Claims (4)
- 본체의 공기토출구에 다수의 베인이 좌우방향으로 회전 가능하게 설치되고, 상기 각 베인이 서로 연결되어 한 베인에 마련된 노브를 조작하면 전체 베인이 모두 함께 회전되며, 각 베인의 상단과 하단에 마련된 힌지축이 에어벤트 본체의 공기토출구 상단 및 하단에 마련되는 스페이서의 힌지구멍에 삽입 결합되는 차량용 에어벤트를 구성함에 있어서, 상기 노브가 설치되는 베인의 각 힌지축이 결합되는 각 스페이서의 힌지구멍 하부에 상기 힌지구멍을 관통한 베인 힌지축의 선단부와 결합되는 댐퍼부싱을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어벤트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 노브가 설치되는 베인의 힌지축이 결합되는 스페이서의 힌지구멍 상부 또는 하부에 댐퍼부싱 삽입공간부를 마련하고, 댐퍼부싱 삽입공간부에 댐퍼부싱을 삽입 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어벤트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 댐퍼부싱 및 댐퍼부싱 삽입공간부는 베인의 회전과정에서 좌우방향으로 유동되지 않도록 장방형으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어벤트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 댐퍼부싱은 노브 조작시에 부드러운 작동감을 느낄 수 있도록 실리콘 러버(Silicon Rubber)로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어벤트.
