- a pants-shaped wearing article in which side edge portions in the front and rear waist region are connected to each other through a fastener so as to be separable and reconnectable is conventionally known.
- a disposable absorbent article disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-95574 (Patent Document 1) is a fastener member in which the side edge portions of the front and rear waist area extend from the edge of the waist circumference opening to the edge of the leg circumference opening. have.
- the fastener member at the side edge of the front waist area and the fastener member at the side edge of the rear waist area function as a fastener that engages with each other to connect the front and back waist areas.
- the side edge portions of the front and rear waist regions to which the fastener members are attached are inelasticized in advance.
- the elastic member that has traversed each of the front and rear waist regions in the initial stage of the manufacturing process is contracted at the subsequent stage only at the side edge.
- the so-called snapback method is used. JP-A-2005-95574
- the present invention has an object to improve the conventional worn article and its manufacturing method.
- This invention for solving the above-described problems includes a first invention relating to a pants-shaped wearing article and a second invention relating to a method for manufacturing the wearing article.
- the first invention of the present invention is directed to a first waistline area that is one of the front and rear waistline areas, a second waistline area that is the other of the front and back waistline areas, A crotch region interposed between the first and second waistline regions, and on each of the second waistline regions on an outer surface of a first fastener portion formed on each side edge of the first waistline region. It is a pants-shaped wearing article in which the inner periphery of the formed second fastener portion overlaps and is detachably engaged to form a waist opening and a pair of leg openings.
- the features of the first invention are as follows. That is, at least one of the first waistline area and the second waistline area includes a plurality of elastic members that cross the one waistline area in an extended state. At both side edges in the one waist area, each elastic member is cut at a plurality of positions in the length direction to form an inelastic area that does not elastically expand / contract in the length direction. Has been. One of the first fastener portion and the second fastener portion formed in the one waist circumference region is formed in the inelastic region.

- the single blade row 181 if the individual blade pieces 180 are moved in the circumferential direction of the first roll 161, they partially overlap with the adjacent blade pieces 180 in the axial direction X. Is formed. Since such a blade row 181 is equivalent to a plurality of blade pieces 180 forming a single blade extending continuously in the axial direction X, the elastic member continuum 116, extending in the machine direction MD in FIG. Each of 117, 118, 136, and 137 can be cut without fail.
- the first, second, and third blade rows 181 a, 181 b, and 181 c adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction include a front first inelastic region 51 and a rear first inelastic region 61 in a diaper 1. Used to form.
- the fourth and fifth blade rows 181d and 181e are used to form the front second inelastic region 52 and the rear second inelastic region 62 in the diaper 1.
- the blade piece 180 is heated to a desired temperature to facilitate cutting of the elastic member continuums 116, 117, 118, 136, and 137, and the nonwoven fabric or film-like sheet forming the web 102 or web 103.
- the contact portion with the blade piece 180 can be melted and solidified.
- the second roll 162 can also be set to a required temperature.
- the first roll 161 and the second roll 162 can adjust the distance between them. Even in such a case, when the elastic member continuum 116, 117, 118, 136, 137 is cut by the blade piece 180, the web 102 or the web 103 is damaged in some way.
- damage may be expanded such that the fibers forming the nonwoven fabric are loosened over a wide range or the film-like sheet is broken over a wide range.
- damage may be expanded such that the fibers forming the nonwoven fabric are loosened over a wide range or the film-like sheet is broken over a wide range.
- the nonwoven fabric or the film-like sheet piece is melted and solidified at the contact portion with the blade piece 180, such an increase in damage can be prevented in advance.
- a hot melt adhesive for joining the web 102 and the web 103 is used as the web 102. And / or can be applied intermittently and uniformly to the web 103.
- the web 102 and the web 103 do not need to be specially provided with a non-application area for the hot melt adhesive in order to form the non-bonding areas 51 and 61.
- the manufacturing method illustrated in FIG. 5 and the first roll 161 illustrated in FIG. 6 can be appropriately changed so as to correspond to the shape and structure of the diaper 1.
- the front fastener member 12 and the rear fastener member 14 in the process V are folded along a center line W (see FIG. 5) that bisects the width of the third composite web 173, both the fastener members 12, It can be modified to obtain a diaper 1 that is folded flat with 14 engaged.
- the number of blade rows 181 in the first roll 161 and the distance between them in the circumferential direction are changed, the length of the blade pieces 180 in the blade row 181, the inclination angle with respect to the axial direction X, and the distance between the blade pieces 180 are changed. You can do it.
- first and second front inelastic regions 51 and 52 and the first and second rear inelastic regions 61 and 62 are formed with respect to the first composite web 171.
- the second front inelastic region 52 is formed.
- the second rear inelastic region 62 can be formed by separate rolls from the first and second rolls 161 and 162.
- the present invention described taking the disposable diaper 1 as an example can also be implemented as training pants, incontinence patient pants, disposable pants, and the like.
