- the fixed cylinder 10 is a cylindrical member having both ends opened, and a slit 30 having a predetermined width is formed.
- the tension balancer 100 to which the fixed cylinder 10 is attached is the tension balancer 100 in which a plurality of cylindrical cylinders are telescopically arranged, and therefore the fixed cylinder 10 is also cylindrical. It is done.
- the diameter of the fixed cylinder 10 is formed smaller than the diameter of the casing 110 of the tension balancer 100 to be mounted. This is because when the fixed cylinder 10 is attached to the tension balancer 100, the opened one end is in contact with the casing 110 so as not to fall off from the casing 110 side.
- the shape of the fixed cylinder 10 is preferably a cylinder having the same shape as that of the tension balancer 100 to be mounted, but is not limited thereto.
- the shape of the tension balancer 100 and the shape of the fixed tube 10 may be different as long as one end of the fixed tube 10 contacts the casing 110 and does not fall off from the tension balancer 100 side.
- the slit 30 having the predetermined width is formed and used regardless of the shape of the fixed cylinder 10.
- the slit 30 is a slit for removing the fixed cylinder 10 from the overhead wire when the tension balancer 100 is locked to the overhead wire and the installation is completed. - the tension balancer installation auxiliary device 1 can be easily removed.
- the installation work of the tension balancer 100 requires that the rod 113 be pulled out of the casing having a necessary length using the shimmer 200 or the like. Therefore, if the rod 113 is pulled out to a necessary length in advance, the work at the site is greatly reduced.
- the tension balancer installation assisting device 1 has a simple structure and the tension balancer installation assisting device 1 that can reduce the burden of installation work on site. Can be provided. Moreover, the tension balancer 100 in which such an apparatus is installed can be provided. Therefore, it is possible to greatly reduce the burden of installation work at the site and improve work efficiency. This is particularly effective for a tension balancer for an overhead train line that works while driving between vehicles at night when there is little vehicle operation.
- the tension balancer installation assisting device 1 since the tension balancer installation assisting device 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention has a simple configuration, the cost can be greatly suppressed as compared with the conventional assisting device.
- the yoke 20 can be used as the yoke 201 used in the general shimmer 200, and is effective in cost reduction.
- the fixed cylinder 10 can also be formed using a general steel pipe, a cost is suppressed also in this point. This also leads to the suppression of the cost increase of the tension balancer provided with the tension balancer installation assist device. Therefore, it can be said that the tension balancer 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention is a tension balancer that improves installation work efficiency at a low cost.
- the rod 113 drawn out from the casing 110 of a predetermined length is fixed by one yoke 20.
- the fixed force of the rod 113 to the casing 110 is applied to the fixed rod 113.
- the movement of the yoke 20 is restricted at the ends of the pair of first openings 40 on the casing 110 side. Accordingly, the force concentrates on the ends of the pair of first openings 40 on the casing 110 side. Therefore, in order to disperse this force, the number of pairs of the first openings 40 is considered, and the yoke 20 may be arranged according to the number of pairs of the first openings 40.
- FIG. 7 is a schematic view of a tension balancer installation auxiliary device 1 according to the second embodiment of the present invention.
- the tension balancer installation assisting apparatus 1 according to the second embodiment of the present invention is an embodiment in which two yokes 20 are arranged and the number of pairs of the first openings 40 is two pairs, as shown in FIG. is there.

- two pairs of first through holes 102 installed in the shackle-like connecting portion 102 of the tension balancer 100 are also provided. Therefore, when using the tension balancer installation assisting device 1, it is necessary to dispose the shackle-like connecting portion 102 corresponding to the tension balancer 100.
- yokes 20A and 20B are disposed.
- the two pairs of first openings 40a and 40b are formed at a certain distance so that the central axes in the horizontal direction are the same and the central axes are parallel to the radial direction of the fixed cylinder 10. Is done.
- the shapes and sizes of the two pairs of openings are basically the same, but are not limited thereto. One shape may be different from the other, or one size may be different from the other. However, in this case, the two pairs of first through-holes 102 of the shackle-like connecting portion 102 have a corresponding shape and size.
- the two yokes 20A and 20B are appropriately selected according to the first openings 40a and 40b.
- Each yoke 20 ⁇ / b> A, 20 ⁇ / b> B may have a through hole 21.
- the yoke anchoring member 60 may be disposed in each of the yokes 20A and 20B.
- wearing and removal method of the installation assistance apparatus 1 for tension balancers which concerns on the 2nd Embodiment of this invention is the same as that of Embodiment 1 mentioned above, description is abbreviate
- the tension balancer 100 having the above configuration and having the tension balancer installation assisting device 1 and the tension balancer installation assisting device 1 according to the second embodiment of the present invention has two pairs of first openings 40a and 40b. Since the movement of the yokes 20A and 20B is locked at the end of the casing 110, the rod 113 can be fixed securely. Moreover, it is stronger than the tension balancer installation auxiliary device 1 according to the first embodiment against the breakage of the fixed cylinder 10. Therefore, in order to reduce the weight, the thickness of the fixed cylinder 10 can be reduced, or a notch or a through opening can be provided in the fixed cylinder 10.
- the rod 113 can be securely fixed in the pulled-out state.
- FIG. 8 is a schematic view of a tension balancer installation assisting device 1 according to the third embodiment of the present invention.
- the tension balancer installation assisting device 1 according to the present embodiment does not have the first opening 40 in the fixed cylinder 10 unlike the first embodiment.
- the fixed cylinder 10 has 2n (n is a natural number) pairs of second openings 41.
- the yoke 20 is locked with the bolt 80 and the nut 81.
- FIG. 8 although it locks with the U-shaped volt
- the rear end portion of the tension balancer is opened, and a bottom plate is disposed in the casing 110, and the movement of the bottom plate is described with U-bolts and nuts. Therefore, if this U-shaped bolt and nut can be diverted, the cost can be further reduced. Therefore, the U-shaped bolt 80 and the nut 81 are preferably used.
- the second opening 41 is coaxially arranged in the radial direction and is disposed in contrast.
- the yoke 20 is provided with n (n is a natural number) pairs of through holes 22 arranged in accordance with the interval between 2n (n is a natural number) pair of second openings 41.
- the yoke 20 is attached to the shackle-like connecting portion 102, and then the fixed cylinder 10 is attached to the tension balancer 100.
- the rod 113 is mechanically pulled through the yoke 20 and the second opening 41 and the through hole 22 are lined up in a row, and a U-bolt is attached so as to pass through the second opening 41 and the through hole 22. Fasten with nut 81.
- the rod 113 is pulled toward the casing 110, but the movement is described in the 2n second opening.
- the movement of the U-shaped bolt 80 is restricted by the four second openings 41. Since the forces related to the four second openings 41 are dispersed, the fixed cylinder 10 can be prevented from being damaged. Further, since the fixed cylinder 10 is not provided with a large opening, the strength of the fixed cylinder 10 itself can be ensured.
- the tension balancer installation assisting device 1 is used for the tension balancer 100 installed on an overhead train line.
- the tension balancer for overhead train lines requires a large tension, and therefore the weight of the tension balancer 100 is very heavy.
- the tension balancer 100 for Shinkansen overhead wires has a total length of 750 mm or more and a weight exceeding 20 kg. Therefore, if the weight of the tension balancer installation auxiliary device 1 is heavy, work efficiency is deteriorated.
- the total weight of the tension balancer installation auxiliary device 1 depends on the weight of the fixed cylinder 10. Therefore, it is conceivable to reduce the weight of the fixed cylinder 10. However, on the other hand, since a very large force is applied to the fixed cylinder 10, it is necessary to ensure the strength as well.
- a notch portion 11 is provided in the fixed cylinder 10. If the cutout portion 11 is provided in the upper portion having little influence on the first opening 40 that supports the yoke 20, the weight can be suppressed.
- the arrangement position of the notch 11 is not limited to the upper part, and the arrangement number is not limited to one. If the necessary number of notches 11 are appropriately provided at positions where the strength can be ensured, the weight can be further suppressed.
- FIG. 10 shows still another modified embodiment of the fixed cylinder 10.
- a large number of through openings 12 are arranged in the fixed cylinder 10 like a muffler used in a motorcycle or the like.
- the plurality of through openings 12 are arranged in a plurality of rows, but the present invention is not limited to this and can be changed as appropriate.
- FIG. 11 shows still another modified embodiment of the fixed cylinder 10. In this embodiment, a plurality of through-openings 12 having the same shape are arranged in a mesh shape. The weight of the fixed cylinder 10 can also be reduced by such an arrangement method.
