- Véhicule ferroviaire ayant au moins une zone d'accès et une structure de plancher, qui comprend des éléments qui permettent un soulèvement d'un plancher ( 3 ) d'une position en hauteur de sortie à une autre position en hauteur par rapport à un chaudron ( 1 ) de caisse,
