔料組成物に対し、下記の組成で水性メタリック塗料を調製した。なお、それらの結果を実施例22から42並びに比較例5から8とした。
以下の成分を有する水性メタリック塗料を調製した。
アルミニウム顔料組成物:アルミニウム分として10.5g
ジエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル:6.8g
ポリオキシエチレンラウリルエーテル(非イオン性界面活性剤)
(松本油脂製薬株式会社製、商品名「アクチノールL5」):2.1g
精製水:42g
水溶性アクリル樹脂
(オリジン電気株式会社製、商品名「水性プラミーズ#200」):175g
増粘剤(共栄社化学株式会社製、商品名「チクゾールK-130B」):5.0g
調製された水性メタリック塗料を用いて、以下の評価を行った。
上記処方で調製された塗料を23℃で24時間放置後の状態の変化を目視で評価した。
○:特に変化が認められない。
△:アルミニウム顔料の凝集が若干認められる。
×:アルミニウム顔料の凝集が認められる。
[評価2(貯蔵安定性(ガス発生)評価)]
水性メタリック塗料200gをフラスコに採取し、40℃の恒温水槽で168時間まで水素ガス累積発生量を観察した。ガスの発生量に応じて下記のように評価し、塗料中の貯蔵安定性の指標とした。
◎:実験誤差範囲(±約0.5ml)で0ml
○:1.0ml未満
△:1.0以上5.0ml未満
×:5.0ml以上20ml未満
××:20ml以上
[評価3(塗膜色調評価)]
上記の塗料を用いて塗膜を作製し、輝度、フリップフロップ感の評価を行った。
輝度
関西ペイント株式会社製のレーザー式メタリック感測定装置アルコープLMR-200を用いて評価した。光学的条件は、入射角45度のレーザー光源と受光角0度と-35度に受光器をもつ。測定値としては、レーザーの反射光のうち、塗膜表面で反射する鏡面反射領域の光を除いて最大光強度が得られる受光角-35度でIV値を求めた。IV値は塗膜からの正反射光強度に比例するパラメーターであり、光輝度の大小を表す。判定方法は以下の通りである。
◎:比較例5より20以上高いもの
○:比較例5との差異が+10~20のもの
△:比較例5との差異が±10未満のもの
×:比較例5より10以上低いもの
フリップフロップ感(FF)
スガ試験機株式会社製の変角測色計を用いて評価した。入射角45度の光源に対して観察角度(受光角)30度と80度における反射光強度(L値)の対数の傾きからF/F値を求めた。F/F値は、金属顔料の配向度合いに比例するパラメーターであり、顔料のフリップフロップ感の大小を表す。判定方法は以下の通りである。
◎:比較例5より0.1以上高いもの
○:比較例5との差異が+0.05~0.1のもの
△:比較例5との差異が±0.05未満のもの
×:比較例5より0.05以上低いもの
隠蔽性
PETシートに塗布した塗膜を目視で判定した。
○:基準より優れているもの
×:基準と同等以下のもの
[評価4(色素変色性評価)]
アルミニウム顔料組成物5gに対しメチレンブルー水溶液(0.04mmol/L)20mlを加え、40℃で24時間加温した。ついでこの液をろ過し、青色の脱色の程度を評価した。
○:顕著な脱色が認められない。
×:脱色が認められる。
評価1~2の結果を表1に示す。
実施例16~21で得られた、有機オリゴマーもしくはポリマーを含むアルミニウム顔料組成物に関しては以下の密着性と耐薬品性の試験を行った。なお、それらの結果を実施例43から48並びに比較例9とした。
[メタリック塗料の調製]
以下の成分を有するメタリック塗料を調製した。
アルミニウム顔料組成物:不揮発分として5g
シンナー(武蔵塗料株式会社製、商品名「プラエースシンナーNo.2726」):50g
アクリル樹脂(武蔵塗料株式会社製、商品名「プラエースNo.7160」):33g
[評価]
調製したメタリック塗料を、エアスプレー装置を用いてABS樹脂板に乾燥膜厚が10μmになるように塗装し、60℃のオーブンで30分乾燥し、評価用塗板を得た。
上記の評価用塗板を用いて、以下の評価を行った。
[評価5(密着性)]
セロテープ(登録商標:ニチバン株式会社製、CT-24)を、上記の評価用塗板の塗膜に密着させ、45度の角度で引っ張り、アルミニウム顔料粒子の剥離度合いを目視で観察した。判定方法は以下の通りである。
○:剥離なし
△:やや剥離あり
×:剥離あり
[評価6(耐薬品性)]
上記の評価用塗板の下半分を、0.1N-NaOH水溶液を入れたビーカーに浸漬し、55℃で4時間放置した。試験後の塗板を水洗、乾燥した後、浸漬部と未浸漬部を、JIS-Z-8722(1982)の条件d(8-d法)により測色し、JIS-Z-8730(1980)の6.3.2により色差ΔEを求める。色差ΔEの値に応じて、以下のように判定した。(値が小さいほど良好である。)
○:1.0未満
×:1.0以上
結果を表2に示す。
Claims (24)
- 有機モリブデン化合物を一種以上と、シリコン含有化合物の加水分解物および/またはその縮合物と、金属粒子とを含有する、金属顔料組成物。
- (i)有機オリゴマーもしくはポリマー;(ii)無機リン酸類もしくはその塩類;(iii)酸性有機(亜)リン酸エステル類もしくはその塩類;よりなる群から選ばれる一種以上を更に含有する請求項1に記載の金属顔料組成物。
- 金属粒子がアルミニウムである請求項1または2に記載の金属顔料組成物。
- モリブデン酸有機アミン塩のアミンが、下記一般式(3)で表されるアミン化合物から選ばれる少なくとも一種である、請求項4に記載の金属顔料組成物。
(式中、R3、R4およびR5は同じでも異なってもよく、水素原子、または炭素原子数1から30の、任意にエーテル結合、エステル結合、水酸基、カルボニル基、チオール基を含んでもよい1価もしくは2価の炭化水素基であり、任意にR3とR4は一緒になって5員もしくは6員のシクロアルキル基を形成するか、または任意にR3とR4は窒素原子と一緒になって、架橋員として付加的に窒素もしくは酸素原子を含むことができる5員もしくは6員環を形成するか、または任意にR3、R4およびR5は一緒になって、1個以上の付加的な窒素原子および/または酸素原子を架橋員として含むことができる多員の多重環を形成する。R3、R4およびR5は同時に水素原子にはならない。nは1から2の数を表す。) - シリコン含有化合物が、下記一般式(4)または(5)または(6)または(7)で表される化合物から選ばれる少なくとも一種である、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の金属顔料組成物。
(式中、R6は水素原子、または炭素原子数1から30の、任意にハロゲン基を含んでもよい炭化水素基であり、R7は水素原子、または炭素原子数1から8の炭化水素基である。R6とR7は同一でも異なってもよく、R6とR7が2つ以上ある場合は、それぞれが、すべて同一でも、一部同一でも、すべて異なっていてもよい。1≦m≦3である。)
(式中、R8は他の官能基と化学結合し得る反応基を含む基であり、R9は水素原子、または炭素原子数1から30の、任意にハロゲン基を含んでもよい炭化水素基であり、R10は水素原子、または炭素原子数1から8の炭化水素基である。R8とR9とR10が2つ以上ある場合は、それぞれが、すべて同一でも、一部同一でも、すべて異なっていてもよい。1≦p≦3であり、0≦q≦2であり、1≦p+q≦3である。)
(式中、R11は水素原子、または炭素原子数1から8の炭化水素基であり、R11は、すべて同一でも、一部同一でも、すべて異なっていてもよい。)
(式中、R12は水素原子、または炭素原子数1から30の、任意にハロゲン基を含んでもよい炭化水素基であり、R12が2つ以上ある場合は、すべて同一でも、一部同一でも、すべて異なっていてもよい。0≦r≦3である。) - 有機オリゴマーもしくはポリマーが、アクリル樹脂および/またはポリエステル樹脂である、請求項2から6のいずれかに記載の金属顔料組成物。
- 無機リン酸類が、オルトリン酸;メタリン酸;ピロリン酸;三リン酸;四リン酸;亜リン酸;の中から選ばれた少なくとも一種である請求項2から7のいずれかに記載の金属顔料組成物。
- 無機リン酸塩類が、無機リン酸類と、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、アンモニア、下記一般式(8)で表されるアミンから選ばれる少なくとも一種との塩である請求項2から7のいずれかに記載の金属顔料組成物。
(式中、R1、R2およびR3は同じでも異なってもよく、水素原子、または炭素原子数1から30の、任意にエーテル結合、エステル結合、水酸基、カルボニル基、チオール基を含んでもよい1価もしくは2価の炭化水素基であり、任意にR1とR2は一緒になって5員もしくは6員のシクロアルキル基を形成するか、または任意にR1とR2は窒素原子と一緒になって、架橋員として付加的に窒素または酸素原子を含むことができる5員または6員環を形成するか、または任意にR1、R2およびR3は一緒になって、1個以上の付加的な窒素原子および/または酸素原子を架橋員として含むことができる、多員の多重環を形成する。R1、R2およびR3は同時に水素原子にはならない。nは1から2の数を表す。) - 酸性有機(亜)リン酸エステル塩類が、下記一般式(9)で表されるリン酸エステル類と、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、アンモニア、下記一般式(8)で表されるアミンから選ばれる少なくとも1種との塩である請求項2から9のいずれかに記載の金属顔料組成物。

- 酸性有機(亜)リン酸エステル類もしくはその塩類が、金属顔料100重量部に対し、0.01から20重量部存在する請求項2から16のいずれかに記載の金属顔料組成物。
- 金属粒子を、溶媒の存在下で、有機モリブデン化合物と、シリコン含有化合物の加水分解物および/またはその縮合物とによって、別工程もしくは同一工程で混合処理する、請求項1から17のいずれかに記載の金属顔料組成物の製造方法。
- 金属粒子を、溶媒の存在下で、有機モリブデン化合物とで混合処理した後、シリコン含有化合物の加水分解物および/またはその縮合物と混合処理する、請求項18に記載の金属顔料組成物の製造方法。
- 金属粒子を、溶媒の存在下で、有機モリブデン化合物と、シリコン含有化合物の加水分解物および/またはその縮合物とによって、別工程もしくは同一工程で混合処理した後、有機オリゴマーもしくはポリマーを重合もしくは混合処理する、請求項2から17のいずれかに記載の金属顔料組成物の製造方法。
- 請求項1から17のいずれかに記載の金属顔料組成物を含む、塗料組成物。
- 請求項1から17のいずれかに記載の金属顔料組成物を含む、インキ組成物。
- 請求項21に記載された塗料組成物により形成された塗膜もしくは塗装された物品。
