Abstract
Es wird Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Gleitschicht auf einer Gleitlagerkomponente bzw. eine Gleitlagerkomponente angegeben, die selbst in aggressiven Medien hochbeständig ist und einen störungsfreien, wartungsarmen oder wartungsfreien Dauerbetrieb bei einfacher Montage und mit wenigen Einzelteilen sicherstellt. Erfindungsgemäß sieht das Verfahren vor, dass auf die Gleitlagerkomponente (2) eine poröse Beschichtung (6) aufgebracht wird und dass zumindest ein Teil der Poren (9) mit einem Gleitwerkstoff (8) versehen wird.
