Abstract

 本発明による放射電力測定方法は、楕円をその2つの焦点を通る軸線を中心に所定角度回転して得られる楕円球状でなる金属の壁面で囲まれた閉空間を有する楕円鏡を準備する段階と、前記楕円鏡の閉空間内における前記2つの焦点のうちの一方の焦点の位置に電波を放射可能な被測定物をその電波の放射中心をほぼ一致するように配置する段階と、前記楕円鏡の閉空間内における前記2つの焦点のうちの他方の焦点の位置に受信アンテナを配置する段階と、前記楕円鏡の閉空間内において、前記一方の焦点の位置に配置した前記被測定物から電波を放射すると共に、該被測定物から放射された電波を前記壁面で反射させて前記他方の焦点の位置に配置した前記受信アンテナで受信し、該受信アンテナからの出力信号に応じて前記被測定物から放射された電波の全放射電力を該受信アンテナの測定端で測定する段階とを有する。
