Definitions
- the invention relates to a rail vehicle, in particular for the carriage of passengers, with a car body having at least one entry step in the region of a door opening an outer door, with at least one bogie on which the car body is movably mounted, with a plurality of hydraulic or pneumatic springs, the Car body and connect the at least one bogie together and are part of a suspension system of the rail vehicle, and with a boarding aid for accessibility for disabled people in the car body. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for operating such a rail vehicle.
- the present invention is applicable both to individual cars of a train and to a unit of several cars, in particular a complete train.
- a rail vehicle is therefore to be understood as meaning a single car as well as a train with several cars.
- Height differences between entry height of the vehicle that is height of the entry door in the area of a door opening of an outside door, and platform height to be created in any situation of public transport.
- One Compensation of height differences is achieved so far by overpass bridges of different construction methods, hoists on stations and disabled lifts in the vehicles.
- a problem with the described prior art is that a disabled person to overcome the above barriers his trip must register in good time before departure, so that the boarding aids can be provided in the vehicle or at the station.
- the operation of the access aids must also be carried out by trained personnel. All in all, the use of the above-mentioned access aids therefore requires a great organizational effort for both the traveler and the staff.
- Standard platform level provided. Since platforms of different stations do not always have a uniform level above the top of the rail, it is possible in this way that coincide in a portion of the rail vehicle, the floor level with the level of the respective platform of different stations. However, in the other sub-areas, there would always be one level for the passengers overcome. It must therefore always be selected before entering the station, a track from which at least one of the exterior doors a ground-level entrance is possible. Unless all the doors on the platform have the same boarding level, a disabled passenger must also be aware in good time of which of the outer doors will allow him or her to access it.
- the previously derived and indicated object is achieved in a rail vehicle of the type mentioned above in that the hydraulic or pneumatic springs, which are preferably electrically or motorized, at the same time also part of the boarding aid and are height adjustable via one or more valves and between an operating position , which is intended for driving, and a ZuTDswolf in which at a stop of the rail vehicle at a platform of the boarding and preferably also the floor at least in the entry area of the rail vehicle at the platform level, that is at the height of the upper edge of the platform is located.
- the springs mentioned are in particular air springs and correspondingly in the case of the valves to air spring valves, so with air springs cooperating valves.
- the car body can also be adapted relatively quickly and particularly accurate to the different Brusiere (2014).
- the aforementioned suspension system whose springs are disposed between the car body and the bogie, that is, the bogie frame, is also referred to as a secondary suspension system.
- the rail vehicle in particular also has a so-called primary suspension or a primary suspension system which has springs which are arranged between the axle bearings and the bogie or bogie frame.
- the car body after the rail vehicle has been stopped, either raised or lowered to reach the approach position.
- the operating position which is provided for the driving, is selected or set so that this is generally higher than the approach position.
- the rail vehicle to increase the ground clearance and suspension comfort over conventional rail vehicles, with the possibility of lowering, when the rail vehicle has been stopped, yet a ground level entry is still guaranteed.
- At least one of the height-adjustable springs is height-adjustable independently of at least one other of the height-adjustable springs, whereby the
- Car body and possibly several entry steps can be adapted particularly well to the course of the platform and to the platform level, especially if the platform has a varying over the length of the rail vehicle platform level.
- the said springs can also be divided into units with a plurality of springs.
- a plurality of units of height-adjustable springs may be provided, wherein at least one of the units is height-adjustable independently of at least one further of the units.
- the boarding aid may be constructed so that at least one unit is disposed below the front end of the car body and at least one further unit below the rear end of the car body. Additionally or alternatively, at least one unit under the left half and at least one further unit below the right half of the car body may be arranged to lift this individually.
- a rail vehicle which has several car bodies. That is, in each of the car bodies of the rail vehicle, the springs can be arranged in this way.
- a plurality of the height-adjustable springs are height-adjustable via the same valve.
- These springs which are height adjustable via the same valve, preferably associated with the same unit.
- several units, for example four units, of springs per car body can be provided, in which case preferably each unit is assigned its own valve.
- each of the height-adjustable springs is assigned its own valve.
- the simplest variant, which is also possible in principle, is that all height-adjustable springs of the boarding aid via one and the same valve are height adjustable.
- one or more compressors are provided, via which the hydraulic or pneumatic springs, the working medium can be supplied.
- the springs are air springs
- air can be supplied via the compressor or compressors, for example to lift the car body.
- a compressor may be connected to a plurality of valves, which in turn are each connected to one or more springs.
- the valves and / or compressors at least some of which are connected to a memory for the working medium, so for example with an air reservoir. But it is also conceivable to suck in ambient air to fill the air springs with air.
- the valves and / or the compressors can be controlled via a control device, which is preferably arranged in the interior of the car body, for example in the driver's cab.
- a control device which is preferably arranged in the interior of the car body, for example in the driver's cab.
- a compressor is connected to a plurality of valves, each of which is connected to one or more springs, for lifting the car body, first the compressor can be turned on and the respectively required valves are opened, so that the working fluid is pumped into the springs. If only individual springs are to be filled with the working medium, only the valves associated with these springs can be opened by the control device, whereas the other valves remain closed. Accordingly, it can also be moved when the car body is to be lowered, either to reach the approach position or the operating position, in which case the compressor does not have to be operated, but only the valves for draining the working medium are open.
- the rail vehicle sensors can be arranged on it, which can detect the respective level of the platform.
- the respective detected level is then from the sensors in the form of electrical signals, so-called
- the sensors can be arranged in the region of the door opening, preferably adjacent to the entrance step and / or vertically below the entry door.
- the individual platform levels of the various platforms, to where a stop of the rail vehicle is provided to store electronically for example in a data processing device of the rail vehicle and / or a data processing device of the station.
- the information about the respective platform level to be sent by the respective data processing device of the station to the data processing device of the rail vehicle and then the rail vehicle to adjust the level of the at least one entry platform or floor accordingly.
- the height adjustment to adjust the level of entry to the platform level can be done automatically. But it is also a manual height adjustment conceivable, for example, on request by pressing a button by a person (driver, train crew, passenger, etc.).
- Weight of the car body to be compensated by different payloads when raising or lowering to reach the boarding position can be provided, which determine a current value (actual value) and with a
- the distance sensors can for example determine the distance between a part of the car body and a part of the ground on which the rail vehicle stands, or a part connected to the ground (for example rail part, in particular rail top, wheel surface, etc.) and with a reference value for the distance to compare.
- the deviation between the actual value and the desired value can then be compensated by varying, for example, the stroke distance (distance between operating position and approach position) and / or the lifting speed of one or more of the hydraulic or pneumatic springs of the said suspension system.
- Weight compensation can also take place via mechanical detectors and / or position detectors in the interior of the hydraulic or pneumatic springs.
- the object is further achieved in a method for operating a rail vehicle, in particular a rail vehicle as described above, characterized in that the springs between an operating position, which is provided for the driving operation, and a ZuTswolf in which at a stop of the rail vehicle at a platform the entry step is at the platform level, whichever is provided for the driving operation.

- the springs are brought into the approach position before the outer doors of the rail vehicle are opened, in particular when the rail vehicle is at a standstill.
- the height adjustment is initiated already at the entrance to the station or before, in particular in the case that the information about the respective platform level is already available in a data processing device of the rail vehicle at this time. This has the advantage that when the train stops at the platform, the
- the springs such as air springs, brought after closing the ⁇ ußenturen, especially at standstill of the rail vehicle in the operating position.
- the vertical adjustment to achieve the operating position can also take place during the journey, for example the approach of the rail vehicle from the platform. This has the advantage that after closing the doors, the rail vehicle can start without delay, without necessarily lowered or raised already in the final operating position.
