Abstract

 本発明は、下記式(I)で示されるベンゾキサジン環構造を有する熱硬化性樹脂を提供する。  式(I):[式(I)中、Xは分子量若しくはGPCで測定したポリスチレン換算数平均分子量が5,000以下であるジオール化合物の残基であり、Yはジアミン化合物の残基であり、かつnは2~200の整数である。]
