b.重なり合い接着剤を介して互いに接合して機械方向へ連続的に走行する第1、第2ウエブと、前記第1、第2ウエブの間に介在して前記機械方向へ走行し前記第1、第2ウエブの少なくとも一方に伸長状態で接着剤を介して接合している複数条の連続弾性部材とを含んだ前記機械方向へ走行する複合ウエブに対して、前記機械方向において前記着用物品の前記非弾性域となるべき範囲よりも内側に位置する複数部位で複数本のピンによる押圧処理および加熱・押圧処理のいずれかの処理を施し、前記第1ウエブと前記第2ウエブとをフィルム状に一体化させた接合部および前記第1ウエブと前記第2ウエブと前記連続弾性部材とをフィルム状に一体化させた接合部のいずれかの接合部を、前記機械方向に対する交差方向に複数形成して前記接合部集合域を得る工程。

Claims (6)
- 前後胴周り域のいずれか一方となる第1胴周り域と、前記前後胴周り域のもう一方となる第2胴周り域と、前記第1、第2胴周り域の間に介在する股下域とを有し、前記第1胴周り域の両側縁部それぞれにおける第1ファスナ部の外面に前記第2胴周り域それぞれにおける第2ファスナ部の内面が重なり合って離脱可能に互いに係合することにより胴周り開口と一対の脚周り開口とが形成されているパンツ形状の着用物品であって、
前記第1胴周り域と前記第2胴周り域とのうちの少なくとも一方の胴周り域は、前記一方の胴周り域に伸長状態で接合されていて前記一方の胴周り域を横断する複数条の弾性部材を含み、前記一方の胴周り域の両側縁部では、前記弾性部材のそれぞれが長さ方向の複数箇所において切断されることによって前記長さ方向において弾性的に伸長・収縮することのない非弾性域が形成されており、
前記一方の胴周り域に形成される前記第1ファスナ部および前記第2ファスナ部のいずれかが前記非弾性域に形成されており、
前記一方の胴周り域における胴周り方向では、前記両側縁部それぞれの前記非弾性域よりも内側の部位に、前記両側縁部を形成している重なり合ったシート材料どうしが一体となったフィルム状の接合部および前記シート材料どうしと前記弾性部材とが一体となったフィルム状の接合部のいずれかの接合部が複数形成されていて、前記接合部が前記着用物品の上下方向において前記胴周り開口と前記脚周り開口との間の全体に分布する接合部集合域が形成されていることを特徴とする着用物品。 - 前記一方の胴周り域における前記両側縁部それぞれの胴周り方向では、前記弾性部材のそれぞれが前記非弾性域から内側へ離間した部位でも切断されていて、前記接合部が前記内側へ離間した部位よりもさらに内側に形成されている請求項1記載の着用物品。
- 重なり合った前記シート材料どうしの少なくとも一方が熱可塑性合成繊維を含むものであって、前記弾性部材が切断されている前記複数個所においては、前記熱可塑性合成繊維どうしが溶着した状態にある請求項1または2記載の着用物品。
- 前記接合部において、前記シート材料どうしが溶着した状態にある請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の着用物品。
- 前後胴周り域のいずれか一方となる第1胴周り域と、前記前後胴周り域のもう一方となる第2胴周り域と、前記第1、第2胴周り域の間に介在する股下域とを有し、前記第1胴周り域の両側縁部それぞれにおける第1ファスナ部の外面に前記第2胴周り域それぞれにおける第2ファスナ部の内面が重なり合って離脱可能に互いに係合することにより胴周り開口と一対の脚周り開口とが形成されているパンツ形状の着用物品の製造方法であって、
前記第1胴周り域と前記第2胴周り域とのうちの少なくとも一方の胴周り域は、前記一方の胴周り域に伸長状態で接合されていて前記一方の胴周り域を横断する複数条の弾性部材を含み、前記一方の胴周り域の両側縁部では、前記弾性部材のそれぞれが長さ方向の複数箇所において切断されることによって前記長さ方向において弾性的に伸長・収縮することのない非弾性域が形成されており、
前記一方の胴周り域に形成される前記第1ファスナ部および前記第2ファスナ部のいずれかが前記非弾性域に形成されており、
前記一方の胴周り域における胴周り方向では、前記両側縁部それぞれの前記非弾性域よりも内側の部位に、前記両側縁部を形成している重なり合ったシート材料どうしが一体となったフィルム状の接合部および前記シート材料どうしと前記弾性部材とが一体となったフィルム状の接合部のいずれかの接合部が複数形成されていて、前記接合部が前記着用物品の上下方向において前記胴周り開口と前記脚周り開口との間の全体に分布する接合部集合域が形成されており、
前記非弾性域と前記接合部集合域とが少なくとも下記工程を経て形成されることを特徴とする前記製造方法;
a.重なり合い接着剤を介して互いに接合して機械方向へ連続的に走行する第1、第2ウエブと、前記第1、第2ウエブの間に介在して前記機械方向へ走行し前記第1、第2ウエブの少なくとも一方に伸長状態で接着剤を介して接合している複数条の連続弾性部材とを含んだ前記機械方向へ走行する複合ウエブに対して、前記機械方向において一定の周期でカッターを作用させて、前記複合ウエブの所定範囲にある前記連続弾性部材のそれぞれを複数箇所で切断して前記所定範囲から前記非弾性域を得る工程、および
b.重なり合い接着剤を介して互いに接合して機械方向へ連続的に走行する第1、第2ウエブと、前記第1、第2ウエブの間に介在して前記機械方向へ走行し前記第1、第2ウエブの少なくとも一方に伸長状態で接着剤を介して接合している複数条の連続弾性部材とを含んだ前記機械方向へ走行する複合ウエブに対して、前記機械方向において前記着用物品の前記非弾性域となるべき範囲よりも内側に位置する複数部位で複数本のピンによる押圧処理および加熱・押圧処理のいずれかの処理を施し、前記第1ウエブと前記第2ウエブとをフィルム状に一体化させた接合部および前記第1ウエブと前記第2ウエブと前記連続弾性部材とをフィルム状に一体化させた接合部のいずれかの接合部を、前記機械方向に対する交差方向に複数形成して前記接合部集合域を得る工程。 - 前記第1、第2ウエブの少なくとも一方が熱可塑性合成繊維を含み、前記カッターと前記ピンとが、前記機械方向へ回転する一本のロールに形成されていて加熱状態にあり、前記複合ウエブを前記カッターと前記ピンとによって押圧すると、前記連続弾性部材を切断した前記複数個所と前記接合部を形成した前記複数部位とにおいて前記熱可塑性合成繊維が溶融して前記熱可塑性合成繊維どうしが一体化する請求項5記載の製造方法。
