Abstract

(課題) 優れた耐食性・加工性を有しつつ、同時に耐久性が高く、且つ帯電しにくいという性質を有するライニング被膜を得ることを解決課題とする。 (解決手段) フッ素樹脂を含有するフッ素樹脂複合材料であって、該フッ素樹脂が炭化珪素をマイクロカプセル化しており、該炭化珪素の該フッ素樹脂複合材料全体に対する含有量が5~9重量%であって、さらに、ポリフェニレンサルファイド(PPS)、ポリエーテルサルフォン(PES)、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)のうち少なくとも一種以上を含有することを特徴とするフッ素樹脂複合材料である。
