また、本発明の家畜動物用外用組成剤は、本発明のFGF-5阻害組成物を含有することにより、家畜動物に対して優れた育毛効果、養毛効果及び発毛効果を有する。
[1]FGF-5阻害組成物
本発明のFGF-5阻害組成物は、米糠・大豆発酵物、バラ科バラ属植物の花びら抽出物及びイオタ型カラギーナンから選択される少なくとも1種を含有することを特徴とする。
米糠・大豆発酵物、バラ科バラ属植物の花びら抽出物及びイオタ型カラギーナンは、それぞれ優れたFGF-5阻害活性を有する。そして、これらのうちの少なくとも1種を含有することにより、FGF-5阻害活性に優れるFGF-5阻害組成物とすることができる。
また、米糠・大豆発酵物、バラ科バラ属植物の花びら抽出物及びイオタ型カラギーナンから選択される少なくとも2種を含有する場合、2種以上の成分による相乗効果により、更に、FGF-5阻害活性に優れるFGF-5阻害組成物とすることができる。
上記米糠及び上記大豆ペプチドは、市販の米糠及び大豆ペプチドを使用することができる。米糠及び大豆ペプチドを発酵させる際の使用量の割合は、米糠:大豆ペプチドの質量基準で、(100:1)~(100:20)が好ましい。これらの範囲にある場合には菌の生育に最も好ましいものとなる。
また、上記米糠・大豆発酵物は、米糠エキスと大豆エキスとを枯草菌で発酵させた後、精製処理することにより製造することもできる。また、上記米糠エキス及び上記大豆エキスは、市販の米糠エキス及び大豆エキスを使用することができる。米糠エキス及び大豆エキスを発酵させる際の使用量の割合は、米糠エキス:大豆エキスの質量基準で、(100:1)~(100:20)が好ましい。これらの範囲にある場合には菌の生育に最も好ましいものとなる。
また、発酵させた後に行われる精製処理は、上記発酵後の発酵液を、圧搾し、ろ過することにより行われる。更に、必要に応じて発酵後、圧搾し、ろ過し、次いで、活性炭等により脱臭・脱色処理、及び/又は、沈殿物の除去処理を行うことができる。また、その後、再度ろ過することにより処理をしてもよい。
上記バラ科バラ属植物としては、バラ科バラ属に属するバラ(Rosa spp.)であれば、特に制限はされない。具体的には、ロサ・ガリカ(Rosa gallica)、ロサ・センチフォリア(Rosa centifolia)、ロサ・モスカタ(Rosa moschata)、ロサ・フォエティダ(Rosa foetida)、ロサ・ギガンテア(Rosa gigantea)、ノイバラ(Rosa multiflora)、テリハノイバラ(Rosa wichuraiana)、ハマナス(Rosa rugosa)、ダマスカスローズ(Rosa damascea)等の野生種、又はこれらを交配して得られた園芸種が挙げられる。
また、抽出の際の抽出用溶媒のpHは、通常3~7、好ましくは4~6、更に好ましくは4~5である。抽出温度は特に制限されないが、常温又は加熱抽出が好ましい。常温抽出であれば、例えば、原料を水-メタノール混合溶媒等の溶媒に浸漬し、1~5日間程度室温にて放置することにより、抽出することができる。加熱抽出の場合、加熱温度としては、通常40~100℃、好ましくは50~80℃、更に好ましくは50~70℃である。加熱温度をかかる範囲とすることにより、抽出を効率的に行うことができるので好ましい。
また、イオタ型カラギーナンを得る場合、抽出方法、抽出条件は特に限定されない。抽出方法及び抽出条件としては、例えば、以下の方法が挙げられる。海藻を最初に冷水で洗浄して海藻に存在する砂やその他の微粒子を取り除く。ここで、海藻中のカラギーナンは海藻の構造成分、通常セルロースと会合しているため、冷水洗浄の過程では膨潤しない。そして、冷水洗浄に引き続き、熱水抽出工程が実施される。その後、熱水抽出された抽出液は、更に高温下で塩基水溶液により処理される。この塩基水溶液に使用される塩基としては、NaOH、Ca(OH)2、又はKOHのようなアルカリ又はアルカリ土類金属水酸化物が挙げられる。この高温塩基水溶液の処理によって、ガラクトース単位中の3,6-無水結合の生成が導かれる。そして、塩基変性後に、抽出液をろ過してセルロース、ヘミセルロース及びその他の微粒子等の不溶性物質を取り除き、そして酸を加えてpHを9又はそれ以下に調節する。また、抽出後は、所望により遠心分離及び漂白剤による漂白工程を備えることができる。そして、抽出液に、KCl又はイソプロパノール等アルコールを添加することにより抽出液から抽出物として沈殿させることによって得られる。また、抽出液の抽出用溶媒を蒸発させ、抽出液を濃縮し、その後乾燥させることにより得ることもできる。更に、乾燥させることにより得られる乾燥物は粉砕機等により粉砕、粉末化してもよい。
尚、抽出液から分取された固形分はそのまま用いてもよく、更に精製を行ってもよい。
上記タモギタケ抽出物とは、タモギタケの子実体等から抽出された抽出物である。上記タモギタケとは、担子菌亜門真正担子菌網帽菌亜網ハラヒラタケ目ヒラタケ科ヒラタケ属に属するタモギタケ(学名;プレウロタス コルヌコピアエ「Pleurotus cornucopiae」)のことをいう。
米糠・大豆発酵物、バラ抽出物及びイオタ型カラギーナンは、いずれもFGF-5に対する親和性が高く、FGF-5阻害活性を有する。従って、本発明のFGF-5阻害組成物は、毛包や毛の成長に対して抑制的に働くFGF-5に対して、優れた阻害活性を有する。従って、脱毛防止効果を奏し、更には、育毛効果、養毛効果及び発毛効果を奏するものである。
上記のように、米糠・大豆発酵物、バラ抽出物及びイオタ型カラギーナンから選択される少なくとも2種を含有する態様としては、以下に例示される。
(1)米糠・大豆発酵物、及びバラ抽出物を含有する組成物。
(2)米糠・大豆発酵物、及びイオタ型カラギーナンを含有する組成物。
(3)バラ抽出物、及びイオタ型カラギーナンを含有する組成物。
(4)米糠・大豆発酵物、バラ抽出物及びイオタ型カラギーナンを含有する組成物。
尚、FGF-5阻害組成物の固形分濃度における固形分は、構成成分の、米糠・大豆発酵物、バラ抽出物及びイオタ型カラギーナンからなる固形分を意味する。
また、FGF-5阻害組成物が、タモギタケ抽出物を含有する場合、固形分濃度における固形分は、構成成分の、米糠・大豆発酵物、バラ抽出物及びイオタ型カラギーナン並びにタモギタケ抽出物からなる固形分を意味する。
また、FGF-5阻害組成物が、米糠・大豆発酵物、イオタ型カラギーナン及びバラ抽出物の3種を含有する場合、3種の固形分での質量比は、米糠・大豆発酵物、イオタ型カラギーナン及びバラ抽出物の合計固形分を100質量%としたときに、米糠・大豆発酵物は1~90質量%、イオタ型カラギーナンは1~90質量%及び、バラ抽出物は1~90質量%とすることができる。
また、FGF-5阻害組成物が、タモギダケ抽出物を含有する場合、米糠・大豆発酵物、イオタ型カラギーナン及びバラ抽出物から選択される少なくとも1種の合計量と、タモギタケ抽出物との固形分での質量比は、上記固形分を100質量%としたときに、10~90質量%及び10~90質量%とすることができる。
尚、固形分濃度とは、一般の乾燥減量法(105℃で4時間)による乾燥固形分の質量%である(以下、同様。)。また、濃縮とは、水分が蒸発する状態に物質を保ち、固形分濃度を高める処理を言う。濃縮の方法は、特に限定されないが、例えば、減圧濃縮及び瞬間減圧濃縮等が挙げられる。
また、含有成分の発酵物(培養して得られた培養発酵液)及び抽出液は、濾過したままの液でもよいし、これを脱色等の後処理をした液でもよいし、又はこれを濃縮した濃縮液でもよい。その他にも、凍結乾燥等の公知の方法により溶媒を除去した固形物や粉末化した粉末物でもよい。
このBIACOREアッセイによる測定は、FGF-5の阻害活性を調べる成分(以下、「検体」という)と、固定化されたFGF-5蛋白質との結合における結合速度定数及び解離速度定数をBIACORE分析により決定して、KD値を導き出すことにより行われる。FGF-5を、2分子間相互作用測定装置のセンサーチップの表面に固定して、検体との結合を表面プラズモン共鳴法(2分子間相互作用測定装置等を使用する。)により測定し、FGF-5との親和性を調べるものである。
親和性の検討は反応速度論に基づき、そのセンサーグラムの傾き(一定時間内の変化率)から結合定数と解離定数が求められ、更に、反応定数であるKD(M)が算出される。その反応定数の値が小さい値であるほど2分子間の親和性が高いと判定される。また、この反応定数KDの値は、一般的な抗原抗体反応等では、10-7~10-8Mであり、ビオチンとアビジンのような特異性の極めて高いものでは、10-12~10-13Mである。例えば、反応定数KDが10-8Mの場合は、10-7Mに対して、親和性が10倍高いと評価される。そして、その親和性が高いほど、FGF-5との強い相互作用を示し、検体とFGF-5とから形成される「検体-(FGF-5)複合体」が、より形成されやすくなり、FGF-5に対する阻害活性が高くなる。
本発明の育毛剤は、上記FGF-5阻害組成物を含有することを特徴とする。このFGF-5組成物は、上述の通りである。
また、育毛剤の全質量を100質量%とした場合に、FGF-5阻害組成物の含有量は、0.1~100質量%であり、好ましくは3~100質量%であり、より好ましくは15~100質量%であり、特に好ましくは20~100質量%である。上記範囲内にある場合には、優れた育毛効果を有する。
尚、上記の育毛剤の固形分濃度における固形分は、FGF-5阻害組成物の構成成分である、米糠・大豆発酵物、バラ抽出物及びイオタ型カラギーナンからなる固形分、並びに、米糠・大豆発酵物、バラ抽出物、イオタ型カラギーナン及びタモギタケ抽出部からなる固形分を意味する。
(1)米糠・大豆発酵物、及びタモギタケ抽出物を含有するFGF-5阻害組成物を含有する育毛剤。
(2)バラ抽出物、及びタモギタケ抽出物を含有するFGF-5阻害組成物を含有する育毛剤。
(3)イオタ型カラギーナン、及びタモギタケ抽出物を含有するFGF-5阻害組成物を含有する育毛剤。
(4)米糠・大豆発酵物、及びイオタ型カラギーナン、並びにタモギタケ抽出物を含有するFGF-5阻害組成物を含有する育毛剤。
(5)米糠・大豆発酵物、及びバラ抽出物、並びにタモギタケ抽出物を含有するFGF-5阻害組成物を含有する育毛剤。
(6)イオタ型カラギーナン、及びバラ抽出物、並びにタモギタケ抽出物を含有するFGF-5阻害組成物を含有する育毛剤。
(7)米糠・大豆発酵物、イオタ型カラギーナン及びバラ、並びにタモギタケ抽出物を含有するFGF-5阻害組成物を含有する育毛剤。
具体的には、上記細胞賦活剤としては、ペンタデカン酸グリセリド、ヒノキチオール、フォルスコリン、トランス-3,4’-ジメチル-3-ヒドロキシフラバノン等が挙げられる。
上記ビタミン類としては、ビタミンA、ビタミンB群、トコフェロール類、ニコチン酸、ニコチン酸アミド、パルミチン酸レチノール、β-カロチン、カルシフェロール、葉酸、ビオチン、D-パントテニルアルコール、アセチルパントテニルエチルエーテル、パントテン酸類等が挙げられる。
上記ホルモン類としては、エストラジオール等が挙げられる。
上記血管拡張剤としては、ミノキシジル、センブリ抽出液等が挙げられる。
上記アミノ酸類としては、アルギニン、アスパラギン酸、メチオニン、セリン、グリシン、グルタミン酸、シスチン等、抗炎症剤としては、β-グリチルレチン酸、グリチルリチン酸類、塩酸ピリドキシン等が挙げられる。
上記殺菌剤としては、イソプロピルメチルフェノール、ピロクトンオラミン等が挙げられる。
また、スプレー状の場合には、上記の成分以外に、n-プロピルアルコール、イソプロピルアルコール等の低級アルコール、ブタン、プロパン、イソブタン、液化石油ガス、ジメチルエーテル等の可燃性ガス、窒素ガス、酸素ガス、炭酸ガス、亜酸化窒素ガス等の圧縮ガスを配合することができ、これらの混合物の使用も可能である。その場合、ジメチルエーテルと窒素ガスを質量比(ジメチルエーテル/窒素ガス)=(99.99/0.01)~(50/50)で配合、液化石油ガスとジメチルエーテルを質量比(液化石油ガス/ジメチルエーテル)=(99/1)~(1/99)で配合、液化石油ガスと窒素を質量比(液化石油ガス/窒素)=(99.99/0.01)~(50/50)で配合することにより得ることができる。
本発明の家畜動物用外用組成物は、上記FGF-5阻害組成物を含有することを特徴とする。
本発明の家畜動物用外用組成物は、上記FGF-5阻害組成物を含有するものであれば、特に限定されないが、更に、タモギタケ抽出物を含有するFGF-5阻害組成物を含有することが好ましい。
(1)畜産動物から得られる体毛の収穫量を増やすための外用剤。
(2)皮膚病及び加齢等による脱毛等に対する、育毛、発毛、又は脱毛予防に使用する外用剤。
上記(2)の態様としては、皮膚病、加齢、及び飼育環境から生ずるストレス等による家畜動物の脱毛症状に対する、育毛、発毛、又は予防に使用する家畜動物用外用剤とすることができる。
尚、下記において、%は特に断らない限り、質量基準である。
バラ抽出物、米糠・大豆発酵物、及びタモギタケ抽出物を下記の方法により調製した。また、イオタ型カラギーナン及びラムダ型カラギーナンは下記市販品を用いた。
(1)調製例1:バラ抽出物1の調製
バラ科バラ属植物としてロサ・ケンテフォリア(Rosa centifolia)を用いた。この花びらの乾燥物(粉砕品)20gを70℃の熱水500mlで30分間抽出後、濾過(濾過助剤としてパーライト使用)した。次いで、減圧濃縮した後、凍結乾燥し、バラ抽出物10gを得た。そして、上記により得られたバラ抽出物を水で希釈し、固形分濃度2%に調整して使用した。
(2)調製例2:米糠・大豆発酵物1の調製
米糠30g、リン酸一水素ナトリウム10g、大豆ペプチド4g、炭酸水素ナトリウム45g、グルコース5g、アルカリ性プロテアーゼ0.1g、水500gを混合した後、pH8.8~9.0に調整した培地で納豆菌(Bacillus natto)を42℃、48時間培養した後、該培養液を、圧搾、ろ過、活性炭による脱色脱臭後、再度ろ過することにより液状の米糠・大豆発酵物5gを得た。そして、上記により得られた米糠・大豆発酵物を水で希釈し、固形分濃度を、0.8%に調整して使用した。
(3)調製例3:タモギタケ抽出物の調製
生タモギタケ1Kgを水25lに20時間浸した後、温度約85℃、湿度約90%に設定した恒温槽中でスチームした。次いで、スチームされたタモギタケと、スチーム工程で用いた水と、スチームでタモギタケから抽出された成分と、を全てあわせて、40℃に設定された水浴中で粉砕機(「ポータブルミキサーA510」TERAOKA社製)へ移した。この粉砕は、ブレンダーを用いて1200rpm程度で、ペースト状になるまで行った。次いで、このペーストを約85~90℃の条件下で煮出した。その後、煮て得られた抽出液全てを濾過して固体成分を除去した。得られた濾過液を加温によって殺菌を行いタモギタケ抽出物と抽出用溶媒(水)とを含む抽出液20lを得た。また、この抽出液を、280nmの吸光度で、10mg/mlまで水で希釈したものを試料1とし、20mg/mlまで希釈したものを試料2として使用した。尚、この試料1のタモギタケ抽出物の固形分濃度は1%であり、試料2のタモギタケ抽出物の固形分濃度は2%であった。
(4)イオタ型カラギーナン
「Vicarin SD389」(エフエムシー・ケミカルズ株式会社製)を使用した。
(5)ラムダ型カラギーナン
商品名「Viscarin GP209」(エフエムシー・ケミカルズ株式会社製)を使用した。
下記方法により、上記により得られたFGF-5阻害組成物の原料成分について、FGF-5に対する親和性を測定することによりFGF-5阻害効果を調べた。
表面プラズモン共鳴効果に基づく2分子間相互作用測定装置(「BIACORE 2000」、GEヘルスケアサイエンス社製)(以下、単に「測定装置」という)のセンサーチップ(「CM5」GEヘルスケアサイエンス社製)の表面にコートされているDextran(カルボキシルメチルデキストラン)を活性させた後、その活性DextranにFGF-5蛋白質の一定量をアミン結合させ、そのセンサーチップを測定装置内に装着し、FGF-5蛋白質と検体(実験例1~5のFGF-5阻害組成物をいう。以下同様。)との間の相互作用をみるためにミクロ流路を通して検体の段階希釈溶液を順番に作用させた。
FGF-5をBiacoreセンサーチップCM5(カルボキシルメチルデキストランをコートしたチップ)上の4つのフローセルに固定化するために、カルボキシルメチルデキストランにアミンカップリング処理を18分間行った。その後、FGF-5を300秒間、10μl/分の流速で注入することで、FGF-5をセンサーチップに固定化した。また、チップ表面上に存在する遊離のアミノ基にエタノールアミン1molを18分間反応させて、非特異的結合を生じないようにした。
そして、相互作用を検討する際には、緩衝液としてHBS buffer(10mmol/lのHEPES、pH7.4、150mmol/lのNaCl、3mmol/lのEDTA)を150秒間流した(10μl/分)。次いで、10μl/分の流速で、検体を180秒間注入し、FGF-5と検体との相互作用を示すセンサーグラムを得た。
また、一つの検体の測定後は、8mmol/lの水酸化ナトリウム溶液を30秒間流して、pH約8.0のパルスでフローセルを再生した。
また、KD(M)値は、各々8種の異なる濃度の検体を測定して得られたセンサーグラムから、BIACORE専用解析ソフト(BIAevaluation ver.3.0)により算出した。
また、実験例1~5における測定に用いた検体の調製方法、及び濃度は以下の通りである。尚、下記各検体の調製(希釈)のために使用した溶媒としては、上記のHBS bufferを使用した。
(1)実験例1
調製例1で得られたバラ抽出物を上記HBS bufferにより希釈し、固形分濃度が0.002%、0.001%、0.0005%、0.00025%、0.000125%、0.0000625%、0.0000313%、及び0.0000156%である8種類の濃度の検体を作製した。そして、これらの検体を用いてFGF-5に対する親和性を測定した。
(2)実験例2
調製例2で得られた米糠・大豆発酵物を上記HBS bufferにより希釈し、固形分濃度が0.0008%、0.0004%、0.0002%、0.0001%、0.00005%、0.000025%、0.0000125%、及び0.00000625%である8種類の濃度の検体を作製した。そして、これらの検体を用いてFGF-5に対する親和性を測定した。
(3)実験例3
上記のイオタ型カラギーナンを上記HBS bufferにより希釈し、固形分濃度が1%、0.5%、0.25%、0.125%、0.0625%、0.00313%、0.00156%、及び0.000781%である8種類の濃度の検体を作製した。そして、これらの検体を用いてFGF-5に対する親和性を測定した。
(4)実験例4
調製例3で得られたタモギタケ抽出物(試料1)を上記HBS bufferにより希釈し、固形分濃度が1%、0.5%、0.25%、0.125%、0.0625%、0.00313%、0.00156%、及び0.000781%である8種類の濃度の検体を作製した。そして、これらの検体を用いてFGF-5に対する親和性を測定した。
(5)実験例5
上記のラムダ型カラギーナンを上記HBS bufferにより希釈し、固形分濃度が1%、0.5%、0.25%、0.125%、0.0625%、0.00313%、0.00156%、及び0.000781%である8種類の濃度の検体を作製した。そして、これらの検体を用いてFGF-5に対する親和性を測定した。
尚、上記濃度の算出において、バラ抽出物及び米糠・大豆発酵物に含まれる含有成分の分子量を1万と仮定し、また、タモギタケ抽出物に含まれる含有成分、イオタ型カラギーナン、及びラムダ型カラギーナンの分子量を10万と仮定した。
実験例6~18(6週令C3H系統雄マウスを用いた育毛実験)
〔1〕育毛剤(畜産動物用外用組成物)の評価方法
65匹の6週令C3H系統雄マウス(三協ラボサービス株式会社製)をネンブタールにより麻酔し、上記マウスの背部をバリカンを用いて体毛を刈り取り(2cm×4cm長方形形状)、更に、その刈り取った長方形形状部分をシェーバーにより剃り上げ、実験用マウスを得た。
上記により得られた65匹の実験用マウスを各5匹づつ13群に分け、その各5匹づつをそれぞれ実験例6~18に用いた。
そして、下記に示される実験例6~18の育毛剤(畜産動物用外用組成物)を1日当たり20μml(1匹当たり)づつ、実験用マウス(各実験例5匹づつ)に1日1回、実験用マウスの剃り上げた背部中央部に塗布した。そして、この操作を28日間行い、マウスの体毛における育毛効果を測定した。
上記育毛効果の測定は、実験開始から28日後の各実験例で使用した実験用マウスをネンブタールにより麻酔し、各実験例の5匹づつをとりまとめ、デジタルカメラにより、一定距離(マウスを置いた机から25cmの距離)、一定光度下(同一の蛍光灯下)にて画像を取得した。そして、マウス背部の体毛を剃り上げていない通常の10週令C3H系統雄マウス背部の体毛状態の画像と比較した。そして、実験に用いたマウスの明確に体毛の少ない部分の面積を数値化し、各実験群の5匹の数値化した面積の平均値を無毛面積とした。その数値化した無毛面積を統計処理することにより、育毛効果を測定した。尚、数値化及び統計処理は、解析ソフト(「Quantity One」BIO RAD社製)を使用した。また、実験例6~18の無毛面積(mm2)、及び実験例7~18の無毛面積と実験例6の無毛面積との差(Δ1値)を表2に示す。また、実験例6~18で得られた、28日後のマウス背部の画像をそれぞれ図6~18に示す。
下記に示す育毛剤(畜産動物用外用組成物)の調製において、バラ抽出物及び米糠・大豆発酵物については、以下の試料3及び4によるFGF-5阻害組成物を使用した。
(1)バラ抽出物2(試料3)
商品名「ROSE CYRSTA」株式会社東洋発酵製をFGF-5阻害組成物とした(試料3)。このバラ抽出物の固形分濃度は、4%であった。
(2)米糠・大豆発酵物2(試料4)
商品名「CELABIO」株式会社東洋発酵製をFGF-5阻害組成物とした(試料4)。この米糠・大豆発酵物の固形分濃度は、0.8%であった。
(1)実験例6
純度99.5%のエタノール200μl、及び水200μlを容量1.5mlのエッペンに入れ、それを混ぜ合わせて約50%エタノール溶液とした。
(2)実験例7
実験例6と同様にして得られた約50%エタノール溶液に、全質量を100%として、ミノキシジルを1%添加して、ミノキシジル含有物を得た。
(3)実験例8
純度99.5%のエタノール200μl、及び上記実験例4(試料2)で得られたタモギタケ抽出物(固形分濃度2%)200μlを容量1.5mlのエッペンに入れ、それを混ぜ合わせて、タモギタケ抽出物含有物(固形分濃度1%)を得た。
(4)実験例9
実験例6と同様にして得られた約50%エタノール溶液に、全質量を100%として、実験例3のイオタ型カラギーナンを0.5%添加し、イオタ型カラギーナン含有物を得た。
(5)実験例10
純度99.5%のエタノール200μl、及び上記試料4の米糠・大豆発酵物(固形分濃度0.8%)200μlを容量1.5mlのエッペンに入れ、それを混ぜ合わせて、米糠・大豆発酵物含有物(固形分濃度0.4%)を得た。
(6)実験例11
純度99.5%のエタノール200μl、及び上記試料3のバラ抽出物(固形分濃度4%)200μlを容量1.5mlのエッペンに入れ、それを混ぜ合わせて、バラ抽出物含有物(固形分濃度2%)を得た。
(7)実験例12
実験例8と同様にして得られたタモギタケ抽出物含有物(固形分濃度1%)400μl、及び実験例9と同様にして得られたイオタ型カラギーナン含有物400μlを容量1.5mlのエッペンに入れ、それを混ぜ合わせてタモギタケ抽出物及びイオタ型カラギーナン含有物を得た。
(8)実験例13
実験例8と同様にして得られたタモギタケ抽出物含有物(固形分濃度1%)400μl、及び実験例10と同様にして得られた米糠・大豆発酵物含有物(固形分濃度0.4%)400μlを容量1.5mlのエッペンに入れ、それを混ぜ合わせてタモギタケ抽出物及び米糠・大豆発酵物含有物を得た。
(9)実験例14
実験例9と同様にして得られたイオタ型カラギーナン含有物400μl、及び実験例10と同様にして得られた米糠・大豆発酵物含有物(固形分濃度0.4%)400μlを容量1.5mlのエッペンに入れ、それを混ぜ合わせてイオタ型カラギーナン及び米糠・大豆発酵物含有物を得た。
(10)実験例15
実験例8と同様にして得られたタモギタケ抽出物含有物(固形分濃度1%)400μl、及び実験例11と同様にして得られたバラ抽出物含有物(固形分濃度2%)400μlを容量1.5mlのエッペンに入れ、それを混ぜ合わせてタモギタケ抽出物及びバラ抽出物含有物を得た。
(11)実験例16
実験例9と同様にして得られたイオタ型カラギーナン含有物400μl、及び実験例11と同様にして得られたバラ抽出物含有物(固形分濃度2%)400μlを容量1.5mlのエッペンに入れ、それを混ぜ合わせてイオタ型カラギーナン及びバラ抽出物含有物を得た。
(12)実験例17
実験例8と同様にして得られたタモギタケ抽出物含有物(固形分濃度1%)400μl、及び実験例9と同様にして得られたイオタ型カラギーナン含有物400μl、並びに実験例10と同様にして得られた米糠・大豆発酵物含有物(固形分濃度0.4%)400μlを容量1.5mlのエッペンに入れ、それを混ぜ合わせてタモギタケ抽出物、イオタ型カラギーナン及び米糠・大豆発酵物含有物を得た。
(13)実験例18
実験例8と同様にして得られたタモギタケ抽出物含有物(固形分濃度1%)400μl、及び実験例9と同様にして得られたイオタ型カラギーナン含有物400μl、並びに実験例11と同様にして得られたバラ抽出物含有物(固形分濃度2%)400μlを容量1.5mlのエッペンに入れ、それを混ぜ合わせてタモギタケ抽出物、イオタ型カラギーナン及びバラ抽出物含有物を得た。
上記実験例12~18は、複数抽出物(複数成分)を含有するため、複数抽出物による相乗効果を下記方法により検討した。相乗効果の確認は、下記計算値(体毛の少ない部分の面積計算値)を、下記の方法により算出し、各実験例と比較することにより行った。
計算値1:実験例8及び9の相加平均を計算値1とし、実験例12の対象計算値として比較した。
計算値2:実験例8及び10の相加平均を計算値2とし、実験例13の対象計算値として比較した。
計算値3:実験例9及び10の相加平均を計算値3とし、実験例14の対象計算値として比較した。
計算値4:実験例8及び11の相加平均を計算値4とし、実験例15の対象計算値として比較した。
計算値5:実験例9及び11の相加平均を計算値5とし、実験例16の対象計算値として比較した。
計算値6:実験例8、9及び10の相加平均を計算値6とし、実験例17の対象計算値として比較した。
計算値7:実験例8、9及び11の相加平均を計算値7とし、実験例18の対象計算値として比較した。
また、上記計算値、上記計算値と実験例6の面積値との差(Δ2値)、対象実験、及び対象実験のΔ1値と計算値のΔ2値との差を表3に示す。
Claims (5)
- 米糠・大豆発酵物、バラ科バラ属植物の花びら抽出物及びイオタ型カラギーナンから選択される少なくとも1種を含有することを特徴とするFGF-5阻害組成物。
- 米糠・大豆発酵物、バラ科バラ属植物の花びら抽出物及びイオタ型カラギーナンから選択される少なくとも2種を含有する請求項1に記載のFGF-5阻害組成物。
- 更に、タモギタケ抽出物を含有する請求項1又は2に記載のFGF-5阻害組成物。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のFGF-5阻害組成物を含有することを特徴とする育毛剤。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のFGF-5阻害組成物を含有することを特徴とする家畜動物用外用組成物。
