利用者が通過の際に認証情報を入力した前記セキュリティゲートの情報と前記記憶手段に記憶された情報とに基づいて、前記認証手段によって既登録者と判定された利用者の通過する前記セキュリティゲートが、その利用者の行先階をサービス階に含むバンクのホールに進入するための正規ゲートであるか否かを判定する判定手段と、
