- the present invention relates to a packing film for adjusting an emission amount of an aromatic and an absorption amount of an absorbent and a method for manufacturing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a packing film for adjusting an emission amount of an aromatic and an absorption amount of an absorbent and a method for manufacturing the same, capable of reducing the material cost and the manufacturing process due to the removal of an adhesive to lower the manufacturing cost, adjusting a self-adhesive strength between films by regulating a self-adhesive strength of a second PP film layer, a self-adhesive strength of a first PE film layer, and an extrusion pressure to reduce the material cost and the manufacturing cost, and providing an tamper-proof function since it is difficult to bond the films to each other through the adjustment of the self-adhesive strength once the films are peeled.
- an aromatic includes a container C, which is made from polyethylene terephthalate to receive aromatic components (not shown) therein, and a packing film is used to seal the container C in order to pack the container C such that the container C can be kept in an air-tightness state.

- the top surface of the first PE film layer of the first sheet is bonded to a bottom surface of a second PE film layer of a second sheet through a extrusion-lamination process such that the second sheet including a PET film layer provided at an upper portion thereof and the second PE film layer provided at a lower portion thereof is bonded to the first sheet.

- a typical PP film layer includes a HOMO PP film layer (obtained by polymerizing only a polypropylene), the PP film layer has a melting point of 165 0 C or less.
- a RANDOM TERPOLYMER PP film layer (which is a compound obtained by polymerizing PP, PE, and BE-I) has an average melting point of 135 0 C or less.
- the first PP film layer 11 according to the present invention includes the RANDOM TERPOLYMER PP film layer to have a melting point lower than that of a typical PP film layer.
- the first PP film layer 11 includes a PP film having a low melting pint such that a container C can be sealed at a low temperature.
- the second PP film layer 12 includes a PP film layer having a melting point higher than that of the first PP film layer 11 in order to form a half -cutting part 12a, which is obtained by cutting a half of the whole thickness of the second PP film layer, on one surface thereof.
- a blade (not shown) may be mounted on a typical press device (not shown), and manipulated such that a half of the whole thickness of the second PP film layer 12 is cut.
- the half -cutting part 12a may be formed on the surface of the second PP film layer 12 by allowing the second PP film layer 12 to pass through a typical roller(not shown) provided on the surface thereof with a blade (not shown).
- the self-adhesive strength of the second PP film layer 12 the self-adhesive strength of the first PE film layer 21, or an extrusion pressure P may be adjusted.

- the second PP film layer 12 must be provided at one surface thereof with the half -cutting part 12a as described above. IHbwever, if the adhesive strength of the second PP film layer 12 is varied, the forming of the half -cutting part 12a is difficult. Accordingly, the adhesive strength of the second PP film layer 12 must be fixed to perform the first process.
- the extrusion pressure P when co-extrusion is performed to produce products, the extrusion pressure P may be adjusted by regulating gap tolerance. In this case, since a machine (not shown) used for the co-extrusion process must be exchanged in order to adjust the extrusion pressure P, the manufacturing cost is increased. For this reason, the extrusion pressure P must be fixed.
- Table 1 shows experimental data obtained by adjusting the self-adhesive strength of the first PE film layer 21 in a state in which the self- adhesive strength of the second PP film layer 12 and the extrusion pressure P are fixed.
- the peel strength desired by a user that is, the adhesive strength desired by the user can be obtained by adjusting the self-adhesive strength of the first PE film layer 21.
- a packing film 50 can be sufficiently manufactured without the unnecessary use of an adhesive and a high-priced film used to prevent the adhesive strength of the adhesive from being degraded due to a volatile aromatic component (not shown).

- the container C includes a PP material, and the first PP film layer 11 sealing the container C includes a PP material, so that the first PP film layer 11 having a low melting point can seal the container C without deforming the container C.
- the half -cutting part 12a of the second PP film layer 12 of the first film layer 10 is bonded to the first PE film layer 21 of the second film layer 20 through the self- adhesive strength. Accordingly, if a user delaminates the first PE film layer 21 of the second film layer 20 by applying predetermined force, some of the first PP film layer 11 including the same material as that of the second PP film layer 12 is removed from the first PP film layer 11 together with the second PP film layer 12 of the first film layer 10 while sticking to the second PP film layer 12 due to the self-adhesive strength.
- the films which are bonded to each other by adjusting the self- adhesive strength as described above, are separated from each other, the films cannot be bonded to each other. Accordingly, the films may have the tamper-proof function.
