Abstract

【課題】　ワークトップとシンクを別々に成形し、後加工で接着接合する場合に比べ、シンクとワークトップ接合部の要求加工精度の軽減、接着工数の削減、シンク切断代の材料費削減、接合部の外観向上が図られる。また、シンクとワークトップを一体で成形する場合と比べると、金型サイズが小さくなり金型費用低減、金型設置スペースの削減が図られるシンク付ワークトップの製造方法およびシンク付ワークトップを提供する。 【解決手段】　ワークトップ１２０と、該ワークトップ１２０に接合されたシンク１２２とを備えるシンク付ワークトップの製造方法であって、ワークトップ１２０を成形するワークトップ成形工程１０と、ワークトップ１２０に設けられたのシンク用開口部１２１ａにシンク成形用の凹凸型を取り付けて樹脂を注入することにより、シンクを成形すると共にシンク用開口部に接合させるシンク成形工程と、を備えることを特徴とする。
