Abstract

本发明提供了一种用于高温烟气处理设备或管道(150℃以内)中内壁的耐高温防腐蚀防结垢粉末涂料及其施工方法,设备或管道内表面先经过打磨、清洗,再涂装特有的耐高温防腐蚀防结垢的产品,显著提升原有设备的防腐年限至5年以上,并有效减少设备或管道内部的结垢。

一种耐高温防腐蚀防结垢粉末涂料及其施工方法
技术领域
本发明属于耐高温防腐蚀防结垢涂层领域,可用于高温烟气处理的金属设备和管道。
背景技术
高温烟气处理金属设备是在电力、化工、冶炼、矿业等行业常见的工艺设备,由于高温烟气中通常含有硫、氯、氟单体或化合物,在一定的条件下,如设备启停时、保温不良处、漏风处,带有一定湿度的高温气体,遇到冷的壁板,会产生结露,形成电解质,设备很容易被腐蚀。在脱硫装置中,石灰浆液相关工艺设备或管道,除了腐蚀的同时,还容易产生结垢堵塞,影响设备管道的运行。
传统的结构设计中,一般采用有机硅耐热漆或环氧酚醛耐热漆,温度可以耐受200℃,甚至更高,但:
1、有机硅或环氧酚醛耐热漆不能耐受冷热循环,在温度变化时,涂层会开裂,导致防腐失效;
2、涂层高温下不致密,很难形成有效的屏蔽层,对水汽和氧气产生有效的隔离;
3、涂层表面不足够光滑,已结垢,腐蚀后,表面更加粗糙不平,加剧了结垢的可能性
发明内容
本专利提供了一种耐高温腐蚀防结垢的粉末涂料及其施工方法,其主要组成是(按质量百分比):聚醚酮60~90%、树脂5~30%、填料0~6%;所述的聚醚酮是聚醚酮、聚醚醚酮或聚醚醚酮酮,粒径在30-150微米之间;所述的树脂是聚四氟乙烯、聚全氟乙丙烯或聚偏氟乙烯,粒径在1-50微米之间;所述的填料是微米和/或纳米级的ZrO2、A12O3、MoS2、SiC或CuS;这种耐高温腐蚀防结垢的粉末涂料的施工方法为:(1)对设备或管道的涂装表面进行喷砂处理:用喷砂机向表面喷金刚砂(30-80目),除去表面氧化层,并清洗干燥;(2)运用静电喷涂技术对表面喷涂耐高温腐蚀防结垢的粉末涂料,静电喷涂条件如下:静电高压30-90kV,静电电流5-20µA,供粉气压0.20-0.60MPa,二次进风气压0.20-0.50MPa,流化气压0.03-0.10MPa,工件距喷枪口100-350mm;(3)将表面喷涂耐高温腐蚀防结垢粉末涂料的设备和管道置于烘箱中,温度控制在370-400℃,使粉末涂料熔融;(4)降温至220-300℃,保温30-90分钟,最后冷却至室温。运用这种静电喷涂技术对表面喷涂耐高温腐蚀防结垢的粉末涂料的厚度为20-100微米。
与传统方法相比较,运用本专利获得的防腐蚀防结垢涂层的有益效果如下:
1、涂层连续使用温度可至150℃,且可以耐受冷热循环,涂层不开裂和脱落;
2、涂层具备出色的抗渗透性,如水汽、氧气和大部分化学介质(98%硫酸,37%的盐酸,70%的氢氟酸,50%的硝酸,50%的氢氧化钠,60%的双氧水等);
3、涂层表面光滑,摩擦系数只有0.2,表面张力为18mN/m。
具体实施方式:
实施例1
将组成是(按质量百分比):聚醚酮90%(粒径30微米)、聚四氟乙烯5%(粒径5微米)、SiC5%(微米级)的原料加上3倍于粉末质量的乙醇放入行星球磨机中进行球磨,时间为6小时,将所得悬浊液在110℃下烘干5小时,制得耐高温腐蚀防结垢粉末涂料。
实施例2
将组成是(按质量百分比):聚醚醚酮85%(粒径60微米)、聚四氟乙烯11%(粒径15微米)、MoS24%(微米级)的原料加上3倍于粉末质量的乙醇放入行星球磨机中进行球磨,时间为6小时,将所得悬浊液在110℃下烘干5小时,制得耐高温腐蚀防结垢粉末涂料。
实施例3
将组成是(按质量百分比):聚醚醚酮酮65%(粒径120微米)、聚偏氟乙烯30%(粒径35微米)、CuS5%(微米级)的原料加上3倍于粉末质量的乙醇放入行星球磨机中进行球磨,时间为6小时,将所得悬浊液在110℃下烘干5小时,制得耐高温腐蚀防结垢粉末涂料。
实施例4
将组成是(按质量百分比):聚醚醚酮酮70%(粒径150微米)、聚偏氟乙烯28%(粒径40微米)、A12O32%(纳米级)的原料加上3倍于粉末质量的乙醇放入行星球磨机中进行球磨,时间为6小时,将所得悬浊液在110℃下烘干5小时,制得耐高温腐蚀防结垢粉末涂料。
实施例5
将组成是(按质量百分比):聚醚醚酮85%(粒径100微米)、聚四氟乙烯12%(粒径30微米)、ZrO21%(纳米级)、A12O32%(微米级)的原料加上3倍于粉末质量的乙醇放入行星球磨机中进行球磨,时间为6小时,将所得悬浊液在110℃下烘干5小时,制得耐高温腐蚀防结垢粉末涂料。
实施例6
将组成是(按质量百分比):聚醚酮78%(粒径80微米)、聚偏氟乙烯18%(粒径45微米)、SiC4%(微米级)的原料加上3倍于粉末质量的乙醇放入行星球磨机中进行球磨,时间为6小时,将所得悬浊液在110℃下烘干5小时,制得耐高温腐蚀防结垢粉末涂料。
实施例7
一种耐高温腐蚀防结垢的粉末涂料的施工方法为:(1)对设备或管道的涂装表面进行喷砂处理:用喷砂机向表面喷金刚砂(80目),除去表面氧化层,并清洗干燥;(2)运用静电喷涂技术对表面喷涂耐高温腐蚀防结垢的粉末涂料,静电喷涂条件如下:静电高压30kV,静电电流5µA,供粉气压0.20MPa,二次进风气压0.20MPa,流化气压0.10MPa,工件距喷枪口100mm;(3)将表面喷涂耐高温腐蚀防结垢粉末涂料的设备和管道置于烘箱中,温度控制在370℃,使粉末涂料熔融;(4)降温至220℃,保温30分钟,最后冷却至室温。运用这种方法获得的耐高温腐蚀防结垢的粉末涂料的厚度为100微米。
实施例8
一种耐高温腐蚀防结垢的粉末涂料的施工方法为:(1)对设备或管道的涂装表面进行喷砂处理:用喷砂机向表面喷金刚砂(40目),除去表面氧化层,并清洗干燥;(2)运用静电喷涂技术对表面喷涂耐高温腐蚀防结垢的粉末涂料,静电喷涂条件如下:静电高压50kV,静电电流8µA,供粉气压0.35MPa,二次进风气压0.30MPa,流化气压0.05MPa,工件距喷枪口200mm;(3)将表面喷涂耐高温腐蚀防结垢粉末涂料的设备和管道置于烘箱中,温度控制在380℃,使粉末涂料熔融;(4)降温至250℃,保温50分钟,最后冷却至室温。运用这种方法获得的耐高温腐蚀防结垢的粉末涂料的厚度为70微米。
实施例9
一种耐高温腐蚀防结垢的粉末涂料的施工方法为:(1)对设备或管道的涂装表面进行喷砂处理:用喷砂机向表面喷金刚砂(60目),除去表面氧化层,并清洗干燥;(2)运用静电喷涂技术对表面喷涂耐高温腐蚀防结垢的粉末涂料,静电喷涂条件如下:静电高压60kV,静电电流10µA,供粉气压0.4MPa,二次进风气压0.35MPa,流化气压0.06MPa,工件距喷枪口220mm;(3)将表面喷涂耐高温腐蚀防结垢粉末涂料的设备和管道置于烘箱中,温度控制在385℃,使粉末涂料熔融;(4)降温至260℃,保温60分钟,最后冷却至室温。运用这种方法获得的耐高温腐蚀防结垢的粉末涂料的厚度为50微米。
实施例10
一种耐高温腐蚀防结垢的粉末涂料的施工方法为:(1)对设备或管道的涂装表面进行喷砂处理:用喷砂机向表面喷金刚砂(30目),除去表面氧化层,并清洗干燥;(2)运用静电喷涂技术对表面喷涂耐高温腐蚀防结垢的粉末涂料,静电喷涂条件如下:静电高压90kV,静电电流20µA,供粉气压0.60MPa,二次进风气压0.50MPa,流化气压0.03MPa,工件距喷枪口350mm;(3)将表面喷涂耐高温腐蚀防结垢粉末涂料的设备和管道置于烘箱中,温度控制在400℃,使粉末涂料熔融;(4)降温至300℃,保温90分钟,最后冷却至室温。运用这种方法获得的耐高温腐蚀防结垢的粉末涂料的厚度为20微米。

Claims (4)

1.一种耐高温防腐蚀防结垢粉末涂料及其施工方法,涂料主要组成是(按质量百分比):聚醚酮60~90%、树脂5~30%、填料0~6%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温腐蚀防结垢的粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述的聚醚酮是聚醚酮、聚醚醚酮或聚醚醚酮酮,粒径在30-150微米之间;所述的树脂是聚四氟乙烯、聚全氟乙丙烯或聚偏氟乙烯,粒径在1-50微米之间;所述的填料是微米和/或纳米级的ZrO2、A12O3、MoS2、SiC或CuS。
3.一种耐高温防腐蚀防结垢的粉末涂料的施工方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)对设备或管道的涂装表面进行喷砂处理:用喷砂机向表面喷金刚砂(30-80目),除去表面氧化层,并清洗干燥;
(2)运用静电喷涂技术对表面喷涂耐高温腐蚀防结垢的粉末涂料,静电喷涂条件如下:
静电高压30-90kV,静电电流5-20µA,供粉气压0.20-0.60MPa,二次进风气压0.20-0.50MPa,流化气压0.03-0.10MPa,工件距喷枪口100-350mm;
(3)将表面喷涂耐高温腐蚀防结垢粉末涂料的设备和管道置于烘箱中,温度控制在370-400℃,使粉末涂料熔融;
(4)降温至220-300℃,保温30-90分钟,最后冷却至室温。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种耐高温防腐蚀防结垢的粉末涂料的施工方法,其特征在于,步骤2运用静电喷涂技术对表面喷涂耐高温腐蚀防结垢的粉末涂料的厚度为20-100微米。
