Definitions
- the present invention provides absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins, panty liners and incontinence pads for absorbing menstrual blood and vaginal discharge, and more specifically fits the shape and movement of the body, eliminates wrinkles and improves the wearing feeling.
- the present invention relates to an absorbent article.
- absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins, panty liners, incontinence pads, liquid-impervious back sheets such as polyethylene sheets or polyethylene-laminated nonwoven fabrics, and liquid-permeable surface sheets such as nonwoven fabrics or liquid-permeable plastic sheets
- an intervening absorbent element including an absorbent body made of cotton pulp or the like.
- a top sheet 51, an absorbent core 52, and a back sheet 53 are laminated in this order, and the front and rear direction is on both side ends of the absorbent core 52 and the front and rear direction center.
- a first emboss 54 that draws a line toward the surface is provided on the top sheet 51, and at least one of the front end portion and the rear end portion of the absorbent core 52, with the central portion in the width direction as the base end, and from the base end to the front and rear, respectively.
- a sanitary napkin 50 is disclosed in which a second emboss 55 that draws a straight line that extends outward in the direction and on both sides is provided from the top sheet 51.
- the sanitary napkin 50 when pressure P directed inward from both sides in the width direction is applied in the mounted state, the upper layer portion of the topsheet 51 and the absorbent core 52 is centered in the width direction from the second embossed 55 side. As a result of being brought close to the C side (direction indicated by reference numeral F), at least the center portion T in the width direction of the sanitary napkin 50 in the front-rear direction is in a state in which at least the surface shape protrudes toward the wearer side. This is to improve the fit to the.
- the left and right grooves 61 and 62 are separated from the front groove 63, and the left and right grooves 61 and 62 are separated from the rear groove 64.
- the front end portions 61A and 62A are located on the front side in the longitudinal direction of the rear end portion 63A of the front groove, and the rear end portions 61B and 62B of the left and right grooves are located on the rear side in the longitudinal direction of the front end portion 64A of the rear groove.
- An absorbent article 60 is disclosed.
- a substantially V-shaped fold line 65 composed of a substantially extended line and a substantially V-shaped fold line 66 composed of a line virtually extending the left and right grooves 61 and 62 toward the rear end side are used as flexible axes. It bulges stably toward the wearer's skin and fits the excretion part of the wearer.
- the shape of the female body depressions are formed in the blood drainage port and the perineum, respectively, in the central part of the body, rounded around the pubic bone before the central part, and the buttocks behind the central part
- the valleys are greatly different depending on each part such that a valley is formed.
- the central part of the body is a part close to the base axis of the body, and there is movement because the hip part moves up and down during walking behind this central part. It becomes the largest, and is a portion where a little movement is generated on the front side from the central portion, although the movement is relatively less than that on the rear side.
- the shape and movement of the body are greatly different depending on each part.
- the absorbent article is deformed to match the shape and movement of the body.
- it is important that the movement of each part is not linked to other parts, particularly the central part corresponding to the blood drainage port part.
- the emboss is substantially symmetric in the front-rear direction. Because it is given, the center of this part will rise, but in reality the shape of the blood drainage site of the woman is complicated, even if it was able to fit almost near the blood drainage port of the woman, Since the perineum from the vaginal opening to the vicinity of the anus on the back side has a small hollow three-dimensional shape, the perineum cannot be fitted. Therefore, menstrual blood and the like that could not be absorbed in the vicinity of the blood drainage port were not absorbed even in the perineal region, which sometimes caused a back leak.
- the main problem of the present invention is to improve the fit by following the shape and movement of the body, and by dividing the movement of each part so as not to affect the blood discharge port corresponding unit, the blood discharge port corresponding unit

- the embossed wire 12a formed on the left side is formed on the right side of the longitudinal center line CL among the virtual line K1 extending from the front end portion to the other side across the longitudinal center line CL and the blood outlet corresponding emboss 10.
- the embossed wire 10b is formed so as to be substantially parallel to the tangent S1 at the rear end.
- the embossed line 12b formed on the right side of the longitudinal center line CL includes a virtual line K2 extending from the front end to the other side across the left side of the longitudinal center line CL, and the blood discharge port corresponding part emboss 10
- the embossed wire 10a formed on the left side of the longitudinal center line CL is formed so as to be substantially parallel to the tangent S2 at the rear end of the embossed wire 10a. It is desirable that the angle difference between the imaginary lines K1, K2 and the tangent lines S1, S2 is approximately within 10 °, preferably within 5 °.
- the separation width WB of the rear end portion is narrower than the separation width WF of the front end portion of the pair of left and right blood drainage port corresponding portions embosses 10 and 10 as described above.
- the imaginary lines K1 and K2 and the tangent lines S1 and S2 are formed so as to be substantially parallel to each other.
- the blood discharge port corresponding part emboss 10 absorbs wrinkles S and S that have progressed along the tangential direction to the blood discharge port corresponding part M side beyond the dividing start point PB of the rear side emboss 12.
- the separation width WF of the front end of the blood discharge port corresponding portion embosses 10 and 10 is preferably 24 to 35 mm, and the separation width WB of the rear end is preferably 15 to 20 mm.
- the front side emboss 11 is formed by an arcuate curve having a center of curvature on the front side of the sanitary napkin 1 with respect to the front side emboss 11, and an angle ⁇ F formed by tangents 11a and 11b at both left and right ends is preferably 90 ° or more. Is formed at 100 ° to 160 °. Thereby, it becomes easy to deform
- the rear side emboss 12 is formed so that the angle ⁇ B formed by the emboss lines 12a and 12b formed on both sides across the longitudinal center line CL is less than 90 °, preferably 60 ° to 90 °. Thereby, it becomes easy to change the rear side part B in the shape along the valley of a wearer's buttocks using the rear side embossing 12 as a flexible shaft.
- the rear side embossing 12 may be formed linearly on both sides from the longitudinal center line CL toward the rear side. However, as shown in the illustrated example, the center of curvature is formed on the outer side of the sanitary napkin 1. It is preferable to form a gentle curve having
- the division zones ZF and ZB need to secure a certain length in the longitudinal direction for the purpose of dividing the deformation of the front side portion F and the rear side portion B without affecting the blood discharge port corresponding portion M. If the length is longer than necessary, it is impossible to fit the body shape, and conversely, since the division zones ZF and ZB become wrinkle generation sources, the longitudinal length is 1 to 10 mm, preferably 1 to 5 mm. To form.
- the dividing zones ZF and ZB are preferably fold line positions for mounting the sanitary napkin 1 in three folds.
- the division zone ZF (division base point PF) between the blood discharge port corresponding part M and the front side part F is close to the front end portion of the labia of the blood discharge port part R1. It is preferable that the dividing zone ZB (the dividing base point PB) between the part M and the rear side part B is in the vicinity of the start of the valley between the perineum and the buttock. Thereby, the effect of the fit property of each part M, F, and B becomes easy to be exhibited. Therefore, the distance L between the dividing zones ZF and ZB (the dividing base points PF and PB) is set to 60 to 120 mm, preferably 80 to 90 mm.
- the front side of the front side emboss 11 has a heart that expands toward the front side and has its front end curved inward for the purpose of distracting the depressed mood during the menstrual period.
- the design emboss 13 can be applied in a shape such as a shape.
- the design embossing 14 and 14 which curves inward continuously from the rear end of the rear side part embossing 12 can be given.
- the design embosses 13 and 14 can remind the wearer of an image in which menstrual blood is blocked and leakage can be prevented by curving the tip portion inward.
- the formation area of an embossed wire is shown with a double line, among which the ⁇ part shows the high pressing part and the other part shows the low pressing part.
- interval of a high pressing part ( ⁇ ) is arbitrary.
Abstract
