Abstract
Description
従来この種の包装材としては、例えば下記特許文献1~3に示されたものが提供されている。
第1の発明は、一方の面とこれと反対側の他方の面、及び、これら各面の間の周囲を巡る側面を備えた固体製品を包装する包装材であって、前記固体製品の前記一方の面を覆う第1面部、前記側面を覆う側面部、及び前記他方の面に配置される第2面部を有するシート本体と、シート本体に貼着され、その端部が引張されることによりシート本体を切断するテアテープとを備える。前記テアテープは、前記側面部又は第2面部を始点として、途中で分岐して第1の分岐部と第2の分岐部が前記第1面部を通るように設けられる。また、前記第1の分岐部は、前記第1面部の一方の側部の端縁を通るように設けられ、前記第2の分岐部は、前記第1面部の他方の側部側に一定の領域を有する把持部が形成されるように幅方向中間部を通り、これに続けて、同じく他方の側部の端縁を通って第1面部の他端に到るように設けられている。
第2の発明では、前記第2の分岐部が、前記第1面部の幅方向中央部を通るように形成されている。
第3の発明では、前記第1面部が、前記固体製品の一方の面の形状に対応して矩形に形成される。また、前記テアテープの第1の分岐部が、第1面部一端の幅方向中央部から同第1面部他端方向へ向けて進行するとともに、途中で折れ曲がって前記他方の側部の端縁に到り、更に、同第1面部の他端に到るように設けられている。
第4の発明では、前記第1面部が前記固体製品の一方の面の形状に対応して扇型形状に形成される。また、前記テアテープが前記第1面部の前記扇型形状の突出端部にて分岐され、前記第1の分岐部が、前記第1面部の一方の側部の端縁を通るように設けられ、前記第2の分岐部が、前記第1面部の中央部を通り、これに続けて前記第1面部の他方の側部の端縁を通るように形成されている。
第5の発明では、前記第1面部が前記固体製品の一方の面の形状に対応して扇型形状に形成される。また、前記テアテープが前記第1面部の一方の側部の端縁において第1の分岐部と第2の分岐部とに分岐され、前記第1の分岐部が一方の側部の端縁に設けられ、前記第2の分岐部がその分岐点から他方の側部の端縁、かつ、第1面部の他端近傍に向けて設けられている。
第6の発明では、前記テアテープの始点の近傍及び/又は前記テアテープの第1の分岐部に近接する側部に、開封手順を示す記号が印刷されている。
第7の発明は、本発明の包装材により固体製品を包装してなる包装体を提供する。
第8の発明では、上述した包装体において、固体製品の他方の面側に蓋シートを配置する。
図1から図5は、本発明の第1実施形態として示した包装材及び同包装材により固体製品Pを包装した包装体を示す図であり、図1は包装材の内面側から見た展開図、図2A~図2Cは包装材により包装体を製造する際の製造方法を示す図であり、図3から図5は包装体について包装材を剥離する場合の説明図である。
図1に示すように、包装材1は、シート材2にテアテープ3を貼着して構成される。シート材2は、アルミニウム箔の外面側に各種表示等の印刷部4が形成され、その内面側に接着剤が塗工されたものである。なお、図1においては印刷部4は第1面部7の一部のみに形成されているように図示しているが、印刷部4は第1面部7の全面にわたって形成しても良く、また適宜の場所を選択して形成することができる。
接着剤の塗工は、熱溶融性の樹脂を均一にアルミニウム箔の内面側に塗布することで、後述するように、蓋シートに対し熱により溶融して接着するために施される。
上記の各部は、後述するように固体製品Pの各面に当接してこれを包むように折り曲げて使用される。図に破線で示す部分が折り曲げ線となっている。
この場合、テアテープ3は、第2面部9-4において、第1の分岐部3aと第2の分岐部3bに分岐している。
蓋シート32は、アルミニウム箔を矩形に形成したもので、その外面側に前述した接着剤が塗工され、その内面側に表面保護加工が施されている。
ここで説明する包装方法は、包装材1を所定の形状に折り曲げた状態で、その内部に例えば溶融状態にあるクリームチーズ等の製品を充填し、その製品の熱及びシール板による熱及び圧力を利用して包装材の接着を行い、包装するのと同時に包装体を製作する方法である。
折曲に際しては、第1面部7が底面となり、側面部8-1~8-4、第2面部9-1~9-4が側面となるように、折り畳み部10a、10b~13a、13bを折り曲げて図2Aの形状とする。
この際、シート材2の内面には、接着剤が塗工されており、蓋シート32の外面側にも接着剤が途工されている。そのため、これらが製品の熱及びシール板の熱及び圧力によって溶融し、温度が下降することによってシート材2と蓋シート32とが接着される。かくして包装材1による包装が完了し、内部に固化した製品からなる固体製品Pを有する包装体40が完成する。
なお、図2Cに示すように、テアテープ3の始点の近傍には、開封手順を示す記号33(「(1)」という数字の番号)が印刷されている。また、前記テアテープ3の第1の分岐部3aに近接する側部にも開封手順を示す記号33(「(2)」という数字の番号)が印刷されている。これらの記号33は、図3、図4には一部を図示しているものの他の図では図示を省略している。この理由は、記号33はシート材2の表面、すなわちテアテープ3が貼着されている面の反対側の面に印刷されているため図示すると煩雑になるためである。このような記号33としては数字の他には文字や絵であっても良いが、数字がシンプルであるため最も好ましい。
包装体40を保持する際には、包装体40を保持する一方の手の指で、包装材1の把持部23とこれに対応する反対側の面を把持する。
このように剥離すると、第1の分岐部3aと第2分岐部3bの間のシート材2が、全て固体製品Pから剥離される。また、第1の分岐部3a、第2の分岐部3bは、側面部8-4、第1面部7に位置しているので、かかる部分も剥離される。また、第2分岐部は、把持部23を残した状態でシート材2を剥離する。
(第2実施形態)
図6において、第1実施形態と同一部分及び構成については同一の符号を付し、その説明を省略する。
この第2の実施形態が第1の実施形態と異なる点は、被包装体となる固体製品が一定の厚みを有し、その平面視輪郭が固体製品Pの形状に対応して扇型形状に形成されていることである。
テアテープ3は、第2面部9-4の端縁から一定寸法突出させた端部部分20を始点として、第1面部7を通り、第1の分岐部3aと第2分岐部3bに分岐し側面部8-4に到るように設けられている。
(第3の実施形態)
図7、8において、第2実施形態と同一部分及び構成については同一の符号を付し、その説明を省略する。
この実施の形態においても、第2の実施の形態と同様の効果が得られる。また、テアテープ3の直線部3cが第2面部9-4、側面部8-4を通り、第1面部7の一方の側部の端縁において分岐されているから、このテアテープ3の位置関係から把持部23の面積をより広く確保することができ、包装体をより把持しやすいという利点がある。
なお、図7においては、直線部3cが第1面部7の一方の側部の端縁において分岐されている態様を図示しているが、この分岐点は、直線部3cのもう少し手前側、すなわち側面部8-4に位置してもよい。
即ち、第2の実施形態においては、テアテープ3の形状として、第1、第2の分岐部側を略V字状とし、そのV字状の先端を1本の直線状の部分に形成した構成としているが、この構成に代えて、直線状のテアテープ3を2本交差させてV字型の形状を形成し、V字型を形成する側と反対側の2本テアテープ3部分を、固形製品を包装する際に、1本になるよう重ね合わせて、テアテープ3の端部とすることも可能である。
この発明は、このような包装材、包装体にも適用することができる。
なお、テアテープ3の幅は必ずしも統一されている必要はなく、それぞれのテアテープ3に必要とされる強度や、テアテープ3の製造する際の都合によって適宜幅を変化させることができる。
Claims (10)
- 一方の面とこれと反対側の他方の面、及び、これら各面の間の周囲を巡る側面を備えた固体製品を包装する包装材であって、
前記固体製品の前記一方の面を覆う第1面部、
前記側面を覆う側面部、及び
前記他方の面に配置される第2面部を有するシート本体と、
このシート本体に貼着され、その端部が引張されることにより前記シート本体を切断するテアテープとを備え、
前記テアテープは、前記側面部又は第2面部を始点として、途中で分岐して第1の分岐部と第2の分岐部が前記第1面部を通るように設けられ、
前記第1の分岐部は、前記第1面部の一方の側部の端縁を通るように設けられ、
前記第2の分岐部は、前記第1面部の他方の側部側に一定の領域を有する把持部が形成されるように幅方向中間部を通り、
これに続けて、同じく他方の側部の端縁を通って第1面部の他端に到るように設けられている包装材。 - 前記第2の分岐部は、前記第1面部の幅方向中央部を通るように形成されている請求項1に記載の包装材。
- 前記第1面部が、前記固体製品の一方の面の形状に対応して矩形に形成され、
前記テアテープの第1の分岐部が、第1面部一端の幅方向中央部から同第1面部他端方向へ向けて延びるとともに、途中で折れ曲がって前記他方の側部の端縁に到り、
更に、同第1面部の他端に到るように設けられている請求項1に記載の包装材。 - 前記第1面部が前記固体製品の一方の面の形状に対応して扇型形状に形成され、
前記テアテープが前記第1面部の前記扇型形状の突出端部にて分岐され、
前記第1の分岐部が、前記第1面部の一方の側部の端縁を通るように設けられ、
前記第2の分岐部が、前記第1面部の中央部を通り、これに続けて前記第1面部の他方の側部の端縁を通るように形成されている請求項1に記載の包装材。 - 前記第1面部が前記固体製品の一方の面の形状に対応して扇型形状に形成され、
前記テアテープが前記第1面部の一方の側部の端縁において第1の分岐部と第2の分岐部とに分岐され、前記第1の分岐部が一方の側部の端縁に設けられ、前記第2の分岐部がその分岐点から他方の側部の端縁、かつ、第1面部の他端近傍に向けて設けられている請求項1に記載の包装材。 - 前記テアテープの始点の近傍及び/又は前記テアテープの第1の分岐部に近接する側部に、開封手順を示す記号が印刷されている請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の包装材。
- 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の包装材により固体製品を包装してなる包装体。
- 請求項6に記載の包装材により固体製品を包装してなる包装体。
- 固体製品の他方の面側に蓋シートを配置してなる請求項7に記載の包装体。
- 固体製品の他方の面側に蓋シートを配置してなる請求項8に記載の包装体。
