Plus précisément, l'invention concerne une préparation pharmaceutique à administration per os comprenant (a) un agent anti-inflammatoire analgésique de type acide phénilproprionique, (b) un acide tranexamique et (c) un gel d'hydroxyde d'aluminium séché.
