Abstract
Description
일반적인 PP필름층은 HOMO PP필름층(PP단독으로 폴리머 중합된 것)으로써, 그 녹는점 온도가 평균 165℃이하로 형성되나, RANDOM TERPOLYMER PP필름층(PP, PE, BN-1의 중합으로 결합된 화합물)은 그 녹는점 온도가 평균 135℃이하로 형성되며, 본 발명에서의 제1 PP필름층(11)은 상기 RANDOM TERPOLYMER PP필름층을 이용함으로써, 통상적인 PP필름층 보다 낮은 녹는점 온도로 형성할 수 있게 된다.
여기서, 상기 반칼타공부(12a)를 형성하는 방법은 통상의 프레스장치(도면에 도시되지 않음)에 칼날(도면에 도시되지 않음)을 장착하여 반칼 타공부(12a)를 형성하고자 하는 제2 PP필름층(12) 전체 두께의 반만 타공할 수 있도록 조작하여 형성할 수 있으며, 통상의 롤러(도면에 도시되지 않음)의 표면에 칼날(도면에 도시되지 않음)를 형성한 상태에서 롤러를 통과하면서 제2 PP필름층(12) 표면에 반칼 타공부(12a)를 형성할 수도 있다.
여기서, 상기 제1 PE필름층(21)의 자기점착강도의 조정을 통해 제2 PP필름층(12)과 제1 PE필름층(21)의 자기점착강도를 조절하는 방법은 제2 PP필름층(12)의 자기점착강도를 표에서와 같이 고정시킨 상태에서 제1 PE필름층(21)의 제작시 점착성분량을 사용자가 요구하는 강도로 이루어질 때까지 함유시킴으로써 이룰 수 있게 되는 것이다.
이는, 본 발명이 자기점착강도를 조절한 필름을 공압출로 합지는 과정에서 자기점착강도뿐만 아니라, 공압출에 의해 필름 사이에 존재하던 공기가 빠져나가는 다시말해, 진공의 상태로 되어 있어, 한번 박리를 하게 되면 필름 사이에 형성되어 있었던 진공이 없어지게 되면서 그에 따르는 점착강도도 낮아지기 때문에 위조방지 기능을 수행할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
Claims (5)
- 방향제를 수납하기 위한 PP재질로 이루어진 수납용기 상측을 포장할 수 있는 방향제 및 흡수제의 발산량 및 흡수량 조절용 층간박리 필름 제조방법에 있어서,녹는점 온도가 135℃ 이하인 제1 PP필름층과, 녹는점 온도가 165℃이하로 이루어져 있으며 내측으로 전체 두께의 반만 타공하여 형성한 반칼 타공부를 형성하되, 일측으로는 자기점착강도를 형성하고 있는 제2 PP필름층과, 상기 제2 PP필름층의 자기점착강도를 형성하고 있는 하면과 맞닿는 상면으로 자기점착강도에 의해 점착될 수 있도록 자기점착강도를 형성하고 있는 제1 PE필름층을 동시에 공압출 성형하여 제1 시트지를 형성하는 제1공정;상측의 PET필름층과 하측의 제2 PE필름층으로 이루어진 제2 시트지를 상기 제1 시트지와 합지할 수 있도록 제1 시트지의 제1 PE필름층 상면과 제2 시트지의 제2 PE필름층 하면을 압출라미네이션으로 가공하여 합지하는 제2공정으로 이루어진 것에 특징이 있는 방향제 및 흡수제의 발산량 및 흡수량 조절용 층간박리 필름 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제1공정에서 제1 시트지에 형성된 제2 PP필름층의 자기점착강도와 공압출 가공시 압출 압력은 고정시킨 상태에서, 제1 PE필름층의 자기점착강도를 가변하여 가공하는 것에 특징이 있는 방향제 및 흡수제의 발산량 및 흡수량 조절용 층간박리 필름 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 PP필름층과 제1 PE필름층은 자기점착강도에 의해 점착된 것에 특징이 있는 방향제 및 흡수제의 발산량 및 흡수량 조절용 층간박리 필름 제조방법.
- 방향제를 수납하기 위한 PP재질로 이루어진 수납용기를 밀폐 및 포장하기 위해 제 1항의 방법으로 제작된 방향제 및 흡수제의 발산량 및 흡수량 조절용 층간박리 필름에 있어서,상기 수납용기에 실링되며, 녹는점 온도가 135℃ 이하인 제1 PP필름층과 녹는점 온도가 165℃이하이며, 일측에는 자기점착강도를 형성하고 타측으로는 전체 두께의 반만 타공하여 형성한 반칼 타공부를 형성하고 있는 제2 PP필름층으로 이루어진 제1 필름층;상기 제1 필름층의 제2 PP필름층과 점착되되 자기점착강도를 형성하고 있는 제1 PE필름층과 제2 PE필름층과 PET필름층으로 이루어진 제2 필름층으로 구성된 것에 특징이 있는 방향제 및 흡수제의 발산량 및 흡수량 조절용 층간박리 필름.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 제1 필름층의 제2 PP필름층과 제2 필름층의 제1 PE필름층은 자기점착강도에 의해 점착되어 지는 것에 특징이 있는 방향제 및 흡수제의 발산량 및 흡수량 조절용 층간박리 필름.
