(1)左右方向に平行に配置される一対のテープ部材と、一対のテープ部材の対向するテープ側縁部に沿って設けられる芯紐上に取り付けられる一対のファスナーエレメント列と、一対のファスナーエレメント列が挿通され、一対のファスナーエレメント列を噛合・分離させるスライダーと、を備えるスライドファスナーであって、ファスナーエレメント列の各々は、複数のファスナーエレメントから構成され、ファスナーエレメントは、テープ部材の表側に配置される意匠部と、テープ部材の裏側に配置され、隣り合うファスナーエレメントと噛合する噛合部と、を有し、スライダーは、上下方向に離間して平行配置される上翼板及び下翼板と、上翼板の左右側縁に沿ってそれぞれ設けられる上フランジと、下翼板の左右側縁に沿ってそれぞれ設けられる下フランジと、上翼板及び下翼板を連結する案内柱と、上翼板、下翼板、及び上下フランジにより囲まれ、肩口及び後口を有する略Y字状のエレメント案内路と、を備え、上下フランジの板厚が、複数のファスナーエレメント間の間隔より小さく、上下フランジ間の隙間の上下方向寸法が、5kgf以上の圧力で押し潰された際の芯紐の表裏方向寸法より小さいことを特徴とするスライドファスナー。
(2)複数のファスナーエレメント間の間隔は、ファスナーエレメントの意匠部の上下方向の長さ以上であり、ファスナーエレメントは、噛合時において、テープ部材の上下方向において独立して配置されることを特徴とする(1)に記載のスライドファスナー。
(3)芯紐は、テープ部材の表裏方向に沿って2本以上配置され、テープ部材に織り込まれ或いは編み込まれることを特徴とする(1)又は(2)に記載のスライドファスナー。
(4)上下フランジは、その前端部に、テープ部材の長さ方向と平行に形成される平行部を有し、平行部は、案内柱の前後方向長さの1/2より前方に延びていることを特徴とする(1)~(3)のいずれかに記載のスライドファスナー。
(5)ファスナーエレメントの後端部は、芯紐よりテープ部材側に形成されることを特徴とする(1)~(4)のいずれかに記載のスライドファスナー。
(6)意匠部は、噛合時において、隣り合う意匠部と離間して配置され、ファスナーエレメントの先端部、且つ意匠部と噛合部との間に、噛合時において、相手側のテープ部材のテープ側縁部を収納するテープ収納溝が形成されることを特徴とする(1)~(5)のいずれかに記載のスライドファスナー。
(7)噛合部は、テープ部材に取り付けられる基部と、基部から相手側のテープ部材に向けて延設され、テープ収納溝が形成される噛合頭部と、基部と噛合頭部との間に形成される首部と、を有し、噛合頭部は、上下方向に突出する係合部を有し、係合部は、意匠部の上下端より上下方向にそれぞれ突出する第1係合部と、第1係合部と連続して、意匠部の上下端より凹状に形成される第2係合部と、を有し、第1係合部は、テープ部材の表裏方向中心線よりも意匠部側に延びて形成されることを特徴とする(6)に記載のスライドファスナー。
(8)第1係合部は、テープ収納溝の意匠部側の端部より表裏方向内側に形成されることを特徴とする(7)に記載のスライドファスナー。
(9)意匠部は、湾曲形状を呈した半球形状を有することを特徴とする(6)~(8)のいずれかに記載のスライドファスナー。
(10)一対のファスナーエレメント列が直線状に噛み合った状態において、第1係合部の上下方向の長さは、互いに隣り合う意匠部間の隙間の上下方向の長さより短く設定されることを特徴とする(7)に記載のスライドファスナー。
(11)第2係合部は、テープ部材の表裏方向中心線の近傍から噛合部の裏側端部に亘って形成されることを特徴とする(7)に記載のスライドファスナー。
例えば、上記実施形態では、スライドファスナー10の柔軟性を確保するために、意匠部16のうち少なくともテープ接触面から意匠部16の表側頂点(意匠部16における左右方向中心線HLと上下方向中心線VLとの交点)に向けた湾曲面が、少なくともテープ接触面側から形成されてあればよく、図14に示す変形例のように、ファスナーエレメント15の意匠部16に、テープ部材12と平行な平坦部28を形成するようにしてもよい。これにより、ファスナーエレメント15に上記実施形態と異なる意匠を付与することができる。
また、本実施形態では、第1係合部24の上下方向の長さL1は、左右一対のファスナーエレメント列14が直線状に噛み合った状態において、互いに隣り合う意匠部16間の隙間S1の上下方向の長さL2と同じ長さに設定されてもよい。これにより、柔軟性を多少犠牲にして係合強度を高めることが可能である。

Claims (11)
- 左右方向に平行に配置される一対のテープ部材(12)と、
前記一対のテープ部材の対向するテープ側縁部(13)に沿って設けられる芯紐(13a)上に取り付けられる一対のファスナーエレメント列(14)と、
前記一対のファスナーエレメント列が挿通され、前記一対のファスナーエレメント列を噛合・分離させるスライダー(30)と、を備えるスライドファスナー(10)であって、
前記ファスナーエレメント列の各々は、複数のファスナーエレメント(15)から構成され、
前記ファスナーエレメントは、前記テープ部材の表側に配置される意匠部(16)と、前記テープ部材の裏側に配置され、隣り合う前記ファスナーエレメントと噛合する噛合部(17)と、を有し、
前記スライダーは、
上下方向に離間して平行配置される上翼板(31)及び下翼板(32)と、
前記上翼板の左右側縁に沿ってそれぞれ設けられる上フランジ(33a)と、
前記下翼板の左右側縁に沿ってそれぞれ設けられる下フランジ(33b)と、
前記上翼板及び前記下翼板を連結する案内柱(34)と、
前記上翼板、前記下翼板、及び前記上下フランジにより囲まれ、肩口(36)及び後口(37)を有する略Y字状のエレメント案内路(38)と、を備え、
前記上下フランジの板厚(T)が、前記複数のファスナーエレメント間の間隔(C1)より小さく、
前記上下フランジ間の隙間(S3)の上下方向寸法(L4)が、5kgf以上の圧力で押し潰された際の前記芯紐の表裏方向寸法(L5)より小さいことを特徴とするスライドファスナー。 - 前記複数のファスナーエレメント(15)間の間隔(C2)は、前記ファスナーエレメントの前記意匠部(16)の上下方向の長さ(L3)以上であり、
前記ファスナーエレメントは、噛合時において、前記テープ部材(12)の上下方向において独立して配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスライドファスナー。 - 前記芯紐(13a)は、前記テープ部材(12)の表裏方向に沿って2本以上配置され、前記テープ部材に織り込まれ或いは編み込まれることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のスライドファスナー。
- 前記上下フランジ(33a,33b)は、その前端部に、前記テープ部材(12)の長さ方向と平行に形成される平行部(39)を有し、
前記平行部は、前記案内柱(34)の前後方向長さの1/2より前方に延びていることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のスライドファスナー。 - 前記ファスナーエレメント(15)の後端部は、前記芯紐(13a)より前記テープ部材(12)側に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のスライドファスナー。
- 前記意匠部(16)は、噛合時において、隣り合う前記意匠部(16)と離間して配置され、
前記ファスナーエレメントの先端部、且つ前記意匠部(16)と前記噛合部との間に、噛合時において、相手側の前記テープ部材の前記テープ側縁部(13)を収納するテープ収納溝(19)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のスライドファスナー。 - 前記噛合部(17)は、前記テープ部材(12)に取り付けられる基部(21)と、前記基部から相手側の前記テープ部材に向けて延設され、前記テープ収納溝(19)が形成される噛合頭部(22)と、前記基部と前記噛合頭部との間に形成される首部(23)と、を有し、
前記噛合頭部は、上下方向に突出する係合部(26)を有し、
前記係合部は、前記意匠部(16)の上下端(16a,16b)より上下方向にそれぞれ突出する第1係合部(24)と、前記第1係合部と連続して、前記意匠部の上下端より凹状に形成される第2係合部(25)と、を有し、
前記第1係合部は、前記テープ部材(12)の表裏方向中心線(DL)よりも前記意匠部側に延びて形成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のスライドファスナー。 - 前記第1係合部(24)は、前記テープ収納溝(19)の前記意匠部(16)側の端部より表裏方向内側に形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のスライドファスナー。
- 前記意匠部(16)は、湾曲形状を呈した半球形状を有することを特徴とする請求項6~8のいずれか1項に記載のスライドファスナー。
- 前記一対のファスナーエレメント列(14)が直線状に噛み合った状態において、前記第1係合部(24)の上下方向の長さ(L1)は、互いに隣り合う前記意匠部(16)間の隙間(S1)の上下方向の長さ(L2)より短く設定されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のスライドファスナー。
- 前記第2係合部(25)は、前記テープ部材(12)の表裏方向中心線(DL)の近傍から前記噛合部(17)の裏側端部に亘って形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のスライドファスナー。
