- the second rear seat 4 having a large seat width can be mounted on a vehicle having a small vehicle width. Further, since a space is formed between the seat cushion 5 and the rear floor lining 91, usability is improved.
- a latch 22 is disposed in a recess 20 formed on the back side of the left and right end portions of the seat cushion 5. Therefore, the seating surface of the seat cushion 5 can be lowered as compared with the case where the latch 22 is disposed on the back surface of the seat cushion 5 without providing the concave portion 20, and the seating surface is made to have an appropriate and convenient height. be able to.
- the cover main body 52 of the seat end cover 50 is fixed to the bottom surface 21 of the seat cushion 5 by the hook-and-loop fastener 52f, the cover main body 52 flutters when the second rear seat 4 is in the sitting posture.
- the cover main body 52 can be stabilized.
- the second rear seat 4 when the second rear seat 4 is folded and stored in the storage recess 92a, the left and right seat back portions 6L and 6R are rolled forward and overlapped on the seat cushion 5. Thereafter, the latch 22 is detached from the striker 24, and the folded second rear seat 4 is rotated rearward about the shaft 16 as a rotation center against the elasticity of the spring 18 of the support device 14, and stored in the storage recess 92a. At this time, the second rear seat 4 is held in the stowed position as shown in FIG.
- the lock mechanism is configured to be in a locked state and an unlocked state by operating the strap 23 (see FIGS. 3 and 8 to 11) attached to the rear floor end cross member 84. .
- the bottom surface portion 21 of the seat cushion 5 forms the same plane as the rear floor lining 91, and the bottom surface portion 21 becomes a part of the floor surface.
- the hook-and-loop fastener 52 f of the cover main body 52 of the seat end cover 50 is peeled off from the bottom surface 21 of the seat cushion 5. Then, the cover body 52 is rotated upward about the thin hinge 53 and further rotated outward in the vehicle width direction so that the surface 52a of the cover body 52 and the bottom 21 of the seat cushion 5 are flush with each other. To be. As a result, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 11, the left and right end portions of the back surface 52 b of the cover main body portion 52 are placed on the flange portion 95 a of the rear inner panel lining 95.
- the case 61 is magnetically attached to the iron plate 25 fixed to the flange portion 95a by the magnetic force of the magnet 62 of the coupling device 60 attached to the back surface 52b of the cover main body 52.
- the force that holds the cover main body 52 in the opened state due to the magnetizing force of the magnet 62 is greater than the force that biases the cover main body 52 in the closing direction by the spring 38. Therefore, the cover main body 52 is held in a posture that closes the recess 20 of the seat cushion 5.
- the coupling device 60 and the iron plate 25 of the rear inner panel lining 95 constitute a coupling member.
- the case 61 can move up and down by the stroke that the elastic member 63 can elastically compress. Therefore, even when the cover main body 52 vibrates up and down with respect to the flange portion 95a of the rear inner panel lining 95 during traveling, the vibration can be absorbed by the elastic deformation of the elastic member 63. 61 can be prevented from separating from the iron plate 25 of the rear inner panel lining 95. Thereby, it is possible to suppress the case 61 from jumping away from the iron plate 25 due to vibrations, and it is possible to suppress the occurrence of hitting sound when the case 61 lands on the iron plate 25.
- the cover body 52 is positioned above the recess 20 on the back surface of the seat cushion 5 (in other words, above the latch 22) ( 2nd position), almost the entire upper area of the recess 20 can be covered by the cover main body 52. As a result, small objects placed on the floor can be prevented from falling into the recess 20.
- the upper portion of the latch 22 and the latch cover 30 disposed in the recess 20 can be covered by the cover main body 52. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent a small object placed on the floor from falling into the latch cover 30 or a foreign object from entering the latch 22.

Abstract
