- FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view of a conventional acoustic component.
- FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view of a conventional acoustic component.
- FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of an acoustic component according to an embodiment of the present invention, and shows a state immediately before mounting a waterproof filter on a housing.
- a housing 11 that is an exterior case of an electronic device or the like.
- the casing 11 has a plurality of holes for passing sound, that is, a sound passage hole 12.
- the number of sound passage holes 12 is not limited to one and may be plural.
- a step portion 13 is formed in the housing 11 as a mark for engaging a waterproof filter, which will be described later, or indicating a mounting portion of the waterproof filter.
- the “waterproof filter” means a member having a waterproof function, and corresponds to the waterproof film 2 in the present embodiment, but is attached to the waterproof film 2 such as a frame 4 described later.
- this part is referred to as a waterproof filter.
- 1 shows an example in which the adhesive layer 5 is present in order to explain the adhesive layer 5.
- the adhesive layer 5 is a state in which a waterproof filter and a speaker casing 21 described later are integrally bonded. In this case, the adhesive layer 5 may be used as necessary, and the adhesive layer 5 may not be used as shown in FIG.
- the adhesive layers 1 and 3 and the adhesive layer 5 are formed in a frame shape, and each opening plays a role of passing sound. Further, the smaller the area of the portion where the waterproof film 2 is fixed by the adhesive layer 1 or the adhesive layer 3, the wider the area in which the waterproof film 2 can vibrate and the better the sound passage efficiency.
- the frame body 4 is interposed as a spacer between an electroacoustic transducer (described later) such as a speaker or a microphone and the waterproof film 2.
- the frame body 4 (spacer) has an effect of preventing a wobbling sound caused by the waterproof membrane 2 coming into contact with the electroacoustic transducer, or acoustic characteristics by forming a space between the waterproof membrane 2 and the electroacoustic transducer. Has the effect of improving. Therefore, the frame 4 is a component that is preferably used.
- the frame body 4 also serves to support the relatively flexible waterproof film 2 by being bonded to the waterproof film 2 via the adhesive layer 3. As shown in FIG. 1, when the end portions of the waterproof film 2, the adhesive layer 3, and the frame body 4 are aligned, the adhesive layer 3 is difficult to adhere to the stepped portion 13. If the outer peripheral portion of the adhesive layer 3 is configured to be inside the outer peripheral portion of the waterproof film 2 or the outer peripheral portion of the frame body 4 as shown in FIG. 3 hardly adheres to the stepped portion 13.
- the waterproof filter is engaged with the step portion 13. That is, the waterproof filter does not necessarily have to be completely fitted into the stepped portion 13 and may be formed with a certain amount of play. Further, the step portion 13 may not play a role of guiding the waterproof filter. Even in that case, the step portion 13 is useful as a mark indicating a mounting portion of the waterproof filter.
- the waterproof film 2 does not fit into the stepped portion 13, but the frame 4 fits into the stepped portion 13. It is possible that
- the outer periphery of the frame-shaped adhesive layer 1 is configured to be inside the outer periphery of the waterproof filter, even if there is a slight misalignment when the waterproof filter is attached, The probability that the adhesive layer 1 adheres to the stepped portion 13 is lower than in the past. For this reason, there is little possibility that an operator will accidentally stick in the state where the adhesive layer 1 is placed on the stepped portion 13, and the mounting efficiency of the waterproof filter is greatly improved. In addition, it is possible to provide an acoustic component with high waterproof reliability. In addition, when the positions of the outer peripheral part of the waterproof film 2 and the outer peripheral part of the frame body 4 are different because the sizes of the waterproof film 2 and the frame body 4 are different, the outermost peripheral part is the outer peripheral part of the waterproof filter.
- the distance between the outer periphery of the waterproof filter and the outer periphery of the adhesive layer 1 is preferably 0.1 mm or more.
- the reason why the lower limit is set to 0.1 mm is that if the distance is less than 0.1 mm, the effect of preventing climbing onto the stepped portion 13 is not substantially exhibited. More preferably, it is 0.2 mm or more, More preferably, it is 0.3 mm or more.
- it is preferably 0.5 mm or more, more preferably 0.7 mm or more, and further preferably 1.0 mm or more.
- the upper limit of the distance between the outer peripheral portion of the waterproof filter and the outer peripheral portion of the adhesive layer 1 is not particularly limited, but there is a practical upper limit when the waterproof filter is required to be downsized. Assuming that the waterproof filter is circular and the diameter thereof is about 10 mm to 20 mm, the upper limit of the interval is, for example, 1 mm or less, more preferably 0.5 mm or less.
- the bonding area between the housing 11 and the waterproof filter is reduced and the waterproof reliability is increased. This is because there is a concern about the decline.
- the reason why the bonding area is reduced is that the inner diameter of the bonding layer 1 is substantially restricted by the size and position of the sound passage hole 12 of the housing 11.
- FIG. 2 shows a usage example of the acoustic component according to the present embodiment, and a speaker for a mobile phone which is an example of an electroacoustic transducer for the acoustic component (a sound wave generator that generates a notification sound such as a ringtone). It is sectional drawing which shows the state which stuck.
- a vibrating body 23 supported by a support body 22 is provided in a speaker housing 21. The sound wave emitted from the vibrating body 23 is emitted from the casing 21 and propagates to the outside of the mobile phone via the waterproof film 2 and the sound passage hole 12.
- the order in which the electroacoustic transducer is pasted on the waterproof filter after the waterproof filter has been pasted on the housing 11 has been described.
- the present invention is not limited to this order.
- the order of attaching the waterproof filter to the housing 11 and subsequently attaching it to the housing 11 can be similarly implemented.
- FIG. 3 shows an example in which the shape of the stepped portion 13 is changed in the acoustic component shown in FIG.
- the stepped portion 13 is formed by a projection (convex shape) surrounding the waterproof filter, but is not limited to such a form, as shown in FIG. Even if only one step exists, it can be similarly implemented.
- the outer peripheral portion of the adhesive layer 3 may be configured to be inside the outer peripheral portion of the waterproof film 2. This is because the end portions of the waterproof film 2 and the frame body 4 are guided (guided) by the step portion 13, and at this time, the side surface of the adhesive layer 3 can be prevented from adhering to the wall surface of the step portion 13. .
- the adhesive layer 1 and the waterproof film 2 may have the same size. In order to increase the manufacturing efficiency of the waterproof filter, this shape is obtained when the adhesive layer 1 and the waterproof film 2 are simultaneously punched.
- the part in which the lower surface of the contact bonding layer 3 is not covered with the waterproof film 2 exists. Then, when the waterproof filter is attached to the housing 11, the lower surface of the adhesive layer 3 is in contact with the stepped portion 13 by mistake. Although there is a concern about the reduction, it can be solved by making the adhesive strength of the adhesive layer 3 lower than the adhesive strength of the adhesive layer 1.
- the adhesive layer 3 may have a low adhesive strength because the adhesive layer 1 needs a strong and reliable adhesive force that prevents moisture from entering from the outside. This is because it is sufficient to have an adhesive strength that does not peel off the waterproof film 2.
- FIG. 5 only the end of the waterproof membrane 2 is projected. Even if the strength of the waterproof membrane 2 is low, this embodiment can be implemented by providing a reinforcing material such as a net made of a thermoplastic resin on one or both sides of the waterproof membrane 2, and the adhesive layers 1, 3, The waterproof filter can be bonded to the housing 11 without the influence of 5.
- a reinforcing material such as a net made of a thermoplastic resin
- FIG. 6 is a further improvement of the waterproof filter in FIG. 5, and the outer peripheral portion of the waterproof film 2 is bent with the adhesive layer 1 side as a valley.
- the side surface of the adhesive layer 1 is covered with the waterproof film 2, it is possible to more reliably prevent the adhesive layer 1 from adhering to the wall surface of the stepped portion 13.
- the waterproof membrane 2 is made of a material that easily contracts, such as porous polytetrafluoroethylene, by adopting the configuration shown in FIG. 6, the bent portion of the waterproof membrane 2 becomes a catch, This also prevents shrinkage of the waterproof film 2 and can prevent the adhesive layer 1 from being exposed.
- FIG. 7 is a manufacturing process sectional view of the waterproof filter in the embodiment of the present invention.
- a PET release sheet 31 is prepared, and an adhesive layer 1 having an opening 1 a is formed on the release sheet 31.
- a waterproof membrane 2 made of porous polytetrafluoroethylene (hereinafter referred to as “porous PTFE”) is bonded onto the adhesive layer 1.
- porous PTFE porous polytetrafluoroethylene
- a predetermined portion of the waterproof film 2 is cut into the waterproof film 2 by a die-cut roll (blade) 32, and the waterproof film 2 is formed into a circular shape, for example.
- the shape of the waterproof film 2 is determined according to the shape of the electroacoustic transducer to which the waterproof film 2 or the like is attached, and is not limited to a circular shape.
- the outer peripheral part of the contact bonding layer 1 becomes an inner side rather than the outer peripheral part of the waterproof film 2 by removing the unnecessary part 2x of the waterproof film 2 located in the outer side of the waterproof film 2. It can be configured.
- the same purpose can be achieved by a method in which a waterproof film 2 formed larger than the adhesive layer 1 is prepared in advance and the adhesive layer 1 is covered with the waterproof film 2.
- the acoustic component according to the embodiment of the present invention is completed.

Abstract
