Abstract

삼차원 시트 재료에는 다양한 재료 처리 패턴이 제공될 수 있다. 재료 처리에는 엠보싱 패턴과 천공 패턴이 포함될 수 있다. 삼차원 시트 재료는 기저귀, 배변 연습용 팬티, 실금 제품, 생리대 및 팬티 라이너와 같은 여성용 위생 제품을 포함하지만 이에 제한되지 않는 개인 위생 흡수 용품뿐만 아니라 붕대, 상처 드레싱과 같은 다른 흡수 용품에 사용될 수 있다.

Description

삼차원 시트 재료 및 이러한 재료를 포함한 흡수 용품
본 발명은 삼차원 시트 재료 및 이러한 재료를 포함한 흡수 용품에 관한 것이다.
기저귀, 배변 연습용 팬티, 실금 제품, 여성용 위생 제품과 같은 흡수 용품뿐만 아니라 붕대 및 기타 상처 드레싱과 같은 건강 관리 관련 제품은 혈액, 월경, 소변 및 배변과 같은 배출된 체액을 신속하게 흡수하는 공통 목표를 가지고 있다. 통상적으로 이러한 흡수 용품은 착용자의 피부에 가깝거나 접촉하는 신체 접촉면과 표면, 보유된 유체가 흡수 용품에서 나와 착용자의 의류를 포함한 주변 영역을 더럽힐 가능성을 방지하는 어떤 유형의 흡수 코어 및 배면시트 층을 가질 것이다.
따라서, 이러한 흡수 용품은 배출된 체액을 신속하게 흡입하여 그것을 흡수 용품의 하부 층으로 통과시키고 착용자의 피부에 인접하여 공기 순환을 제공하여 피부 건강을 촉진하는 것이 바람직하다. 공기 순환은 피부 건조를 가능하게 해서 기저귀, 배변 연습용 팬티 및 실금 흡수 용품의 경우에서 기저귀 발진과 같은 피부 자극을 방지한다. 공기 순환은 또한 종종 상면시트 층으로 언급되는 신체 접촉 재료가 건조되도록 함으로써 증가된 편안함을 제공한다. 또한, 편안함과 건조함은 피부와 직접 접촉하는 상면시트 층의 양을 최소화함으로써 더욱 향상될 수 있다. 이것은 또한 흡수 코어로부터 상면시트 층으로 유체의 역류인 "재습윤(rewet)"으로 불리는 것의 감소를 촉진시킨다.

    c. 각각의 제2 엠보싱부가 제2 장축 및 제2 단축, 및 제2 전체 길이를 한정하는 복수의 제2 엠보싱부;
    d. 각각의 제1 천공이 제1 폭, 및 제1 깊이를 한정하는 측벽을 갖는 복수의 제1 천공;
    e. 각각의 제2 천공이 제2 폭, 및 제2 깊이를 한정하는 측벽을 갖는 복수의 제2 천공을 포함하고; 여기서

  2. 제1항에 있어서,

    c. 상기 제1 엠보싱부는 대향된 제1 측면들을 갖는 제1 중심 영역에 의해 분리된 대향된 제1 말단들을 가지되, 상기 제1 말단들의 각각은 제1 말단 폭을 가지고 상기 제1 중심 영역은 제1 중심 폭을 가지며, 상기 제1 중심 폭은 상기 제1 말단들의 각각의 제1 말단 폭보다 작고, 그리고
    d. 상기 제2 엠보싱부는 대향된 제2 측면들을 갖는 제2 중심 영역에 의해 분리된 대향된 제2 말단들을 가지되, 상기 제2 말단들의 각각은 제2 말단 폭을 가지고 상기 제2 중심 영역은 제2 중심 폭을 가지며, 상기 제2 중심 폭은 상기 제2 말단들의 각각의 제2 말단 폭보다 작은, 삼차원 시트 재료.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 제2 천공은 상기 복수의 제1 엠보싱부의 말단에 인접하고 상기 복수의 제2 천공은 또한 상기 복수의 제2 엠보싱부의 제2 말단에 인접하는, 삼차원 시트 재료.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 제1 천공은 상기 복수의 제1 엠보싱부의 제1 중심 영역의 대향된 제1 측면에 인접하고 상기 복수의 제1 천공은 또한 상기 제2 엠보싱부의 제2 중심 영역의 대향된 제2 측면에 인접하는, 삼차원 시트 재료.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 제2 엠보싱부의 제2 말단은 상기 제1 천공에 의해 상기 복수의 제1 엠보싱부의 제1 중심 영역으로부터 분리되어 있는, 삼차원 시트 재료.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 제1 엠보싱부의 제1 말단은 상기 제1 천공에 의해 상기 복수의 제2 엠보싱부의 제2 중심 영역으로부터 분리되어 있는, 삼차원 시트 재료.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 제2 천공의 제2 깊이는 상부 표면에서 측정했을 때 상기 복수의 제1 천공의 제1 깊이보다 큰, 삼차원 시트 재료.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 제2 재료 층은 상기 제1 재료 층의 하부 표면에 인접하되, 상기 제2 재료 층은 제2 두께에 의해 분리된 최상부 표면과 최하부 표면을 갖는, 삼차원 시트 재료.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 제1 천공 및 상기 복수의 제2 천공은 상기 제1 재료 층 및 상기 제2 재료 층을 통해 연장되는, 삼차원 시트 재료.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제2 재료 층은 상기 제1 재료 층에 접합되는, 삼차원 시트 재료.
  11. 제1항의 삼차원 시트 재료를 포함하는 개인 위생 흡수 용품.
  12. 제8항의 삼차원 시트 재료를 포함하는 개인 위생 흡수 용품.
  13. 상면시트 층과 배면시트 층 사이에 위치한 흡수 코어와 함께 상면시트 층과 배면시트 층을 포함하고 여기서 상기 상면시트 층은 제1항의 삼차원 시트 재료를 포함하는, 개인 위생 흡수 용품.
  14. 상면시트 층과 배면시트 층 사이에 위치한 흡수 코어와 함께 상면시트 층과 배면시트 층을 포함하고 여기서 상기 상면시트 층은 제8항의 삼차원 시트 재료를 포함하는, 개인 위생 흡수 용품.
